The staff are always friendly and helpful. They have built a positive rapport with my Son and have helped him achieve milestones. You can see through the interaction with the childen that the staff genuinely care and are passionate about their work. The staff are always transparent about my Son's day at nursery- it is fantastic to be kept in the loop of everything. The manager is flexible about booking extra sessions and always responds to emails in a timely manner. The only improvement I would recommend is maybe reviewing the pm menu. The dinner served at 1530 is sometimes very light and my Son is sometimes hungry when I pick him up. Overall, I'd rate the care,learning and support as outstanding.

Busy Bees nursery is an excellent nursery I have 2 children that come here and they both absolutely love it they go in with no issues or being upset and are always welcomed by all staff members with a smile and hugs ready Both my children have developed so much being here and the confidence has grown massively The staff always go above and beyond for my children and the relationship they have with both them and myself is always friendly and welcomed You can talk to staff members about anything even the slightest thing you think is silly they never make you feel like it is Staff are very supportive in every way they can be or if there is anything you would like to progress or help your child start new things I will always recommend Busy Bees to anyone looking for a child to start at a nursery Thankyou all staff for all you have done for myself and my children

Amazing nursery and amazing staff! The care and attention they give everyday to the children is second to none. My child smiles everyday when we pull into the car park and can't wait to get in to see the staff everyday! The amount of activities they do weekly is fantastic finding different holidays throughout the year they can focus on with learning through fun! Would recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a fun, caring and attentive nursery!

My Son has been at the nursery for nearly a year now and is so happy there! All the staff are brilliant with him and have made him feel safe and at home whilst in an early learning environment. My son really enjoys the outdoor play area and insists on exploring 1 last time at every pick up.

Both of my children have attended Busy Bees nursery and have received excellent care and support. You can see that the staff go above and beyond for every child. Both of my children enjoy/have enjoyed their time at nursery and as parents, we could not have asked for more from a setting!

I am very happy that my child goes to the Busy Bees nursery. He loves every minute spent there, staff is excellent, everyone is so nice and helpful. You can see they put heart into their job. My child is so happy there. The only one thing I am not really happy about is food. I wish they could eat more healthy food then now.

Truly pleased with my son's experience at Busy Bees Silvertrees. They inform me every day about what he eats and how he's been. Since joining, my son has also learned a lot and developed his language skills.

Busy Bees Derby Silvertrees is a fantastic place. My kid has been here more than two years now and absolutely loves it. The staff are very caring and the facilities are up to the mark. The water drainage in the outdoor area is poor and needs work.

My son has been attending Silvertrees since September 2024. The settling in process was amazing, I met all the staff in the baby room and his key worker. I receive regular updates about my child's day when they are posted on the app along with pictures of my son enjoying the many activities they do together. The staff are amazing! They have created a strong relationship with my son and always take the time to talk to me. I would recommend Busy Bees Silvertrees.

My little boy has been at Busy Bees Derby Silvertrees since he was 5 months old. He has grown and developed so much over the years and is such a sociable little boy. The team are amazing and they all take time to speak to not only my little boy but me too! I would recommend Silvertrees.

Two of my children have been cared for at Silvertrees Busy Bees, one from the age of 3 until they started school and my youngest who is still there has been going since he was 6 months old. The care the team provide is second to none, it feels homely and the staff look after the children as if they were their own. I am regularly updated on progress and on the wide range of daily activities my children do and I never have to worry about them because I know they are happy and safe. My children came on leaps and bounds throughout their time here and in addition to ‘curriculum-based’ learning staff, I've found the staff are always happy to go above and beyond to help work on anything which we are also working on at home. Most importantly my child absolutely loves going to nursery both my children love the staff, and my eldest still says he wishes he was still there. I would recommend this nursery to anyone without hesitation.

My daughter has consistently grown ever since being at Busy Bees. From her physical abilities to her social skills and most importantly her intellectual skills, especially her language, as I had my concerns she would never speak properly, but all of the staff have worked extra hard and the improvement within the last 6 months alone is amazing. All of the staff are really good at the job and care for each individual child and each of their needs. I especially want to thank the manager and the deputy manager for their hard work as they always go that extra mile for the children, parents and their staff, without them I personally don't believe the nursery would run as well as it currently is and many other parents share the same views as me as it's constantly mentioned within the playground when collecting/dropping off children. If I decide to ever have another child I will definitely be returning them to this nursery.

Our daughter absolutely loves it here! She has been attending since she was 10 months and is now 3. Her confidence and independence have come on leaps and bounds. She is learning something new every day and I know she will absolutely be ready for school when the time comes. You can really feel the love the staff feel for the children, they have such amazing personal relationships it's a great feeling not having to worry about her when we are at work. So glad we chose this nursery!

I love this nursery! Especially the staff. Every staff member has a relationship with my child. I mean a personal relationship and they have a personal approach to my child. This is not just a place where my child goes to be there, this is the place she has a lot of fun and joy. The atmosphere here is so good that you don't feel like you're taking your child to a place of business.

This nursery has met my high standards. My little girl is thriving and is very happy when she goes into and comes out of the nursery. The staff work so hard and communicate really well with us. They also worked hard with my little one settling in as she struggled but they reassured me so much and she is so happy. Can’t thank the staff enough, she’s come on leap and bounds.

The care and attention of my daughter are second to none. Nothing is too much for the staff at Silvertrees. Any requests such as a food diary are undertaken with the utmost importance and professionalism. My daughter loves being at nursery and we feel that she is extremely well looked after and cared for.

The environment is very friendly and welcoming the staff are very attentive and over the last 18 months the care has never been faulted throughout the pandemic The team are very supportive of each individual child’s needs and development and is very encouraging to incorporate home routine into the nursery. The transition from 1 room to another is seem-less in our experience. I’d only suggest that now we are coming out of the pandemic more is shared regarding day to day activities, development milestones, what we need to focus on more. We get these reviews quarterly but I’d appreciate more monthly maybe - however don’t want the focus of paperwork to get over the care of my child though!!

My daughter loves going to Busy Bees at Derby Silvertrees and this stems from such a positive transition at the beginning. The process is well thought out and it left us feeling really confident at starting our daughter at six months old. The management are so welcoming and have been so helpful with any enquiries. The staff have always provided a caring, reassuring environment and they have created a great bond with my daughter and always made the effort to build a relationship with us as well. The use of the app has been a great way to know how she is doing day to day and also with her development. It has helped us to regularly see what her next steps are and therefore work alongside nursery with these. It has also enabled us to keep the contact which could have been hard to achieve during Covid-19. My daughter is very settled, happy and her transition into the next room has worked really well due to the hard work of the staff, where each child is at the centre of their decisions.

Excellent nursery, my little boy loves going. He especially enjoys all the painting and messy play gets to do. He has a great connection with the staff there and they even helped us set a routine for him.
