Children 1st Plumtree Nursery School

Both of our children have attended Children 1st @ Plumtree and have been very impressed with the care and facilities at the nursery. Our youngest son has been with you just over a year and is thriving, becoming more sociable and chatty all the time! Thank you for all the hard work you do to make it such a lovely place.

Very clean, friendly environment with high regard for education as well as fun. Brilliant facilities and love the staff who can't do enough to help.

The diaries are a great idea which gives parents an exact idea of what your child has eaten, how long they have slept etc. I love the Eylog app so I can see pictures of my little girl which really makes me smile and is reassuring that she is enjoying herself!

Our son loves the nursery. There's so much to do. The staff are brilliant and look after him so well. The food is very good and there are plenty of exciting rooms for him to explore as he moves through the nursery.

My children are happy, loved and well fed, every single day - what more can you ask for?

Staff, management and facilities are great. I particularly enjoy getting the email updates at work as to what they've been up to that day.

The diary that the staff fill in daily with nap times, everything they have eaten, nappy changes and their day's activities is such an excellent way for a parent to see what their child has been up to! The staff always take time to tell you about your child's day! I couldn't fault this nursery and I feel like my son is in the best hands! It is miles ahead of the rest! Well done to the manager and team!

The children were all very excited for Christmas as children of my daughter's age are much more aware of what Christmas is all about. They were all involved in a great nativity play all having a role, lots of songs and my daughter is still singing the songs from that play now. They did some great art and craft activities for Christmas such as cards, tree decorations, calendars and pictures. They interact very well with each other and know other children's names including surnames. They've been trying Christmas turkey dinners and really getting in the spirit of fun at Christmas.

Lovely nursery, staff are excellent and children thrive. Attended other nurserys in the past but this one is truly brilliant. Would recommend to anyone.

My daughter has settled so well into nursery. I can see that she loves her time there, she's always happy and smiley when I drop her and pick her up. It's fantastic to see how much she is developing in your care.

We have had a difficult run in illnesses but the care from all the staff has been first class. You really do treat her like your own and I can't tell you enough how comforting this is to my husband and I.

My parents have also commented how lovely, happy and calm the nursery is when they do the pick up for us.

I have already told friends how good Childrens 1st @ Plumtree is and another mum on the estate where we live has sent her little boy to you too!

Our daughter started her journey at Plumtree in August 2016. She was 10 months old and was very attached to both myself and her dad and we were very worried that she wouldn't settle in. Now, 8 months on - our little girl is confident, very chatty and independent. The staff have shown her so much love that she now feels safe when we drop her off. Without the dedication of the staff and effective communication, this would not have been possible. The rooms are broken down into a variety of age ranges so that teaching and care is very age-specific. The facilities are all brand new and of the best quality, with a continuous emphasis on parental involvement through secure access to my daughter's learning with an app; of photos, videos and notes to know what she's up to as it happens. We look forward to continuing our daughter's journey at Children's 1st @ Plumtree.

The staff, the facilities, the customer service, the atmosphere and the revamped and modernisation of the Plumtree Nursery are all exceptional!!

Our children love it there and I recommend the nursery to anyone that will listen to me!!

Lovely environment with nice staff and very helpful manager. My son seems to be settled here and loves all the space and very stimulating environment especially since the new additions and beautiful bright redecorations.

Children 1st @ Plumtree has a lovely, friendly atmosphere and my daughter and I have been made to feel incredibly welcome. I like the fact that the building is light and airy and has good garden space. There is a good range of activities on offer and she seems to be learning and having fun every day. The staff are great and it's nice to see her interacting with them every day.

Our little one loves going to the nursery to play with his friends and he loves his key carer. The facilities are outstanding and the outdoor space is just the type of environment that will inspire adventurous play all day long. The staff are friendly and always willing to help.

Very good nursery, great staff and my son has a great time. Facilities and numbers have improved no end from 3 years ago when my daughter attended, the only thing is the parking now it is busier! Would recommend.

We are extremely happy with the care that our son receives at Children 1st. The staff are excellent and very supportive, as well as encouraging him to develop and learn in a safe and secure environment. We will be very sad in September when he leaves to go to school as he has been going since he was 7 months only and loves every day he is there. The staff are always on hand at the end of the day to let us know how he has been, and there are a variety of topics for him to engage in which he thoroughly enjoys. Keep up the great work team.

Friendly, caring and competent staff. Relaxed and calm atmosphere in the nursery. Well maintained facilities with well thought-out all weather outside space. I have been very happy with the service provided for over two years.

I love it and my daughter does too. Fabulous staff. Great outdoor play and messy fun. The team always try to accommodate extra/change in days which is really important to me and one reason why I chose the nursery.
