Bright Horizons Didsbury Day Nursery and Preschool

Highly recommend.

Our son has been attending this nursery since about 6 months old and every stage has been fantastic and he loves it. All the staff are so welcoming. More specifically throughout the pandemic, they have been outstanding in their support for parents, children and their resilience. They must have acted with the utmost level of caution and cleanliness as minimal disruption or covid cases. Yet keeping a friendly and social environment for kids to help with some level of normality in these awful times. Along with the updates and understanding emotionally and financially for parents. We can't thank you enough.

I am very grateful for the brilliant staff of Bright Horizons Didsbury nursery and pre-school for looking after my child since she was 1.5 years old. The staff are so caring, gentle and engaging that every morning I feel very happy to take my child there. My husband and I are very appreciative to all members of the staff.

In terms of Covid, we have been getting regular written communication of any updates. The staff clearly take the situation seriously with PPE and social distancing. It has been so reassuring to know we are in safe hands. I’ve been so impressed and would recommend to any of my friends or family.

We’ve been using the nursery for 3 years and currently use the baby 2 room and preschool. We are so impressed with the standard of care and education our children are continuing to receive despite the current circumstances. We love that they learn Spanish and are encouraged to learn and play in a safe environment.

A wonderful nursery for both our daughters. They both have made lots of friends and always came home very happy. The staff are all experienced, positive and enthusiastic. They have loved it - very reassuring!

I am a doctor and the support, initiative and positive attitude of all the staff at the nursery has made working during the pandemic so much easier than it would otherwise have been.

The manager and staff understand the importance of parents having peace of mind and I was shown around the rooms with care and lots of explanations of how things are run. The staff and management have been exceptional and my kids have been very happy to go in each day.

My son has been at the nursery for 3 years and he's loved every single day of it. All the staff have been loving and welcoming and invest time in speaking to you at the end of the day. I've visited a number of nurseries but Bright Horizons Didsbury, by far, were the ones who had the best facilities and friendliest staff. They've always resolved any worries I've had. I also enrolled my youngest who, surprisingly, settled in so well even though he's usually very attached to me. Amazing fresh food prepared too.

My daughter loves it here. She was made lots of friends and tells me what she has learned in the week. The staff are very pleasant and helpful, my daughter has formed a really positive relationship with them.

We attended an open morning. The staff was fantastic and well informed. We are very happy!

We have 2 children at Bright Horizons, one in baby 1 and one in toddler green. Both rooms are fantastic and both children are so happy and have so much fun. The staff are great and I cannot thank them enough for their patience and kindness to both our children (and to me and my husband too). Our elder child came home singing in Spanish last week - I am so impressed (she at 2 knows more Spanish than both parents!). Thank you so much to you all.

Very supportive and helpful.

My children attend the holiday club. The care and flexibility is great. Food/menu is very good, healthy and nutritious. My two boys love all the staff. Management are helpful and supportive. Nothing is too much trouble.

Great nursery. Friendly staff who have my son's best interests at heart.

The nursery has made the transition from maternity leave to full-time work easier and has made our son into a really sociable, loving young boy. He has made some fantastic relationships with everyone and we are really grateful for everyone's support.

We love the friendly staff who give us confidence our son is in a loving environment. All of the games and activities are fun, engaging and educational. We are confident our son can grow and develop to his full potential. We would like updates and photos via an app instead of the traditional paper reports. The report's contents are, however, excellent so we can still track his progress.

My son attends the baby room every morning and I couldn't be happier with the care he receives. The staff are amazing. They all know what they are doing and my son has grown so much in every area since being there. He enjoys going to nursery and is always happy when I go to pick him up. The staff are friendly and give lots of feedback each day.
