We have two children at the nursery, both really enjoy it and we're extremely satisfied. The staff are all lovely and our kids love them. They update us regularly, are kind and supportive to the children and we couldn't ask for more.

We love everything about Kiddi Caru! My daughter has always been very attached and found it really difficult leaving me at the beginning. The staff were so supportive to both of us and did everything they could to help her settle. Fast forward to now and she loves it, she's so much more confident
now and outgoing, the difference in her since she started has been amazing to watch. The outdoor space is lovely, the food is great and the children just always seem happy. My daughter loves telling me about everything she's been up to when we collect her, you can just see she's had a great time.

Kiddi Caru is a lovely nursery with friendly staff. My son is very happy and always talks about his carers and what he's done in the day. He knows everyone and they know him.
The staff really care and the love they give the children cannot be faulted. The staff are always there to support you and
help wherever they can- they are truly amazing.
The nursery has a few down sides
1.Drop off is a nightmare- not enough parking spaces and most used by staff.
2.The intercom / security system seems to either be broken totally or a total mess with parents and children being locked in or out with the alarms constantly going off.. It needs sorting.
3.The nursery odour at the end of the day can be putrid with the warm air mixed with soiled nappies- this is revolting and needs some thought to how this can be changed.

KC Torquay provides a warm and welcoming environment where staff are approachable, attentive, and dedicated to building positive, trusting relationships with each child.
There is a strong and consistent culture within the setting, with children gently encouraged to follow classroom expectations
and routines.
As a parent, I have developed positive relationships with the staff in my son's room and feel confident in approaching the management team whenever needed. The management team is visible and accessible on a daily basis, with an open-door approach at both drop-off and pick-up times.
Children regularly come home with artwork or occasional food treats, which is always lovely to see.
Our son has formed positive relationships within the nursery and with each of his carers. The children are read to frequently, encouraged to engage in a wide range of play-based activities, and benefit from an excellent outdoor provision. KC offers a spacious outdoor area where children can explore and

My daughter started this nursery as a newly 1 year old and all the staff have been so welcoming and warm helping her settle in, she loves it now and has loved making new friends and doing something different on the days she's in

Our little girl's journey with Kiddi Caru has been absolutely amazing. Her confidence and independence have grown massively during her time there. She has formed such close bonds with her little friends and with her key workers, who have always gone above and beyond to support her.
She goes in
every day skipping and smiling, genuinely happy to be there.
The educational support is fantastic and perfectly tailored to each age group, right through to the class before starting school, preparing them so well for the next step.
We will be very sad to leave Kiddi Caru when our little girl starts school. Thank you for everything you have done - we couldn't have asked for a better start for her.

Staff always go above and beyond for myself and my child. I get so much support from all the team and i'm always updated in the day on how my child is getting on. My child always loves telling me about his day and he's always so happy

This nursery is fantastic, my child loves coming here and I love dropping her off because she is so happy! She started at just under 1 year old and the first couple of weeks were tricky as it was all new to her, but the nursery staff were so supportive. They made a real effort to help her bond, sent
me loads of pictures and updates throughout the day so I could see she was very happy once she got over me leaving. Now we are a couple of months in and she walks in by herself and gets excited in the morning when I tell her where we are going. The staff are fantastic, from nursery manager to room leaders to key workers. Thank you!

We've been with this nursery since January and it's been nothing short of outstanding. Every member of staff we've met have been so good with our lad. They know him inside and out and they're honest with us when we pick him up which my partner is over the moon with. Management are friendly and so
welcoming. The updates we receive via the app has really settled my partners nerves about leaving him. A special mention to two members of staff who have bent over backwards for our son and I can't thank them enough. I'm very very happy with the nursery and it's been a weight off of our shoulders after a not so pleasant experience elsewhere

Our son who has been here for the last 9 months since he turned one, has had a fantastic time here and loves attending. The staff are excellent, the venue is purpose-built with its own canteen, and food choices go down very well. The app keeps us updated with what he's been doing, what and how much
he's eaten, and developmental progress along with photos of activities the class has been doing. You really feel informed.
The staff are key and in our sons class they are wonderful, friendly, caring and great at their jobs, we're very happy we choose here.

Highly recommend Kiddi Caru!
I was so nervous thinking about returning to work after maternity and looked at a couple of childminders and nurseries. Kiddi Caru was recommended to me by one of my friends and as soon as I had a visit, I knew it was the best place for our daughter.
It's such a
lovely, safe, and clean environment.
Everyone is so warm and friendly which made me feel at ease right away as you feel they really do care about your child.
We had several settling sessions, building up to a full day. Our daughter took to it so fast, and I was relieved to be able to see her settle in as they kept us in the loop with photos and updates.
I feel completely confident that our daughter is in the best hands, developing so many skills and enjoying nursery which has made the transition back into work that bit easier for me.
Obviously its difficult being away from her, but I know she is having the best time at Kiddi Caru and is above all, safe and happy!

Our daughter has been attending Kiddi Caru since she was 9 months old, we transferred to the Torquay setting when she was 1 year old because we moved house. She is now 2 years old and is thriving, the nursery staff are all so lovely and good with her and she adores them in return. Whilst we still
have a few tears at drop-off, she never wants to leave at the end of the day.

We have been delighted with our choice of nursery. Everyone who looks after our baby has been simply brilliant. She has settled in so quickly, she smiles when walking up to the nursery and is always happy playing when I pick her up, not wanting to come home!
We have had such clear communication
from everyone about how she is doing and all her goings on, we feel so comfortable leaving her with them. Our baby has definitely made progress since being here also. We have really appreciated all the love and care the team has shown both our baby and us, as two nervous, first-time parents! The environment always feels super clean, well-maintained and resourced. All the staff from reception and across the building are kind, attentive, and welcoming. We have recommended you to all our local friends with young babies and a few are now on your waiting list.

My son is thriving at Kiddi Caru, he is so happy there. The staff are absolutely fantastic, we cannot recommend the nursery enough. They are very thorough and informative in everything they do, we are kept up to date with photos etc throughout the day. Amazing nursery, thank you.

The nursery staff have been absolutely fantastic with my little girl from the moment we viewed almost a year ago to when we started her settling in sessions in July. They are so caring and professional, and I can really tell how much they enjoy their job as their passion shines through. My daughter
has come on leaps and bounds since starting and is learning and exploring new things all the time. The app is so reassuring to keep me updated on her eating/drinking patterns and activities whilst at work which saves me a phone call. Very happy we chose Kiddi Caru Torquay for our daughters nursery years. Especially a big thank you to the ladies in Seagulls, what an incredible team.

I always feel super comfortable leaving my son with the girls in pebbles. They are very good with him and understand what he needs. Staff have been amazing with him since starting in pebbles and the communication at handovers is always brilliant. He always has a good day and comes out very happy

I'm so happy I chose Kiddi Caru for both of my girls. Each and everyone who works at Kiddi Caru has been truly amazing. My girls have enjoyed being part of the Kiddi Caru family and I would without a doubt recommend them.
