My daughter attends Mama Bears Nursery in Springhill since she was 9 months old. The professionalism and care of the team there is phenomenal to our daughter and also to us as parents. We have watched her growth in learning and development has been amazing. The app is always updated and the teachers
and manager are so approachable. Safety and security is paramount at this nursery as well so we do not worry when she is at nursery. Medically trained at first aid and their quick response when our daughter fell ill at nursery put us at ease really quickly when we were worried. It is a nursery where you as parents feel like you belong to a family as it is very family-orientated.

My little one has settled very well into Mama Bear's after only a couple of months, the staff are extremely welcoming, smiley and approachable. My little one really enjoys nursery and is always so excited to come here every time. I feel assured my little one is safe here, all whilst learning/developing
and being surrounded by such engaging staff members.

I’ve sent both my children to Mama Bear's Springhill Green and it’s so important to find a place where you are happy and your child is getting the best care whilst you go to work. With 5 years apart, the team have remained the same. The team are fantastic and we are very thankful for all that they do.
The children have a great time.

I cannot put into words how wonderful and welcoming Mama Bear's Plymouth have been to my son, my husband and me.
From the very first session, I have felt absolutely confident in my son's care. Regular updates and pictures always make me feel included and in the loop during the day. Our little one has
bonded so well with his care leader, she is absolutely phenomenal with him I couldn't ask for better!
Thank you so much to Mama Bear's and a special thank you to the bouncy room and the ladies at reception you have no idea how much reassurance you have given us!

Staff are always friendly and caring towards my son and have really encouraged him to learn the things he needs to before starting school. His confidence has grown and I now feel he is well-prepared for when he leaves. I will miss the nursery especially after both our boys went there.

We are really happy with the progress our daughter is making in the preschool setting. They promote her independence whilst giving her support when required.
Our daughter is always really excited to attend each day and clearly has a good relationship with the staff in her room.
We were apprehensive
about moving from a small childminder setting to a nursery setting but the switch really worked for our daughter and feel the larger setting will make a smoother transition to primary school.

My daughter has attended this nursery for 3 years and has been in every room of it. Staff are always friendly, accommodating and welcoming. They have a portal which they are brilliant at updating to show what your child has eaten, what they have done and any news the parents need to know. I think all
in all it’s a great nursery and I will be sad when my child moves on to go to school.

Mama Bear's Springhill Green looked after my daughter a few years ago and now cares for my little boy. The service I have experienced from them over the last 5 years has been nothing but outstanding. The girls in the bouncy room are all amazing and the staff are so friendly and flexible providing brilliant
support to parents trying to manage changing schedules around work. I wouldn’t dream of putting my children anywhere else. I get daily updates of all the lovely activities my little boy is doing and can see his progress coming along so beautifully with the girl's support. He is always eating home-cooked food and playing outside in the fresh air with his friends. Thank you so much Mama Bear's.

This is a really brilliant nursery! The staff are lovely and caring, and do a really brilliant job of ensuring my daughter has a great day, makes friends and learns new things! I can't thank the staff enough - they are great communicators, and really helpful and understanding.

I couldn’t fault mama bears Spring Hill both my children have been here. Along with other family members. The team are such a joy and makes you feel at ease when leaving children if they struggle with staying.

It is such a lovely, caring and supportive environment for them and they have both built lovely relationships with the team. Never questioned my decision and cannot speak more highly of all of the team at

Both of my boys have attended Mama Bears, Springhill Green since they were 9 months old and they have developed and learned so many things in that time. My eldest is now at school and my youngest is nearly 3 and absolutely loves going to nursery, he runs in and is excited to tell me all about his day
when I collect him. The Manager and the Team are amazing and I cannot rate them and the nursery as a whole, highly enough.

From the moment you step in the doors, you can feel the care in the environment. The children's best interests are always at the heart of everything they do. The staff are friendly, helpful and considerate, and they go out of their way to match your child's routine at home to the nursery setting. I

My son is so happy at Mama Bear's Day Nursery, he has been attending since he was 7 months old and will graduate in the summer. The staff are absolutely amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and the app is constantly updated so you know how your little one is getting on throughout their sessions. I have

Both my children have attended the nursery. I have never had any concerns. The staff are all very capable and they have been there a long time which is great in terms of consistency for the kids. Meals and snacks provided are good and they always have new and exciting activities to do. The nursery has
always tried to be flexible and accommodating with requests. Highly recommend!

My daughter has been going to Mama Bear's - Springhill Green for nearly 2 years. I’m honestly blown away by how amazing it is there. From managerial staff to the ladies in every room. My daughter is thriving and I couldn’t be happier. It’s a joy for my husband to drop her off as she runs in calling
for her friends and workers and a joy for me to pick up as she tells me about all of the different things she’s done that day.

5* Nursery! Upon viewing the Nursery I instantly felt a warmth and comfort and was sold within minutes of entering the building. The practitioners are all amazing, professional and offer so much support and reassurance to both parents and children. My son absolutely adores the staff and doesn’t stop
talking about his day when he comes home. I’m also really impressed with their app which allows you to follow your child’s day, they upload key information including food/naps/toileting, snippets of your child’s day and feedback on their progress and learning. I couldn’t recommend it enough. Honestly, a Big well done to the manager and her fantastic team!

My daughter attends mama bears 3 days a week, she is absolutely thriving at this nursery and loves it. The staff are amazing and work really hard. I feel happy and content handing my child over, as I know she is well cared for and looked after. I feel all of her needs are met, she is treated with love
and care and is fed good healthy meals with a good variety of menus. She always has the option to have more if she requires it. The nursery is clean and well managed, parents and children are always welcomed warmly and nothing is too much trouble. Mama Bear's provides a fantastic environment for children to grow and nurture, and the staff are good at helping and encouraging our daughter to reach her full potential and thrive. Thank you to all at Mama Bear's for helping us to give our daughter the best possible start in life., She is becoming an amazing little person and you play a big part in that. We are so grateful to have found you!

Our son loves his days at nursery. He always eats well (although it's very carb heavy) and they listen to his needs for food/milk/nappy cream etc. Great communication as we can collect him from his room and talk to the staff caring for him that day, plus using the app helps us see photos and updates
during his sessions. He always comes out smiling. All the staff are happy friendly and lovely, even the ladies on reception helping us when needed. We love flexi booking to suit our needs. Our only niggle is how hard it can be to park around this area. Oh and babies sharing germs as he has been so ill since being around so many others (not Mama Bear's fault). We definitely recommend this nursery.
