My First Friends Rubery

The nursery staffs are excellent and very caring for my child. I would rate 5 stars for them. On the downside, the finance team is awful, money-minded and charges for all the bank holidays even if the child comes only 2 days a week. They are not helpful in citing terms and conditions. It is not the best value for money.

I want to give a special thanks to all the key workers who have started this journey with her as they have been fantastic! She loves going to nursery and she has come such a long way, I’m excited to see more of her character coming out in the next few months/years. The regular parents' evening updates are also great for both me and her father to sit there and see how well she is doing. Thank you My First Friends, Rubery! - if I could rate higher, I would.

This was my son's first month at full-time nursery and away from me and Dad. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and have helped my little boy settle in very quickly. He seems so much more happier and confident within himself. The staff are extremely friendly to everyone and make it less daunting to leave your child, especially as a first-time Mum.

Fantastic school caring, loving and accommodating. My son loved to go all the time, despite the fact he is meant to attend two days a week. I would recommend My First Friend school to everyone I come across always.

The staff are great and listen to your concerns and really put your mind at ease. Nothing is too much bother.

The app is good, staff provide continuity and regular updates. Staff always make time to communicate at the end of the day.

Couldn’t have asked for anything more. All the staff are lovely and so caring to all the kids. My daughters absolutely love going there and feel so comfortable. It means so much to see your children happy and comfortable and I feel so at ease leaving them to play with all their friends.

I love how friendly all the staff are, they feel like family when we pick up our child. They always listen when we have additional needs.

No bad words at all against what they do and support my child's progress. My baby started in March with no English at all, they were so patient and gave me feedback on what to do step by step. Actually, my elder daughter was there in 2017 as well and I was so pleased with the support and friendly staff there and that's why I have no doubt of choosing them again when my second daughter is reaching the age. Highly recommended them, I have told so many of my friends already about how good they are.

Our son has been going here since he was 1 and we have always had a wonderful experience with My First Friends. The staff are lovely and attentive. He has been very happy there and we will be sad for him to leave!

Staff can not do enough for you and more importantly for your child.

My son is not your average 2 and a half year old, he's nonverbal and struggles with socialising with other children, however, while going to nursery he learnt how to deal with things out of his control, share with others and is trying to communicate more with others.

Very friendly staff who always do their best to fulfil the parent's needs. The nursery has a good outdoor play area which is great as my son loves it but I believe that children should go out only if the weather is adequate or under their parent's authorisation.

My child has been attending since nine months old, and they have absolutely thrived by being at the nursery and love going every week. The staff are lovely, approachable and put our minds at ease with any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend the nursery.

An amazing nursery with incredible staff. Our daughter has flourished in the last year and can't wait to go to nursery each day. The staff go above and beyond to give the children the very best start.

My First Friends has been outstanding since our daughter started around 2 years ago. The staff are great and supportive. The level of communication is good and it is well resourced. I would definitely recommend!

I only have positive things to say about My First Friends nursery! My little girl started with them just before she was 1 and she settled really quickly into the baby room thanks to the wonderfully nurturing and friendly staff. She has recently moved into the D&E room and has again settled quickly, staff at the nursery ensured that her transition was seamless and the new staff have made an effort to get to know her and comfort her as much as possible. They have supported her with her potty training and I feel that her communication and language has come on leaps and bounds with the help of her time at nursery.

The nursery have been amazing since my child started in September last year. Their continued support has made a huge impact on my child’s development. Nothing is ever to much for them to do. The under 2’s team have been so helpful and given me so much confidence in leaving my child in a nursery setting with my child being so happy and settled. Thank you to all the team for being utterly amazing! As a family, we can not thank you enough for everything that they have done and continue to do!
