Children 1st Plumtree Nursery School

My son has settled very well at the nursery, we are always greeted with a smile and encouraged in. There are lots of toys and resources and he always seems busy. Any issues I have had have been dealt with appropriately and promptly.

My daughter has been at this nursery since she was 4 months old. She is now coming up to her 6th birthday and still regularly attends breakfast club and after-school sessions at Children's 1st.

I can honestly say that during the 5 years that she has spent at this nursery, I do not have one criticism or negative comment to make.

The environment both indoors and outdoors is incredible and fantastically resourced. The staff go above and beyond and I cannot thank them enough for contributing so positively to my child's learning, development and happiness!

My daughter is very happy here. She loves to attend and play with all her friends. She always has lots of stories of the thinks she has done that day.

Overall I’m really pleased with the Nursery, however, found it hard after watching the induction video regarding equality that then there was an additional charge for happy feet’s on a Tuesday if I wanted my child to attend! I do not agree with this, all children should be treated equally especially at this age and when you’re already spending £50 a day! My daughter moved from my Work Nursery purely due to the location they had tiny talk and various other visiting organisations and all children were welcome and there were no additional fees. I did feed this back to the management and asked for this to be fed back to the company.

From the first time we visited the nursery we knew it was the right place for our son. We have now been with the nursery for 3 months and he loves it. The staff are all great, so friendly and caring. Our son is learning and developing all the time.

Also - myself and fiancé both work shifts and occasionally request to swap days which helps when it can happen.

My 10 month old has settled in really quickly in the baby room. He's only on his 2nd week. He's so happy at nursery. It's clear he loves it already. Massive thank you to all of the staff who have helped him settle so well.

A fantastic nursery with lovely and helpful staff. They treat your child as an individual and are always helpful and friendly.

I am very pleased with plumtree nursery, my child enjoys going twice a week. The management and staff are fantastic, very helpful and show interest in my son. In the past 5 months of going to plumtree nursery, my son has come on in leaps and bounds. I've never had any kind of issue what so ever with the nursery. The nursery nurses work so hard with the children and notice every drop-off and pick up. I've recommended the nursery to a friend mine which her child started a couple of weeks ago. Children 1st@Plumtree is a fantastic nursery. My son loves going, always smiling and enjoying the activities provided. The staff are wonderful and supportive to me as a parent.

Our daughter has been attending nursery here for 6 months. Since starting she has grown into a bright and confident toddler. She loves the staff and always greets everyone there with a big smile. The staff are so attentive and support your child in their development. There is a wide variety of toys and activities to help your child explore and learn. The meal plan is very varied and balanced. I’m delighted with the nursery and our daughter loves it. It’s so good to know she’s happy and well looked after while we’re at work.

My daughter is very happy at nursery. She has a fantastic bond with her keyworkers and feels safe and happy whilst there. She has made friends with her peers and talks with enthusiasm about ‘my nursery’. Staff are wonderful, experienced and caring. Facilities excellent and communication between nursery and ourselves is excellent too. A wonderful nursery very well managed by the manager and her team, which I would wholeheartedly recommend.

I have been particularly impressed this past year with the management of the nursery. Queries are addessed quickly and efficiently and the nursery manager and deputy are always fantastically accommodating to parent needs.

Our daughter is very happy at nursery. She runs in to her room in the morning, and is always smiling when we come to pick her up. The staff are very understanding and supportive of her needs and I am confident that she is well cared for.

I would recommend this nursery to everyone!
