The staff are lovely and welcoming. Highly recommended this nursery.

My son has been going to this nursery since he was 8 months and it's now become his second home. Members of staff seem very passionate about their job, different activities are always proposed to the children to help in their development. I definitely recommend this nursery.

Overall my mind has been put at ease knowing we made the right decision and our daughter is happy and nurtured while there.

My First Friends is a wonderful nursery and pre-school. My child has attended this nursery from 10 months old and will remain here until starting school this September.

Like most working parents leaving a child at nursery can be difficult, but from day one the staff made me feel that my child would be well looked after. Their approach was to reassure me as much as my child showing real compassion and empathy.

My child has flourished; I cannot recommend this nursery enough.

My son started at this nursery at 5 months old in the baby room, moving up through the age groups and is now in pre-school. When he first started I was nervous about losing the good routine we'd established at home but the staff took on board everything we discussed and he settled in instantly, and nursery very quickly became like an extended family. At each point throughout his nursery journey he has established strong relationships with staff and children, and the staff have encouraged independence and confidence. They have supported his development, pushed him to achieve his best, helped to enforce good values consistent with home and supported with things like nap transitions and potty training by listening to what we were doing at home too. He absolutely loves nursery and is so excited to go every morning, and I can rest easy knowing he is so happy and content.

I would recommend My First Friends nursery, during the pandemic my son wasn't very verbal and since going there his speech has come on so much his so much happier going there he loves it and the staff are friendly and helpful all the time.

Communication is a huge strength of this nursery - they are always contactable and keen to resolve any queries. The app used is updated every day with photos, the activities the children have been doing (linked to the EYFS Framework) and notes regarding meals and how much the child has eaten.

After viewing My First Friends nursery, my son and I fell in love with it straight away. Amazing staff and very friendly kids are looked after amazingly. My son is so happy here and has come a long way since starting at My First Friends.

I’ve sent both of my daughters to My First Friends and can never express how grateful I am to all the wonderful staff that work here. My eldest daughter was always very shy and the thought of sending her to nursery terrified me but the staff at My First Friends reassured me and within no time my eldest daughter loved it here. I watched her blossom and learn so much in such a short space of time. The nursery were quick to help her with her potty training and always kept me updated whenever I collected her from nursery. They assisted her transition from nursery to reception and helped build her confidence hugely. I now send my youngest daughter to this nursery and from the moment I sent her I saw her develop immediately. She was able to string sentences together, her speech improved, her creativity widen and her maths and English came on wonderfully. I honestly couldn’t think of a better place to send my children, the staff are caring, helpful, and go above and beyond for each child.

My son has been at this nursery since he was 8 months old. He has loved every minute of it! I am always impressed by how helpful and friendly the staff are, and they are clearly supporting my son to progress and meet his targets whilst also making sure he feels supported, safe and like he has a home from home!

Our little one has thrived massively since being part of the My First Friends family. She comes home excited about her day and tells us all about the amazing things she has done. When it’s nursery day she’s up bright and happy and ready to go. She cannot wait to get there! The team are fantastic and it is clear how organised and dedicated they are. As a full time working mum, I find it invaluable to be kept up to speed with how her day is going through the app and I love seeing pictures of her enjoying her day. Whenever you call there is always someone able to help, and emails and calls are answered swiftly and professionally. The atmosphere is fun, vibrant and the children look ever so happy to be there. I’d recommend to anyone!

Nothing is too much trouble. My son comes out of nursery full of smiles and looks forward to when he next attends.

My son is a very clingy child and hasn't had much time away from myself other than with family, so when it came to looking for a nursery for him to attend I thought this was going to be very hard. However, My First Friends nursery was the first nursery we had a look around and we instantly made the decision that this nursery was going to be the nursery for our boy! The reception staff are so warm and welcoming, they interact with the children to make them feel comfortable straight away. Upon our arrival we spoke with the receptionist she was so welcoming and we instantly felt like this was home, we then went on to meet with the manager of the nursery to go for a look around. The nursery at the time had loads of children in their little bubble doing loads of different activities, you could feel the love in the room there was so many happy smiles and laughs. I would highly recommend having a look around and seeing this nursery for your children!!!

My daughter started with My First Friends Rubery at 14-months-old, she was very attached to me, and I worried about how she would feel being away from me at nursery. The staff were incredible in settling her into the nursery, it really is her home from home. She is so happy here and is excited to go in every day. I love being able to check the app to see what she has been up to (often with a picture), what she has eaten, how long she has slept for and her nappy changes. She has grown so attached to many of the staff and has developed so well with their encouragement. They are very professional, honest and caring. I am so pleased with our choice of nursery, and after over 12-months with them would recommend them so highly.

It is a lovely nursery, my son loves going to the nursery every day. The staff are full of love, and there's nice atmosphere! He is growing into a kind and confident child, which we really appreciate every effect that nursery staff are trying.

The nursery has been fantastic. Our son has been here since he was 5 months. I can’t fault it. We both work full time and without the nursery, I wouldn’t have been able to return to work. Worth every penny!

This nursery proved to be the best choice for my daughter as we had a difficult time adjusting to the new life conditions, taking into account we were not born and raised in the UK. My daughter experienced not only a new environment, new people, but also a new language that she had to cope with. She has made huge progress and is more confident now she has learned lots of things. We are very delighted to attend your nursery and I am deeply grateful that the manager and the whole staff showed us patience, calm, care, concern, devotion and compassion for which I will always say: thank you and God bless you.

My First Friends is an amazing nursery. My son took a while to settle in and the staff were great with him.

Lovely little nursery with friendly and helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble. My daughter has been going for 18 months and loves it. An all-round excellent nursery.
