My son has been going to Busy Bees for around a year and a half and has really progressed in every way. The staff are extremely welcoming, friendly and inclusive. They have been very accommodating and create lots of different activities and outdoor play. The food is brilliant as it's a variation
throughout the week and I feel that my son is safe and happy in the care of the team as when I pick him up he's always happy and has always had an action packed day. I would definitely recommend this nursery if you want genuine staff that clearly care for the children, and if you want them to thrive in a nurtured calm environment full of lots of activities.

I can see my child improving on a daily basis and he really adores the staff.
My son enjoys the food and activities provided.
Wish the outside area was bigger and more up to date.
Good location.
Great for drop offs at 7.30am

All of the staff go above and beyond when caring for my daughter. They are always very supportive of her development and help reinforce the things we are working on with her at home. Thank you for everything !

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. I know my children are in a safe, thriving environment with the most wonderful staff. There is a wonderful family vibe to this nursery created by the dedicated staff. They make it their mission to know everything about the children in their care making special
adaptions. My child struggles with separation anxiety and his thoughtful key worker goes out of her way to make creative ways to make drop off fun and reassuring.

I am very pleased with how the staff interact and look after the children. I know 100% that my boys are being looked after very well. A well structured and organised nursery. The menu is fantastic, I know my boys are eating healthy and varied food.

I find the nursery helpful supportive understanding and accommodating on a parents view. They are easy to talk to and help in any way they can. On a child's view my girl loves how they are very sweet,kind,caring living lots of affectionate aka cuddles and nice talking. They always great her in such
a happy to see her way
.if she is poorly they ask about her and check in. The only issue I have is the food being in benefits and paying for food is very hard to afford however I make it happen as she loves nursery and I know it isnt a nursery issue it is wot it is n can not be helped by them .

Since Ava has started nursery here at busy bees she instantly made great connections with all the staff in her room . The girls who look after Ava are amazing with her and have such a special bond between one another and there go above and beyond for the children always. They are constantly doing
different things and learning new things and they listen to the parents if there is anything they ask if the staff to do they do it no question asked. All the staff are friendly and always professional at all times . Ava is thriving at this nursery she's such a confident little lady and her speech has massively improved and is achieving all her milestones at this nursery and she loves it and enjoys going to see her friends and the girls who look after her and can't wait to watch her grow even more and learn more new things .

The nursery are incredibly supportive and have helped our Son progress academically and socially. The communication between staff and parents could not be better. Anytime we have communicated areas we would like them to support with e.g potty training, independently putting on his own shoes and
writing his name, they have been completely on board with this. The Manager is always flexible with booking sessions in some cases at very last minute requests. The staff and the manager create a lovely inclusive culture for all the children and are always willing to help. The only area for improvement is the afternoon dinner at 1530. The meal is always healthy but very light. Overall, we are very happy with the care they give to our Son and will recommend them to friends and family without hesitation.

Busy Bees nursery is an excellent nursery
I have 2 children that come here and they both absolutely love it they go in with no issues or being upset and are always welcomed by all staff members with a smile and hugs ready
Both my children have developed so much being here and the confidence has
grown massively
The staff always go above and beyond for my children and the relationship they have with both them and myself is always friendly and welcomed
You can talk to staff members about anything even the slightest thing you think is silly they never make you feel like it is
Staff are very supportive in every way they can be or if there is anything you would like to progress or help your child start new things
I will always recommend Busy Bees to anyone looking for a child to start at a nursery

Amazing nursery and amazing staff! The care and attention they give everyday to the children is second to none. My child smiles everyday when we pull into the car park and can't wait to get in to see the staff everyday! The amount of activities they do weekly is fantastic finding different holidays
throughout the year they can focus on with learning through fun! Would recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a fun, caring and attentive nursery!

My Son has been at the nursery for nearly a year now and is so happy there! All the staff are brilliant with him and have made him feel safe and at home whilst in an early learning environment. My son really enjoys the outdoor play area and insists on exploring 1 last time at every pick up.

Both of my children have attended Busy Bees nursery and have received excellent care and support. You can see that the staff go above and beyond for every child. Both of my children enjoy/have enjoyed their time at nursery and as parents, we could not have asked for more from a setting!

Truly pleased with my son's experience at Busy Bees Silvertrees. They inform me every day about what he eats and how he's been. Since joining, my son has also learned a lot and developed his language skills.

Busy Bees Derby Silvertrees is a fantastic place. My kid has been here more than two years now and absolutely loves it. The staff are very caring and the facilities are up to the mark.
The water drainage in the outdoor area is poor and needs work.

My son has been attending Silvertrees since September 2024. The settling in process was amazing, I met all the staff in the baby room and his key worker. I receive regular updates about my child's day when they are posted on the app along with pictures of my son enjoying the many activities they do
together. The staff are amazing! They have created a strong relationship with my son and always take the time to talk to me. I would recommend Busy Bees Silvertrees.

My little boy has been at Busy Bees Derby Silvertrees since he was 5 months old. He has grown and developed so much over the years and is such a sociable little boy. The team are amazing and they all take time to speak to not only my little boy but me too!

Two of my children have been cared for at Silvertrees Busy Bees, one from the age of 3 until they started school and my youngest who is still there has been going since he was 6 months old. The care the team provide is second to none, it feels homely and the staff look after the children as if they
were their own. I am regularly updated on progress and on the wide range of daily activities my children do and I never have to worry about them because I know they are happy and safe. My children came on leaps and bounds throughout their time here and in addition to ‘curriculum-based’ learning staff, I've found the staff are always happy to go above and beyond to help work on anything which we are also working on at home. Most importantly my child absolutely loves going to nursery both my children love the staff, and my eldest still says he wishes he was still there. I would recommend this nursery to anyone without hesitation.

My daughter has consistently grown ever since being at Busy Bees. From her physical abilities to her social skills and most importantly her intellectual skills, especially her language, as I had my concerns she would never speak properly, but all of the staff have worked extra hard and the
improvement within the last 6 months alone is amazing.
All of the staff are really good at the job and care for each individual child and each of their needs.
I especially want to thank the manager and the deputy manager for their hard work as they always go that extra mile for the children, parents and their staff, without them I personally don't believe the nursery would run as well as it currently is and many other parents share the same views as me as it's constantly mentioned within the playground when collecting/dropping off children.
If I decide to ever have another child I will definitely be returning them to this nursery.

Our daughter absolutely loves it here! She has been attending since she was 10 months and is now 3. Her confidence and independence have come on leaps and bounds. She is learning something new every day and I know she will absolutely be ready for school when the time comes. You can really feel the
love the staff feel for the children, they have such amazing personal relationships it's a great feeling not having to worry about her when we are at work. So glad we chose this nursery!
