Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Torquay

The girls are so so lovely in this nursery! My daughter absolutely adores one inparticular! It makes me feel really good that I can leave her and she's being looked after so well! She even comes home clean, not covered in paint etc. She absolutely loves the food you have there, she's super fussy at home, I cook her the same sort of meals you do and she won't eat much of it. Your outdoor space is amazing! Which I know she will love as she loves being outside. I wish I could afford to put her in more days as she loves it so much. Thanks for being so awesome!

In general, the whole nursery and team are fabulous. My daughter has grown and is developing and learning every day. She's been very lucky with every team in each class she's been in. They are all fantastic.

Two members of staff, in particular, have really helped my child who was very unsettled and hated going into nursery. They now go in happily and smiling. My child has learnt a lot of songs and words from nursery and they are developing really well with Kiddi Caru’s help.

Excellent nursery with caring staff. My daughter loves nursery and I’m very happy that she is in a safe and nurturing environment. She always seems to enjoy the food and the many activities nursery has to offer. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Our daughter absolutely loves her time in nursery. She has made friends and really enjoys the activities and time spent with the staff who look after her. Considering she was born at the beginning of the first lockdown she is blossoming into a very confident young lady with an ever-increasing vocabulary. The staff at Kiddi Caru have definitely been a big part of the considerable development we have observed in her. The attention to security, nutrition and a nurturing environment make any parent as at ease as they ever could be leaving their child in the care of someone other than family. We are so glad we put our daughter into this nursery.

Very positive experience with current staff, well informed and my child is well cared for. The parent app adds a wonderful insight into the daily routine of my child’s care and the things they enjoy. Would recommend this nursery.

Our daughter loves her day a week at Kiddi Caru. She’s always so happy to arrive and has a smile on her face at the end of every day. She’s learnt so much, having been a lockdown baby with very little opportunity for socialising, the staff have made a real difference in her development. We know we don’t have to worry about her when we drop her off.

All I can say is excellent nursery care from all involved in the room. This is shown with the lovely rapport our daughter has with all in her room. 100% recommend this nursery.

My daughter is due to progress to the next room up for her age and has been offered some free settle sessions as they thought it would be beneficial for her. This gives me great confidence that they are ensuring my daughter is happy, secure and thriving. Our daughter started at Kiddi Caru Torquay in September 2021 and she has loved every minute! The staff have made her and us feel extremely welcomed. We have time each morning to hand over any important information and when we collect her we get a detailed report of her day - it is clear to see how well the staff in her room know her during these conversations and this is very comforting for both myself and her dad. I cannot fault the professionalism of the team along with their care for the children that they work with. I would highly recommend this nursery - the staff, the facilities and the accommodations that the nursery makes are all of high quality. Most importantly my little girl gets very excited when it’s a nursery day and I think that is the biggest praise possible!

My son started here in November and took to all staff and children so well. This was after a failed settle at a different nursery. The staff were great and so caring and inclusive that he fit straight in. The other children were also amazing with him. 5 months down the line and he has come on so much. I would recommend this nursery to my family and friends.

Our son has completely thrived from being at Kiddi Caru, the staff specifically two members in Sandcastles and now two members in Buckets and Spades are incredible! The complete dedication they have and the way our son responds to them makes us feel so comfortable, happy and overwhelmed with the care, joy and complete satisfaction they bring to us as parents and also our son. Could not have wished for a better experience as first-time parents. Can not recommend they highly enough! We love you all, thank you.

I can not rate or praise Kiddi Caru Torquay any higher than I do. All staff are very welcoming and excellent care for the children is provided. And my son has absolutely loved attending here, he has progressed so much since first starting.

I highly recommend Kiddi Caru to anyone I talk to and I'm confident once she starts school she will have all the skills needed and a head start.

The staff are fab as well as all the extra support staff in the room.

Absolutely love this nursery and the staff that work there. My daughter has attended since 9 months old and is due to leave this year to go on to primary school. One member of staff, in particular, in Lighthouse is amazing! The relationship she has built with my daughter is beautiful and we will both really miss seeing her come September.

Both my kids love going to Kiddi Caru, Torquay, they are provided with the opportunity to undertake so many different activities during the day to keep them happy, entertained and stimulated! I have seen so much development in my 3 year old's social skills and general confidence in his 2 years there. My 1 year old was very clingy to us as parents prior to going there but the settling in sessions and the care and lengths the staff went to to make sure she was happy and settled were fantastic. Can't rate the staff and environment highly enough!

My child loves going to this nursery, she is always doing activities daily, has plenty of outside play and us as a family get on really well with the staff. My daughter is always trying new foods that are cooked fresh and we are kept up to date with what she’s been doing on the parent app.

My little boy is a covid baby so has barely left my side and has only been babysat a couple of times. I was dreading him going to nursery when I had to start back at work, but Kiddicaru has been amazing. The Sandcastles team have been fantastic. They have really helped my little boy settle in well which I just didn't think would be possible, especially in such a short period of time. I also really appreciate that they are always honest with me - if he has been grumpy, struggled to nap or have his milk they always let me know and have a plan of how to help him. There's so much for him to do and explore including a beautiful sensory room. It's lovely to see on the app what he has been up to with little photos and to hear so much about his day when I pick him up. I am so impressed with Kiddicaru. It is such a relief to find somewhere where I know my son will have fun and thrive. Thank you so much.

She takes part in lots of lovely activities that are shared through the parent app and it’s very nice to see her so happy. The menu on offer is very good and she’s always trying new things.
