My little boy has been attending here since July 2020 (my eldest son also attended here from the age of 11 months to 3 and a half years) I have always been more than impressed with the nursery and all the staff I have come into contact with. They are very professional, approachable and friendly. My
little boy had previously attended a pre-school nursery attached to his older brothers school and after months would not settle so I thought I would try Kiddi Caru. I explained my concerns and even at the height of a pandemic they did everything they possibly could to ensure our son settled well. We still get the odd wobbly lip/tears on separation but he comes out full of smiles and excited to tell us about his day and all the fun he’s had. He has learnt so much since being there and the outdoor space is great.

My little boy has been attending Kiddi Caru since March 2018 and has filtered through the age group rooms and is now in the pre-school room.
The staff have been fantastic with him in each room and have really catered to his needs. He was quite unsettled when he was younger and they did so much to
help settle him and gave him the time and special bonds that he needed to feel safe and secure whilst me and his dad went off to work.
He is now 4 and getting ready to start school in September. Being in the pre-school room has really helped him to excel and gain so much confidence. They do so much with the children so that they are ‘school ready’. We both work full time and he spends time with grandparents but his two days a week at nursery are preparing him for his next step to big school. He has made lovely friendships with the other children and some amazing bonds with the staff there and we are just sad we can’t take you all with him!

My daughter absolutely loves going to KiddiCaru, she is always so excited to go in and so happy when she comes out, she has an amazing relationship with the girls in her room and I never have any worries about leaving her there. I always get very good feedback about the day she has had. They’ve been
amazing in supporting me with my daughters next milestones and whatever I’ve been doing at home with her such as potty training they have carried on the support whilst she is at nursery!

My son's development over the two and a half years he has been at Kiddi Caru has been excellent, due to the high levels of learning and development the nursery offers. It's a safe, enriching environment for any child to learn and develop in.
The staff are warm, friendly and inviting and give great
feedback on how his day has been and what he has been up to. It's always nice to see all of the staff, even the ones that don't look after him greet him by name when he arrives and departs, I think that's encouraging to see as a parent and I hear nothing but positive feedback from other parents.
The management have always been helpful and friendly and it's a very well run nursery and a credit to the Kiddi Caru Group.

I would just like to personally thank a member of the team from pebbles for ensuring my little girl and myself were comfortable about going to nursery. My little girl has disliked going since covid and I suffered so much distress and anxiety every time I had to drop her, some days, I explained my concerns
and she was incredible, she made me a book so I was able to see pictures of the room she was in (I was unable to ever see due to covid). She had pictures of all the staff so I knew their names and who they were. She took pictures of my little girl throughout the day to show me she was having a great time. She really focused on ensuring she was ok and in a matter of one day she was a completely different child. She has ensured sure my daughter is happy, comfortable and content and it shines through so much now when I drop and collect her. She really enjoys nursery now and finally, I can relax knowing she’s ok. She is wonderful, she goes above and beyond and I can’t thank her enough.

Kiddi Caru in Torquay is truly outstanding! I can not fault this nursery in any way. The staff are so enthusiastic and excellent with the children. They do so many activities and always have garden time. The food menus are such a variety and they are offered so much food as well.

I think this is a very good nursery the staff are amazing and always go above and beyond. When our daughter goes to nursery she's always happy to go and feels safe and comfortable. I'm more than happy with the staff and place.
However, unfortunately, I do think it is very unfair and disappointing
that we have to pay whilst you are closed - which isn't our fault - if we are on holiday, then that's totally understandable, but not whilst you are closed!!!

The staff at the nursery are very good, they are always very helpful. I can't say that there is a problem with the staff etc.
My only complaint is that my daughter goes in on a Wednesday and last year we had to pay for New Years Day, which fell on a Wednesday when the nursery was closed. I just feel
that if my child was sick or ill and does not go in, then yes we should be charged, but this was not our fault and was out of our hands.

Both my kids have been very happy here. Professional staff, great food and a comprehensive programme of learning. I feel that my kids are safe and well looked after here and are well prepared for when they start school. I would recommend this nursery to any prospective parent.

A wonderful nursery! It is extremely well run and leaves you feeling really confident that your child is in safe hands whilst you're at work. The staff are friendly, kind, generous and patient. My son has flourished since joining six months ago - his speech has developed greatly and he loves all the
play, games, reading and singing. He also really enjoys every onsite cooked meal they provide. The outside is an added bonus with so much space for bikes, water play and much more.

I moved my son to Kiddi Caru Torquay after he attended another local nursery where I felt his day to daycare was not being provided for in the way that it should have been, and as a mother going to work, you want to know whoever is looking after your child is doing so to the best of their ability. Kiddi
Caru has been fantastic since my son started in the baby room. He is now in Pebbles and the staff are fantastic, very welcoming and present in such a caring way, making you feel as though you are getting a one to one experience. I frequently tell others how happy I am with Kiddi Caru and the efforts put in by all staff.

Throughout my little girls 2 and a half years at the nursery, we have been really impressed with the care provided by staff. There is a real and genuine feel from all staff that they take their wish to maintain high standards of education and care for little ones. I have observed the staff to be more
than friendly and offer reassurances when my little one has struggled at times to settle. At times there has been a real sense of staff "going the extra mile" and showing that they really care.

Kiddi Caru Torquay is a fantastic nursery, they have a secure door entry system in place and the premises are always clean. The outdoor area is large and offers a variety of activities including soft play and a yurt. The staff members are all friendly and my child has made some fantastic bonds with
the staff. The additional activities include sing and sign, cooking and boogie mites. My little girl loves these, often repeating the songs and actions at home and she loves bringing home her cooking creations. My daughter loves attending this nursery, she goes every day and sometimes doesn't want to leave to come home.

I cannot rate Kiddi Caru highly enough. The staff are an absolute credit to the nursery, they always greet us in the morning with a smile on their face and ask how you are. My son is happy to be passed to the nursery staff and I go to work confident that he will be entertained and happy throughout the
day. The building and garden are purpose-built as a nursery and there is so much for the children to do every day.

Kiddi Caru is the best! Fantastic staff who genuinely care and bond with the children. Always plenty of varied activities, and a fantastic outside area for the children. The food is freshly cooked and is balanced, varied and healthy.

The carers in Bucket and Spade class were absolutely top-notch, couldn't fault them in any way possible. Now my child has moved up a class to Seashells there is the same level of care. First-class!

Kiddi Caru is absolutely amazing! So friendly and welcoming. They make you feel immediately comfortable. They genuinely care about all the children in the nursery and are always striving to provide the best education possible. Since joining Kiddi Caru, my child has gone from saying a very limited amount
of words to speaking in sentences with a majority of those words being comprehensible. My child adores all the staff and has built such a fantastic bond. I wish I had sent my two previous children here. I've never known of a nursery to have such strong security measures in place to protect all children in their care. It's amazing. They are on the ball when it comes to allergies and intolerances, and cater for them with such ease. I feel at ease in the knowledge that my child is well looked after at Kiddi Caru. I would 100% recommend to anyone that they send their child to Kiddi Caru when looking for a nursery.
