My daughter is now 16 months old and has joined the nursery since August 2016. As a mother, I'm very grateful to all the staff who work very hard in looking after my daughter. Since my daughter joined, I have noticed she is much happier, has learnt a lot socially and developmentally. Every time I come to pick her up, she refuses to leave, knowing how much she enjoyed being in the nursery. She's a very confident and independent baby since she started.

My son has been at Bright Horizons since 2015, starting in the baby room and is now in toddlers. I have found the service and support here to be first-rate. The staff members really work hard to provide a friendly place for children to develop and play. I really appreciate the detailed level of feedback that is provided for daily activities and how my child is progressing. The team have always been happy to make extra time available to discuss development issues. My son needed some extra support to encourage verbal communication and I received nothing but support through detailed feedback on how they were encouraging communication. I found this very reassuring and my son is now comfortable talking and I know a big part of this is a result of the excellent work provided by the entire team. The environment is always clean to a high standard and the meal provision is excellent. My son is always is happy to go to the nursery and clearly loves the staff as he always happy to see them.

Staff at the nursery go out of their way to provide an all round positive experience for children and parents. An example of this is the refreshment station - being able to grab a drink and a snack on busy mornings or hectic afternoon makes a real difference.

My child is new to the nursery (May '16) and I have been blown away by my experience so far. The staff are so friendly and professional and the food is amazing. My child goes outside daily in the garden or for a walk. The settle session before she started really put my mind at rest. the management team are friendly, helpful and supportive. The nursery has very high standards.

Bright Horizons is an amazing nursery, all my 3 children have attended. I cannot fault it in any way, the staff are amazing. The chef is amazing, the food is nutritious and a credit by the children's food trust.

Management lead by example, such a warm friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend to anyone, what a fantastic nursery and team!

The nursery has been amazing at helping both boys settle in following a move from another nursery staff have really engaged with them and got to know them well. Even cried when my eldest left after 6 months to go to school! They have given them excellent opportunities and experiences for the boys to learn and play. Thoroughly recommend.

My daughter attended this nursery (previously known as Kidsunlimited) since she was 9 months old. The staff are excellent, good communication as to what she has been up to during the day. The nursery also provides a very detailed progress report every six months. I appreciate the good communication from staff because I feel that I'm not being 'left out' when I'm at work.

My daughter has been at this nursery for three years. It's a great place very well run and I've always began happy with the way in which management communicates with parents. The team running the nursery has been stable and that's been very reassuring for me as a parent- always seeing the same friendly faces at front desk. My daughter always comes home happy, it feels like a friendly place and the staff are engaged and enthusiastic. From a development point view I think her communication and artistic skills have improved as a direct result of her time spent at Bright Horizons Didsbury.

We have been very happy with the high quality of care delivered by Bright Horizons for our daughter over the last 3 years. The management team and staff have worked at the nursery for many years which provides a great continuity of care. The nursery building is modern, clean, safe and well suited to the differing needs of the children as they grow. Our daughter always looked forwards to going to nursery.

Without a doubt Kids Unlimited is the best nursery within the south Manchester area.

The staff are so warm and friendly. My daughter is so happy there, we have decided to keep her in for pre-school also.

I am really pleased with the nursery and care my son receives. I think it's expensive but all childcare is expensive. His key worker has been very supportive and encouraging with potty training. The staff are friendly, they even look after my baby in reception whilst I drop my son off. The only downside is the garden in pre-school is a bit small.
Friendly and professionally clean.

I like the weekly memo's, you can book in for extra days!

Both our children have attended this nursery for over five years. From day one we have been constantly impressed by the level of care, passion and customer service shown by all the staff and management team. Our first child has special needs and the nursery were fantastic in adapting to his requirements and at all times went 'the extra mile' and beyond. We have enjoyed a fantastic relationship with all the staff from cleaners to regional manager and never had any 'issues'. I'd definitely recommend the nursery to anyone.

Bright Horizons (kidsunlimited) has provided a nurturing and development centred environment for my child. The nursery has always treated my child as an individual and his needs have always been met regardless if these differed from his peers. We are more than happy with our experience.
