The staff are amazing, they go above and beyond to not only support the child but also to support the family, from having a negative experience in a different nursery I can't thank Mama Bears Day Nursery enough. They have restored my faith back into nurseries and my son absolutely loves his nursery.

I was extremely nervous about leaving my daughter to return to work as she had been so poorly as a newborn. I reviewed endless amounts of nurseries before attending Mama Bears in Pennycross. As soon as I walked in, and was greeted at reception by two members of staff the manager and I was 110% sure
I wanted my daughter to attend. The way they all interacted with my daughter was so warm and lovely. When I came back to review the nursery with my partner, the manager remembered that my daughter had an appointment that week and asked how we got on, which meant a lot to us.
My daughter absolutely loves Mama Bears, they accommodate all of her needs and she truly loves attending. The girls are always so friendly and professional, and I honestly can’t talk highly enough of them. They have made returning to work such an easy transition as I know my child is so happy and content there and always has the best day! Thank you girls for everything you do for all the children. You truly are amazing!

Both my children love going to nursery at Mama Bears, very often mentioning the practitioners and how great they are. All the employees are very pleasant and caring. The flexibility of the setting means I was able to go on holiday for a long period of time without the worry of paying a huge nursery
bill during that time.

All the staff are lovely, very accommodating with any requests and most of all my son loves going is well looked after and offered activities that keep him stimulated and interested in going.
A big plus for me is they also make the food on site so if the children don't eat they always offer an alternative
homemade later on.

The nursery is amazing I have been using them for the past 8 years for my 3 daughters. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond. My daughter loves going to nursery and even wants to go on the days she's not in.
They do loads of different activities. The food that is provided is excellent and
my children have always had seconds. I cannot recommend highly enough.
I am sad for the day my daughter leaves and we are no longer part of the nursery.

My daughter has learned so much from Mama Bear's, she's totally potty trained and learnt to count. Excellent staff, friendly and kind I would definitely recommend the nursery to anybody who looking for their child.

My son has been at Mama Bear's since November 2023 and has really settled in well. The staff are dedicated, and caring and engage our son so well. Excellent nursery/preschool. My daughter who started there in September 2023 and is now 4.5 years old loves it there. The team are all lovely and always so helpful and supportive. Would highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking.

Such a fab nursery! All the staff are so friendly & know our little one! Would highly recommend it. Our little one settled in so quickly. We get lovely updates with photos on the nursery app which is fab for keeping us in the loop of what our daughter is doing/learning about.

Always lovely and welcoming every morning, every time you go into the nursery, collecting my son from his room! The workers are such a credit to their jobs and to the company. Wouldn’t like to go anywhere else.

My son has been really struggling with his speech but Mama Bear's has gone above and beyond to make sure my child has everything he needs and the right people to help him to talk. They have made me and my son feel very welcome from day dot. My son is always excited to go to nursery.

I have sent both of my children here in the past 6 years and would not pick anywhere else. I feel it is vital to find somewhere that feels like home from home and Mama Bear's was just that. The staff are amazing at what they do, extremely caring and nurturing, and have helped and encouraged the development
of both of my children from the get-go. The management is fab and office staff plays a huge role too! It’s a very family-orientated setting and both children have always been nothing short of happy there. Iv been so impressed and so nice to see them both thrive! Thanks, Mama Bear's.

Lovely staff. Very caring and informative of my son's day.
Love the app to see pictures and his development and to communicate. Lots of themed days to join in on.

My daughter loves the nursery, the staff in the baby room have formed great relationships with her and she really enjoys her sessions. She also loves the food and eats things she’d never have at home!

Amazing nursery with friendly, hardworking staff that do their utmost to put the children's needs first. My son is always so happy when I pick him up, telling me how much fun he had and the different activities he has done throughout the day. The staff keep you well informed of any information regarding
your child, as well as keeping you up to date on an app with your child's progress, what they've been up to, and what they've eaten for mealtimes. Highly recommended.

My child receives outstanding care at Mama Bear's Day Nursery. I cannot fault anything at all. The staff are welcoming and kind, my child is always happy in their care and enjoys going to nursery. I feel she is safe there more importantly. The communication is great and they have been accommodating
to our needs. I couldn’t recommend this nursery enough to other parents!

My boy has been going to the Mama Bears for almost 3 years.
He has developed incredibly throughout his time with the help of the staff, he adores going and speaks so highly of his key workers.
We will both be extremely sad when he leaves for school but couldn’t have wished for a great place for
him to develop his first years.

Our son is a very clingy baby who has started nursery here, they are great with him and he has a great time. They keep us up to date through the nursery app so we know how he he doing throughout his session there.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to all the girls that I have met over the last few years when I have collected my granddaughters, one who left last year. You have an amazing nursery and you all do a fantastic job with the children. I know both of my granddaughters truly loved being at Mama Bear's
