My First Friends Rubery

I am so happy I chose this nursery for my baby, I am at complete ease sending her here and I know she's getting the best help and is cared for in the right way.

We would highly recommend My First Friends Nursery in Rubery. Our daughter has been attending since May 2017 when she was 11 months and has made great progress in all areas. All the staff without exception have been amazing. They are all friendly, approachable, supportive, fun and positive whilst remaining professional at all times. I have no concerns when dropping our daughter in their care and she loves attending. The Nursery have been flexible in accommodating my shift pattern and keep us informed daily with our daughters progress via an app. I again would like to highlight what a relief it is to find such an outstanding Nursery.

Security is amazing.

Our daughter loved this nursery so when it came to picking a nursery for our son My First Friends nursery seemed the obvious choice. The staff are lovely and greet him with a hug every morning. We use the app to check how he's doing throughout the day.

My daughter attends My First Friends and she has done for nearly two years. The nursery is clean and the staff are absolutely amazing! I highly recommend and I always advise other moms and dads to pick My First Friends for their child’s nursery!

My son has really settled in well at the nursery. He always has great fun. They do lots of fun activities with the children. I can really see a difference in his confidence and independence. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. It's also great you can keep track of what your child's doing and eating, etc. throughout the day on the app.

I have daily access to the app, which shows me all activities, including milk feeds, food and sleep times.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for about 9 months now, and we are very happy with the nursery. She has progressed in her learning so much since attending. I explained to the nursery when she started her dietary needs and cultural needs, which are always met, and the nursery always makes sure her cultural needs are met by focussing activities around these. The nursery is always working to high standards.

Excellent nursery. My child loves it here and has come on so much since she started. They understand her needs and help as much as they can. An absolutely fantastic nursery.

Both my son and daughter have or are attending My First Friends nursery over a period of 6 years. Both have enjoyed their experience there and with both myself and my wife working full time, it's a relief to know that the children are in safe hands. Really would recommend this nursery to anyone who is looking for a hassle-free day while at work.

My youngest daughter will be graduating from pre-school this summer. She loves going to nursery each day and has great relationships with the staff and her friends. She is now an extremely confident and independent little girl, who loves to learn and is very well prepared for school. There will definitely be tears on her last day and she will be counting down the days until she can go back and join her sister at the holiday club!

All in all, this is a fantastic nursery, I have never had any concerns whatsoever about my daughter's care while she's there, and would recommend to anyone.

My daughter was only 5 months when I went back to work so me and my husband were understandably worried about handing her to complete strangers. The staff at My First Friends were absolutely brilliant, they made me and my husband feel really confident and comfortable and even though it was very hard for me that first day I knew she'd be well looked after. What makes it a great nursery for me is the staff are extremely understanding and happy to help with anything. While you're at work you can call them at any time to get an update on how she is, and they never seem like you're bothering them. There is also a great app you can download on your phone that updates you on everything she's doing, nappy changes etc. Which is perfect when I'm busy in meetings all day I can quickly go online and check how she's doing they even upload a photo of her which is so reassuring to see. I couldn't recommend them enough! They've genuinely helped make the decision to go back to work a lot easier.

Before we chose My First Friends Nursery we did check about 15 other nurseries. It is a difficult choice but we are so pleased that we decided to send our daughter to First Friends Nursery at Rubery. She was scared at the beginning but with a big help from all nursery workers who gave her attention and loads of cuddles, she is happy there now. She is really happy when she goes there. All ladies are so nice and helpful. I do not have to worry about my daughter because I am sure she is in good hands.

My son has settled really well at this nursery after changing from another provider due to a move of home. He has been at My First Friends for many months now and really enjoys it. The staff in his group are very constant and always very helpful and knowledgeable. I have had some really good advice when my son has been going through some difficult stages. He has learned a lot from nursery and has a lot of fun. Also, the facilities are fantastic such as the interactive screen. I have great confidence in this nursery and the staff who I really can't praise enough. The outside space is really big which is great for toddlers who need to let off steam. Overall, I can't fault this nursery which is great peace of mind.

The staff here are friendly, professional and extremely caring for children. They are very informative around the children's activities and focus heavily on learning and development. Keep up the good work guys.

I wouldn’t send my child anywhere else. Staff are friendly and it can be very daunting leaving your child with strangers but they soon no longer become strangers and fill you with complete trust in taking care of your child.

From day one I was so impressed with the whole nursery. The staff are so friendly and approachable. There is a real ‘family feel’ to this nursery. All staff are professional and experienced and build wonderful relationships with the children throughout their journey. I’ll be very sad when it’s time for her to leave and go off to school.
