Child 1st (Solihull)

Both my children have gone to Child 1st, my youngest is now in toddlers. My youngest can be hard work but the toddler team have helped him come on leaps and bounds in many ways. He always enjoys nursery and comes out with a smile on his face, thanks to the amazing staff there. Would highly recommend Child 1st Day Nursery to anyone who is thinking about taking their child there.

Both our children attended this nursery over the last 4 years and it has been outstanding. Very helpful and friendly staff, the children love it and get to experience so much in terms of fun, activities, learning and development. I would not hesitate in using in the future again, couldn't recommend them any higher. Outstanding.

My daughter started here in April and is 2. I was so nervous with sending her to a nursery as she has separation anxiety and always has to be by my side. Staff were so understanding with this. My daughter had many settling in sessions with many tears but the staff were amazing and continued to gain her trust. She now goes running in to her key worker sometimes forgetting to give Mommy a kiss goodbye. I'm updated every day with her progress and love hearing how she now plays with all the other little children and she always comes out with a smile. Would highly recommend.

The staff is friendly and collaborative. My child has adapted quickly and his progress is clearly visible. In addition, when he wakes up he asks to go to nursery and he even asked to sleep there with the children. For me, this only means that I can recommend this kindergarten with all confidence.

Excellent staff. Very well run and informative. My little one has been here since he was 12 months and is due to leave to got to school this year. Will be sad to leave and very pleased with the service.

My son has attended this nursery since being 2 years and is now 4 and half and will say he will miss them all when he starts full-time school in September.

Excellent, friendly staff. Very attentive and informative regarding my grandson's day. My grandson loves it and always comes back telling us the things he's done throughout the day, would definitely recommend.

Both of my children have attended the nursery now and without a doubt, any future children will as well. Having worked in education myself it is consistently clear that the staff are all dedicated and have a love for what they do and to me this is really important. I feel my child is safe at all times. He has some allergies and the staff go above and beyond to ensure he is cared for accordingly. I’m kept up to date with how he is and what he has been doing by an app which is extremely practical.

The staff are very friendly and supportive. The outdoor play area is lovely. My daughter has been very happy at the nursery. She enjoys the activities and has been very comfortable with her key worker.

My son started at Child First (Solihull) in April 2021 and has flourished in such a short amount of time. The staff are incredible. Always helpful and ready to put concerns and nervousness as a first time mom at ease. I would highly recommend Child First (Solihull) to anyone. They're brilliant with my son who before starting at Child First (Solihull) had no experience of being around a large group of other children.

A fantastic nursery that I cannot fault. My little boy loves nursery, he goes in and comes home very happy. The staff are fantastic and he has clearly formed bonds with them. I feel happy going to work knowing that my boy is happy and very well looked after. The app is always updated with comments and pictures so I can see what he is up to during the day. It is clear to see how he is quickly developing in all areas. Thank you for all that you do for my son.

I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough, my two year old has been attending since September and I can’t fault them at all. He goes in happy, comes home happy and has formed a lovely relationship with his key worker, as have I. All of the staff are great, really approachable, nothing is too much trouble and I fully trust that I am leaving him in the best hands. The activities they do with the children are wonderful, he has so much fun in a comfortable, safe environment and I couldn’t ask for more!

What a lovely nursery, my little one has been going for a matter of months and she has settled in so well and grown very attached to her key worker who is amazing. After a previous bad experience, I feel happy now that my daughter is there and doing really well. Thank you Child 1st.

My little girl has been here since she was eight months and absolutely loves it here. She has always built a brilliant relationship with each of her key workers and it shows whenever she gets dropped off and picked up. She has learnt so much already. I couldn’t think of a better nursery.

This is a lovely, friendly, happy nursery. My son loved all the activities he got to do every day, he enjoyed the brilliant outdoor area and all the fun on forest Fridays. All of the staff were caring and friendly.

Great place with great staff, my two year old son was attending two days a week. He enjoyed it a lot although he didn’t speak English yet. He’s brought so many artworks, which was lovely and showed how much they do with the children. I recommend that place in 100%.

She was shy when she first arrived but thanks to the staff she's now a social butterfly. Can't thank them enough for everything they have done over the last 12 months. Just really glad to have such amazing people looking out for my daughter.

Great place. My child loves coming to nursery she has come on so much since starting, the staff are brilliant and always giving me information that I need for her. I would recommend Child 1st to any parent, toys 2 is really good the girls are fantastic
