Day Nurseries Owned by Child 1st Day Nurseries

Since my little girl started in January at the age of 1, we can see the massive growth in our daughter from when she started. She started as just a baby and now turned into the most loving, caring and educated little girl and this is a massive thank you to every teacher my little girl has been in the hands off. Most of all we want to say a massive thank you to our little girls key worker Lily, who has played the most important part of our girls development who has gone above & beyond for us as parents & our little girl. Thank you!

The most amazing staff and nursery ! My daughter absolutely adores the staff here and she has grew in so many ways it is unbelievable how much she has came on. Her confidence, her speech and her physical development is amazing ! Couldn't recommend this nursery anymore if I tried . She has been here since she was 9 months old she is now coming up to 2 and she still happily walks in everyday

My daughter started in the baby room when I returned to work at 14 months. She initially struggled with the separation; however, the staff worked with us and were extremely supportive - 12 months later she is now happy, talks about and loves going to Nursery.

She has developed emotionally, socially and academically and it is now a joy to watch her go into nursery - happy and excited about seeing her friends, as well as to see the staff (that she also sees as friends). Any questions, queries or concerns have been immediately answered by room staff or the wider leadership within the Nursery.

As a parent, the rooms regular observations during of the day make it leaving her there bit easier. As she moves rooms that have been plenty of transitional visits and appropriate support and she's looking forward to going back in September.

We could not be happier with our choice! The stuff is so professional and lovely. We see our daughter thrive and really love spending time there. They do so many nice activities every week and we have so many little paintings and works made by our kid - we are super happy!

Honestly this nursery is absolutely fantastic. My daughter has SEN and management, the SENCO worker Amy and all staff that have been involved in my child's development over the past two years have been incredible. My daughter has come on a lot in this time and they are all so patient and understanding when it comes to her needs. I have recently given birth to another child and when the time comes I will definitely be putting him into this nursery.

My daughter has been at Child 1st Solihull for a month but it has been such a weight lifted to see how well she settled in. We did 4 settling in sessions over a month and these were tailored to how my daughter was doing. The staff are brilliantly friendly and their communication is excellent. The use of the Famly app is great to keep updated on how the day is going and to see what my daughter has been up to.

I moved my son to Child 1st nursery in September 2025. I was really anxious following a previous negative experience at his last nursery.

The nursery's communication and school preparation are amazing.

All the ladies in the pre school room and across the whole nursery deserve awards. A massive thank you to them for seeing the light in my little boy and bringing it out for others to see. He will miss everyone when he starts school in September

My daughter has attended child 1st for nearly a year and I cannot explain how impressed I have been with this nursery. She skips in 3 days a week, their communication is second to none and the way she has developed since being there has been incredible. She has built in confidence, speech, made friends, they do cute competitions, themed days and she is always happy and excited to attend. It means the world to a mum to know your child is safe and happy when out of your care and child 1st achieves that daily!

I picked Child 1st for my son as i lived close, my son was not able to communicate completely so I was very hesitant. Since joining in January he is a different boy, the staff have been amazing with him they go above and beyond. He is so much more confident, more vocal, joining in with other kids. It's been an amazing experience and I could not thank the staff enough!

I have complete peace of mind knowing he is always in safe, capable hands while he's there. We are so grateful for the care and dedication they show every single day.

Everyone at the nursery is amazing and with a smile on their faces. I know my child is in safe hands i never worry due to the nursery app updates. Definitely recommended. They deserve more than 5 stars

My daughter has been going to this nursery since she was around 7/8 months old , she has grown so much and come so far, she is now 3, she is kind, clever and such a pleasant little girl and I believe the girls and boys here have helped influence that and guided her into the clever little inquisitive girl she is.

A brilliant nursery! my daughter started here last September it was a big step for both her and me as she had been with me all the time, they were so welcoming and reassuring as the first couple of days were new. She has now been there for 8 months and not only does she enjoy her time there she has made some great bonds with staff members and her development has come so far due to the range of activities and one to one activities they do! If i ever had any issues or worries their communication and understanding are brilliant i couldn't recommend this nursery enough!

My oldest daughter attended Child 1st from January 2021 until June 2024 and she thrived there. She went from the baby room up to preschool and grew so much as a person and developed a number of skills she uses at school. While experiencing some DV and custody issues with her father, the nursery and in particular the management team, provided an incredible amount of support for my daughter and for myself which I'm very grateful for.

My middle daughter started in September 2024 and has also thrived since joining, her speech and communication skills have come such a long way in that time.

My youngest daughter is due to start part time in September 2026 and I can't wait to see how well she does under their care.

I honestly love this nursery and my girls have and will continue to develop into wonderful people with the help and support of all the staff

I'm absolutely pleased we picked Child 1st Nursery! My child has been attending since October last year when they turned one. They love going in and arw familiar with the staff. I get information on hand via the app as to what they ate, naps and nappy changes. Regular updates on their progress, pictures of fun activities and even get offered to attend stay and play so we can watch our child's interaction.

My youngest child started at Child First Nursery on Cooks Lane back in September. I was so anxious as my eldest did not attend a private day nursery. Straight away staff made me feel comfortable, relaxed and welcomed. They were so kind and gentle to my little girl who at the time was 1 year, 2 months old. I set up the family app which is brilliant and easy to use. The staff in Baby room keep me updated with what my little one is up to, eaten and her naps. The environment is welcoming and the activities I see my little girl doing through the app are engaging. Could not recommend this nursery enough.
