My First Friends Rubery

The staff have been such an amazing support for us throughout his time here, they were brilliant with his potty training, learning to walk and talk, how to play with others and his whole learning journey. I am happy to say he is doing very well and that is thanks to the team here. I feel so blessed that my son attends such a wonderful place. Thank you all.

A good nursery. I would recommend this place to anyone who as asked me about a nursery, it’s clean, friendly, the staff are brilliant with the children.

Our child has been attending this nursery for over a year now. We are very pleased with the staff, their enthusiasm, genuine interest. They maintain overall accountability in the form of daily feedback and regular contact with parents. They have recently introduced a mobile app based feedback with real-time updates including foods, activity, sleep times, learning journals and summative reports. This system has been greatly impressive for working parents like us to track the developmental progress of our child. Most importantly, our child loves the place here. The children are welcomed by staff in a caring environment and parents like us leave the place dropping off our child feeling very reassured to selves. We have had no concerns about food/ nutrition. We would certainly recommend this nursery to anyone.

Leaving my 10 month old was hard but the nursery made it as smooth as it could be. I've seen such a positive leap in her development already and its only been a month. She is undertaking activities I just couldn't provide at home all linked to the developmental curriculum. With the app updates I can see how she is doing over the day - from activities, to what she's eating and how much; sleeping; drinking and even nappy changes. I'm confident she is happy in such a spacious nursery with friendly attentive staff.

My daughter has attended My First Friends for 4 months now and I cannot fault the service I have received to date. My daughter is happy to be left with the staff members every morning, I have not had a single day where I have had to leave her crying (which is one of every parent's nightmares). The staff are always very friendly and I find it very easy to talk to them about anything I feel I need to discuss. The care they have shown for my daughter, and every other child I have seen them interact with has been outstanding. They use an app to show how my daughter is getting on during the day, putting my mind at rest when I cannot be with her.

I think it’s the best nursery. The staff are great I would recommend any child going here. I couldn’t say one bad word about this nursery and the staff my daughter is extremely happy and has learned a lot. I’m very pleased.

The nursery offers lots of learning through play inside and out. The layout is great too, the food is excellent.

Now they have a parent app you can log on and see everything your child has done at nursery.

Staff are great, very helpful, nothing is to much trouble.

Fantastic nursery! My son has been going since he was just under a year, the difference in him since he started is amazing, he loves going. The staff are very approachable and friendly and the nursery has loads of activities to keep them entertained. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Both my children have attended My First Friends since they were 11 months old and I have always been very impressed by the nursery's professionalism and care, and their flexibility in accommodating my family's needs.

Since joining my first friends my son has improved substantially in his development. The range of daily activities means every day is different and enjoyable for him. The staff are very supportive with any concerns and work closely with parents to help children develop and learn new things. The app used by the nursery means I can check up on my son throughout my day at work to see what he has been up to. All round a fantastic nursery - would recommend it to any parents.

My two-year-old and one-year-old started at My First Friends in September 2017. My experience has been nothing short of fantastic - my daughters love going to nursery and have made huge strides in their development. The staff are friendly, welcoming and more than willing to speak to me anytime about how they are getting on. Transition between rooms has been effortless and the girls have been given settling in time before making the jump to their next stage. Feedback is constructive, detailed and allows me to have a clear understanding of how they are getting on.

When looking for a nursery for my daughters I wanted somewhere that felt warm and comfortable and My First Friends has this. I have recommended the nursery to friends already and look forward to my girls continuing their time there.

A fantastic nursery with wonderful staff.

The nursery has been excellent. They are friendly and have given us loads of help and support with our son. The children are happy and the staff do loads with them and it's great they have the options to go outside whatever the season.

I would definitely recommend My First Friends Nursery (Rubery). I have a 6-year-old daughter and a 4-year-old son and both have attended the nursery from the age of 2. The children have always attended nursery with great enthusiasm and thoroughly enjoy their time there. They received a great boost with early learning while developing healthy social skills in preparation for school. As a family, we have been extremely happy and very appreciative of the great service and high level of care we have received from the Nursery and its staff.
