Busy Bees Derby Silvertrees

I would recommend Silvertrees.

Two of my children have been cared for at Silvertrees Busy Bees, one from the age of 3 until they started school and my youngest who is still there has been going since he was 6 months old. The care the team provide is second to none, it feels homely and the staff look after the children as if they were their own. I am regularly updated on progress and on the wide range of daily activities my children do and I never have to worry about them because I know they are happy and safe. My children came on leaps and bounds throughout their time here and in addition to ‘curriculum-based’ learning staff, I've found the staff are always happy to go above and beyond to help work on anything which we are also working on at home. Most importantly my child absolutely loves going to nursery both my children love the staff, and my eldest still says he wishes he was still there. I would recommend this nursery to anyone without hesitation.

If I decide to ever have another child I will definitely be returning them to this nursery.

Our daughter absolutely loves it here! She has been attending since she was 10 months and is now 3. Her confidence and independence have come on leaps and bounds. She is learning something new every day and I know she will absolutely be ready for school when the time comes. You can really feel the love the staff feel for the children, they have such amazing personal relationships it's a great feeling not having to worry about her when we are at work. So glad we chose this nursery!

I love this nursery! Especially the staff. Every staff member has a relationship with my child. I mean a personal relationship and they have a personal approach to my child. This is not just a place where my child goes to be there, this is the place she has a lot of fun and joy. The atmosphere here is so good that you don't feel like you're taking your child to a place of business.

This nursery has met my high standards. My little girl is thriving and is very happy when she goes into and comes out of the nursery. The staff work so hard and communicate really well with us. They also worked hard with my little one settling in as she struggled but they reassured me so much and she is so happy. Can’t thank the staff enough, she’s come on leap and bounds.

The care and attention of my daughter are second to none. Nothing is too much for the staff at Silvertrees. Any requests such as a food diary are undertaken with the utmost importance and professionalism. My daughter loves being at nursery and we feel that she is extremely well looked after and cared for.

I’d only suggest that now we are coming out of the pandemic more is shared regarding day to day activities, development milestones, what we need to focus on more. We get these reviews quarterly but I’d appreciate more monthly maybe - however don’t want the focus of paperwork to get over the care of my child though!!

My daughter loves going to Busy Bees at Derby Silvertrees and this stems from such a positive transition at the beginning. The process is well thought out and it left us feeling really confident at starting our daughter at six months old. The management are so welcoming and have been so helpful with any enquiries. The staff have always provided a caring, reassuring environment and they have created a great bond with my daughter and always made the effort to build a relationship with us as well. The use of the app has been a great way to know how she is doing day to day and also with her development. It has helped us to regularly see what her next steps are and therefore work alongside nursery with these. It has also enabled us to keep the contact which could have been hard to achieve during Covid-19. My daughter is very settled, happy and her transition into the next room has worked really well due to the hard work of the staff, where each child is at the centre of their decisions.

Excellent nursery, my little boy loves going. He especially enjoys all the painting and messy play gets to do. He has a great connection with the staff there and they even helped us set a routine for him.

My son loves attending Treetops Silvertrees nursery. He has a lot of fun and is well cared for. He enjoys craft activities and creative play.

Truly wonderful and loving staff who know how to have fun with the children while also helping them develop. Great mix of activities from crafts to reading to outdoor time and at pick up time you can often locate your child by following their laughter.

An excellent nursery with amazing, helpful and caring staff. I wouldn't have my boys go anywhere else. I will continue to use this nursery until my boys leave and for any children, I have in the future.

My son has attended Treetops Silvertrees for the last three and a half years from a baby to a pre-school child. The staff have helped and supported him in every step of the way. He is currently in pre-school and loves the range of activities especially the science experiments.

The staff support our child and we have been impressed at how she has grown and developed in this time. Our daughter is now more confident and her social skills and interaction with others has improved significantly. We cannot thank the staff enough they are all friendly, supportive and are amazing with the children. On arriving at nursery my daughter runs to the staff she loves going there.

We are glad with her care and growth at nursery.

My son enjoys the activities provided. Since he started nursery, it has helped him develop confidently and is getting him ready to transfer to his new room which I am looking forward too.

My son has developed in many ways since started at the nursery. He also loves going to the nursery and meet his friends and staff every day.

The team are always really helpful and it's always a good sign when your child runs into nursery and looks forward to going most mornings. Great activities, equipment and meals available. Also great to see suggestions being acknowledged and that key carers have a genuine interest in children's development.

I cannot praise the staff and environment at this nursery highly enough. My son and daughter both attend the nursery and the staff are caring and attentive to both their needs. It was such a great experience when it came time to put my second child into nursery to be able to take her to a place where the staff were all so familiar. I know I can trust them to take excellent care of my children and they also pay attention to our needs as parents. The environment is always clean and welcoming and the children are always engaged in fun activities. One of the things I love the most is how much time the children get to spend outside. I would recommend this nursery to anyone.
