Our daughter started at Kiddi Caru Torquay in September 2021 and she has loved every minute! The staff have made her and us feel extremely welcomed. We have time each morning to hand over any important information and when we collect her we get a detailed report of her day - it is clear to see how well
the staff in her room know her during these conversations and this is very comforting for both myself and her dad. I cannot fault the professionalism of the team along with their care for the children that they work with. I would highly recommend this nursery - the staff, the facilities and the accommodations that the nursery makes are all of high quality. Most importantly my little girl gets very excited when it’s a nursery day and I think that is the biggest praise possible!

Our son has completely thrived from being at Kiddi Caru, the staff specifically two members in Sandcastles and now two members in Buckets and Spades are incredible! The complete dedication they have and the way our son responds to them makes us feel so comfortable, happy and overwhelmed with the care,
joy and complete satisfaction they bring to us as parents and also our son. Could not have wished for a better experience as first-time parents. Can not recommend they highly enough! We love you all, thank you.

We are in our 2nd year of attending Kiddi Caru and my daughter's confidence and development had really increased since starting.
The team are always so good with my daughter and give her such a warm welcome on arrival. She used to be very upset at drop off but they reassured me that's she's absolutely
fine once she's gone into her room. Now we have no tears and she shouts out for one member of staff as we pull into the car park.
I highly recommend Kiddi Caru to anyone I talk to and I'm confident once she starts school she will have all the skills needed and a head start.

I can not rate or praise Kiddi Caru Torquay any higher than I do. All staff are very welcoming and excellent care for the children is provided. And my son has absolutely loved attending here, he has progressed so much since first starting.

I can’t recommend Kiddi Caru Torquay enough. The staff are so lovely it’s a real relief to this working mum when my daughter comes home happy and tells me about her day.
The staff are fab as well as all the extra support staff in the room.

Absolutely love this nursery and the staff that work there. My daughter has attended since 9 months old and is due to leave this year to go on to primary school. Both my kids love going to Kiddi Caru, Torquay, they are provided with the opportunity to undertake so many different activities during the day to keep them happy, entertained and stimulated! I have seen so much development in my 3 year old's social skills and general confidence in his 2 years there.
My 1 year old was very clingy to us as parents prior to going there but the settling in sessions and the care and lengths the staff went to to make sure she was happy and settled were fantastic. Can't rate the staff and environment highly enough!

My child loves going to this nursery, she is always doing activities daily, has plenty of outside play and us as a family get on really well with the staff. My daughter is always trying new foods that are cooked fresh and we are kept up to date with what she’s been doing on the parent app.

My little boy is a covid baby so has barely left my side and has only been babysat a couple of times. I was dreading him going to nursery when I had to start back at work, but Kiddicaru has been amazing. The Sandcastles team have been fantastic. They have really helped my little boy settle in well which
I just didn't think would be possible, especially in such a short period of time. I also really appreciate that they are always honest with me - if he has been grumpy, struggled to nap or have his milk they always let me know and have a plan of how to help him. There's so much for him to do and explore including a beautiful sensory room. It's lovely to see on the app what he has been up to with little photos and to hear so much about his day when I pick him up. I am so impressed with Kiddicaru. It is such a relief to find somewhere where I know my son will have fun and thrive. Thank you so much.

The nursery has very welcoming staff that settled my daughter in very well. She has been attending for 3 months now and always comes home extremely happy.
She takes part in lots of lovely activities that are shared through the parent app and it’s very nice to see her so happy. The menu on offer is
very good and she’s always trying new things.

I was really anxious initially about my son settling into nursery but as soon as I met the wonderful people at this nursery, my mind was completely put at ease. Every single one of my son’s carers that I have met has been so genuinely kind, attentive and reassuring. His confidence has improved hugely,
he’s talkative and engages in conversations. Everyday he comes home with new words and ideas, singing with a huge smile on his face. It truly is a testament to his amazing extended family at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Torquay. It’s a scary thing to trust your child in someone else’s care and we honestly couldn’t be more grateful to the staff at this nursery for all that they do to help grow our little one.

All staff at Kiddi Caru have been amazing in supporting all needs and requirements for me and my children.
I receive a full summary at the end of each day of what my child has eaten, time slept at nap time and what activities they have been up to.
I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone
looking and feel all staff give 100% and build great relationships as key carers.

Our son absolutely loves nursery and we have seen him grow in confidence since being there. The staff are all lovely and really approachable, we feel like we as parents are listened to and we can talk over any concerns or ask any development questions. The staff in Lighthouse give advice about things
we can do at home with our son to help his development. Most importantly his confidence has grown, he's so happy there which makes us happy.

My little boy has been attending here since July 2020 (my eldest son also attended here from the age of 11 months to 3 and a half years) I have always been more than impressed with the nursery and all the staff I have come into contact with. They are very professional, approachable and friendly. My
little boy had previously attended a pre-school nursery attached to his older brothers school and after months would not settle so I thought I would try Kiddi Caru. I explained my concerns and even at the height of a pandemic they did everything they possibly could to ensure our son settled well. We still get the odd wobbly lip/tears on separation but he comes out full of smiles and excited to tell us about his day and all the fun he’s had. He has learnt so much since being there and the outdoor space is great.

My little boy has been attending Kiddi Caru since March 2018 and has filtered through the age group rooms and is now in the pre-school room.
The staff have been fantastic with him in each room and have really catered to his needs. He was quite unsettled when he was younger and they did so much to
help settle him and gave him the time and special bonds that he needed to feel safe and secure whilst me and his dad went off to work.
He is now 4 and getting ready to start school in September. Being in the pre-school room has really helped him to excel and gain so much confidence. They do so much with the children so that they are ‘school ready’. We both work full time and he spends time with grandparents but his two days a week at nursery are preparing him for his next step to big school. He has made lovely friendships with the other children and some amazing bonds with the staff there and we are just sad we can’t take you all with him!

My daughter absolutely loves going to KiddiCaru, she is always so excited to go in and so happy when she comes out, she has an amazing relationship with the girls in her room and I never have any worries about leaving her there. I always get very good feedback about the day she has had. They’ve been
amazing in supporting me with my daughters next milestones and whatever I’ve been doing at home with her such as potty training they have carried on the support whilst she is at nursery!

My son's development over the two and a half years he has been at Kiddi Caru has been excellent, due to the high levels of learning and development the nursery offers. It's a safe, enriching environment for any child to learn and develop in.
The staff are warm, friendly and inviting and give great
feedback on how his day has been and what he has been up to. It's always nice to see all of the staff, even the ones that don't look after him greet him by name when he arrives and departs, I think that's encouraging to see as a parent and I hear nothing but positive feedback from other parents.
The management have always been helpful and friendly and it's a very well run nursery and a credit to the Kiddi Caru Group.

I would just like to personally thank a member of the team from pebbles for ensuring my little girl and myself were comfortable about going to nursery. My little girl has disliked going since covid and I suffered so much distress and anxiety every time I had to drop her, some days, I explained my concerns
and she was incredible, she made me a book so I was able to see pictures of the room she was in (I was unable to ever see due to covid). She had pictures of all the staff so I knew their names and who they were. She took pictures of my little girl throughout the day to show me she was having a great time. She really focused on ensuring she was ok and in a matter of one day she was a completely different child. She has ensured sure my daughter is happy, comfortable and content and it shines through so much now when I drop and collect her. She really enjoys nursery now and finally, I can relax knowing she’s ok. She is wonderful, she goes above and beyond and I can’t thank her enough.

Kiddi Caru in Torquay is truly outstanding! I can not fault this nursery in any way. The staff are so enthusiastic and excellent with the children. They do so many activities and always have garden time. The food menus are such a variety and they are offered so much food as well.

I think this is a very good nursery the staff are amazing and always go above and beyond. When our daughter goes to nursery she's always happy to go and feels safe and comfortable. I'm more than happy with the staff and place.
However, unfortunately, I do think it is very unfair and disappointing
that we have to pay whilst you are closed - which isn't our fault - if we are on holiday, then that's totally understandable, but not whilst you are closed!!!
