My child has been going to the nursery for the past 4 months now. The staff has been great with him and they are lovely people and he settled in a lot better than I thought. We get "moments" end of the week and its lovely to see what they have been upto.

It has been a very satisfactory experience for us starting from the viewing, registration and finally receiving the childcare from My First Friends nursery, Rubery. All the staff are friendly and warm making it easier for even parents to form a connection as well as with the children. The management
(Claire and Marie) are very cooperative and show lot of empathy towards the parents and always ready to help. The service is great with experienced and knowledgeable staff. The whole team deserves a big shout out for being fantastic in their roles. Thank you all so much for looking after my little boy.

Lovely nursery with wonderful staff who genuinely care about my two little one and make sure they always come out smiling. Clean and tidy. All the rooms have lovely toys with cute little cosy areas and they all have a wonderful little outdoor area which they use alot! Highly reccomend it. Moved my
little ones here from another nursery & they're definitely thriving and doing so well here.

I was so anxious about my eldest son moving nursery and my youngest starting nursery. They started here earlier in the year and I must say we have been very impressed.
The staff have been so welcoming, kind and friendly since the beginning.
I have never met a group of people who are as
compassionate and as caring as the staff are here.
We have had a rocky few months and the nursery have been so kind and supportive and going above and beyond expectations to support not only my children but myself too.
I used to feel anxious leaving my children with other people, but since taking them to this learning environment I feel at ease knowing my children are happy and safe.
Words cannot express how grateful I am to the staff here at My First Friends.

My son always looks forward to nursery and has made great connections with the excellent staff. He enjoys the range of activities they get to participate in, especially their sport mornings and he has come on leaps and bounds in his writing and drawing.

Absolutely amazing nursery, my child has been attending for 2 plus years now and I have not had a single issue from beginning to end. The staff are very freindly and helpful and made me feel so welcome and my child like a member of family there. I cant express enough how much I will miss the staff
there and how much my child will also! Very difficult having to leave. My child has elevated tremendously thanks to the care and teachings of the staff.

A Truly Wonderful Nursery - Thank You for Everything!
As our family says goodbye after many happy years, we wanted to take a moment to share just how much this nursery has meant to us. Both of our children - our daughter, now 8, and our son, who is 3 - have thrived here, and we couldn't be more
grateful. From the very beginning, the warmth, care, and professionalism of the staff stood out. Every member of the team has made our children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. As an LGBT+ family with two mums, we've always felt completely welcomed and embraced. It's clear that this is a truly inclusive environment where diversity is celebrated, and every child is supported to shine in their own unique way.
The nursery has played such an important role in our children's early years, and we've always felt confident knowing they were in such loving and capable hands. The care, patience, and enthusiasm shown by the staff is something truly special.

My son started nursery in January 2025. My son did struggle the first few sessions to settle in but after a few minutes of being in nursery each day he was absolutely fine and settled in amazingly. The staff in my boys room have been so amazing and understanding with my son and really helped him
flourish these past few weeks since he has started. I love seeing what he gets up to when he is at nursery and just having that comfort that he is okay there without me. All staff members are so lovely and my son loves going to nursery to play and learn new skills each day he is there. I can't thank this nursery and the staff enough for comforting my son in mornings when i leave him as sometimes he is very unsettled and upset that i have to go.

My child has been at the nursery since he was 16 months. He has really thrived, the team are great and have taken an interest in his development.
We get regular updates on their activity through the app including photos. Facilities are brilliant, there are always different activities for the
children to take part in.
My child loves going to nursery and has built relationships with the staff there. It is a big relief to know he's spending his day with people he likes, who take care of him well and he feels comfortable with.

My daughter has been attending since she was nine months old.
She adores nursery, from the goodbye at the door, she will hold her hands out to the member of the team! Everyone knows her and it's a real comfort that they know her little ways. Her confidence has really come on and I really love the
up to date app that shows me what she has been doing throughout the day. She loves the music lady attending and the activities they do for the children are always on theme and exciting.
The meals are amazing, she gets a wide variety of meals that are healthy and this gives me ideas for her meals at home!
Thankyou, especially to the girls in the baby room for making my return to work as easy as possible, something I had been dreading for the whole of my maternity leave. But the team made the whole experience so positive that I was completely at ease! I think you all do an amazing job and Thankyou again!

My son started at this nursery January 2025. I can say I am very grateful to the lovely ladies who work here. We are always greeted with a warm smile and they are brilliant at supporting the little ones with any separation anxiety.
They update the app regularly which gives me a great insight into
how my sons day is going and eases any nerves I initially had about him starting there.
He always comes home happy and worn out from a fun filled day of activities. I would definitely recommend to other moms.

My grandson has attended nursery since the age of 9 months. The staff are very welcoming and information is given to me on how his day has gone when I collect, mom is updated with photos and parents' evenings and online. I am not so technical, staff happy to give me messages verbally, very friendly
environment, bright and colourful, lots of different age-appropriate activities.

My daughter has been attending for 6 months now & she loves it.
During her settling-in stage, she was upset to leave me, but with the support & kindness of the staff, she now gets excited about nursery & runs in when she gets there!
Her communication, social skills & overall confidence have
developed beyond anything I could have expected.
The staff are always friendly & happy to help. You can see that they genuinely care about & bond with the kids.
Throughout the day, we get updates via an app - meals, nappy changes, naps, activities etc. which I love. We also have parent's evening & learning stories, to help further their development.
They offer a wide spectrum of activities including numbers, reading, outdoor play, music and everything in between. The meals provided are wholesome & nutritious.
I could not recommend this nursery enough & am very appreciative to the staff who, even though they have multiple children to look after, make sure every child feels special.

My daughter started her first days without mommy and daddy at My First Friends Nursery, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. I will admit there were tears to start which made me go to work in tears but with persistence and care of staff, my daughter now walks into nursery independently
wanting to speak and share special times and circumstances with her peers. I now go to work knowing she's going to enjoy her day, and her having her own independence amazes me, I look forward to picking my daughter up at the end of the day and hearing about her exciting day and achievements. Thanks guys as you look after my pride and joy twice a week without me feeling guilty for leaving her

My daughter is being onboarded at this nursery, and the staff are incredibly kind and inviting. They showed me around the entire facility, and I was thrilled to see smiling faces. Anticipating my daughter's nursery. Many thanks to the entire staff!

Absolutely lovely nursery! Inside and out, my daughter loves the garden area. My daughter has only recently joined but I can already see the improvement in her speech, trying new food and exploring more. I love that the nursery keeps you really updated with the app I get to see what she's been doing
what she's eaten and when her nappy was changed. The nursery staff are brilliant, one lady is absolutely amazing, my daughter adores her always smiling always happy lovely to talk to. The manager is such a lovely lady and also always ready to help with any concerns or anything you need. The staff who look after my little one are absolutely amazing keep me updated every time I go in and let me know if she's been her bubbly self. This nursery truly is the best one I have seen. I went searching a few but My First Friends and staff really stood out. Thank you for having us!

Both my son and daughter love the staff and everyone here. My son has left now but still enjoys seeing everyone on drop off and pick up. The team are a wonderful and caring family for our little ones to be around, and I can't thank them all enough for what they've done over the years! So
understanding when work situations change, always on hand to answer any question and willing to help when they can! The only thing I'd want to push for and complain about is the lack of air conditioning in the nursery. The doors are open when they can be and so are the windows, for the safety of the children (highly appreciated) but it must be tough on the staff too, especially these hot sticky days!

My grandchildren love going to nursery. The staff are friendly and you can go to them if there is a problem. They would go to the nursery on weekends if it was open they love it that much. They are both doing well there. I can't fault the staff at all, they make you feel so welcome.

Brilliant nursery with fantastic facilities and staff who are caring and nurturing towards the children. The staff are also great at concentrating on each child’s individual needs and development. I wouldn’t send my children anywhere else.

My child has attended this nursery for a while now and has come on leaps and bounds. They learn so much about loads of different topics in fun and creative ways. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and supportive to both parents and children. They also have lovely modern facilities.
You always
get good feedback at the end of the day, during parent's evenings and on the app which gives me a really good insight into my child’s development, learning, and general happiness at the nursery. I’d definitely recommend this nursery to parents.
