N Family Club - Cobham

All of the staff at the N Club - Cobham has been nothing short of amazing with our daughter. When she started at 9 months, we were worried about her separation anxiety, but after a few weeks of settling, she has really thrived. She’s so happy at drop-offs, we feel informed throughout the day and happy with her progress. We are always incredibly jealous of the menus the kids get each week, too.

A lovely and friendly nursery. The facilities are great - lots of variety of activities and a nice outside space. Teachers are all very welcoming and have shown great patience with our daughter who took a while to settle.

Fantastic nursery, our son is very happy there. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable and always welcome us with a smile. Communication is very good and we can easily contact a member of staff if we need to. Children are provided with individual next steps and the activities planned are exciting and age-appropriate. We cannot fault the care our son receives and would highly recommend this nursery.

It's a fantastic nursery, with such supportive and caring staff. Our son started just before his 2nd birthday and settled in extremely quickly. He has grown a strong bond with his key worker and the other staff members in his room. It's been such a pleasure watching him develop over the last few months. We get daily updates via the app, and it is always lovely to see pictures of our son having fun and doing interesting activities.

My son has been with N family, since he was one and he has loved it there. The facilities are excellent and the provision of forest school is a bonus. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I have felt very happy leaving my son in their care for the past 4 years.

Our daughter has attended N Family Cobham for the past 2.5 years and we are so happy with how she has thrived at the nursery. All of the staff are warm, friendly and welcoming. The nursery is beautifully set up with different areas for creative crafts, cosy book reading, role play etc. and she participates daily in a huge range of activities, games, yoga, cooking, forest school etc. as well as fun extras from time to time like a visit from a farm and Zoo Lab! She has a great bond with her key worker and head of room but has also got to know and love all of the staff at the nursery too. I am still blown away by the incredible menu and snacks that are provided for her. For parents as well, the opportunity to grab coffee and treats in the morning is an added bonus, the muffins are so good! We've loved the free parent talks from top authors and experts and learned handy tips. We are thrilled to see her so happy at nursery!

My son has been at N Family Club for almost a year and I have been so happy with his and our experience there. As N Family have recently taken over the nursery - the décor is fresh, the toys are new and everything is clean and lovely! The team there are absolutely great and my son has adored all of them! He has formed close bonds with his key workers and they have been the same team members for all of his time there. Special mention for the N Family app - it keeps me closely up to date with what is going on with my son and I love the uploaded photo moments. Very easy to use and great for communicating with the team as well. I recommend this nursery to anyone looking in Cobham.

Absolutely five stars. I couldn’t be happier with this nursery. We feel like we’ve landed the jackpot and are so grateful they had a spot for our daughter. The staff are outstanding. Responsive, focused on development, never seen frazzled. The assistant deputy manager and two other staff members are the main people I speak with from the explorers room - they make me feel really good about leaving my daughter there. I know she will have fun, do interesting activities, make developmental progress, etc. The app is also amazing - the updates throughout the day are so great. The front of house manager is also brilliant- great manager. Always greeting everyone and making sweet comments about each child. How does she even keep track! Everyone there is great.

The staff are always friendly and welcoming. My daughter has a particular preference over two staff members which she calls her friends.

N Family Club Cobham offers such a lovely warm nursery setting. My daughter is very happy there and has settled in well. The facilities and setting are fab and I’m always impressed with the variety of food on offer for little ones. I like that they put a lot of emphasis on supporting children to develop skills and gain independence in a really nurturing environment. All staff members are kind and caring and always go above and beyond. I would highly recommend this nursery to others.

N Family Club Cobham has been a wonderful, welcoming and inclusive environment from the very start. They have made clear efforts to accommodate our son’s additional needs and ensure that he can be included in all activities, including forest school and the preschool graduation. He loves coming to nursery and we are so happy to see him so well settled and enjoying his time there - he particularly loves the garden area! We have had a fantastic experience with the nursery and would highly recommend it to anyone considering it.

I am extremely happy with the warm and secure atmosphere the staff has created for my child. My son's communication, creativity, critical thinking, and teamwork skills have shown remarkable improvements. He has made new friends and feels a sense of ownership over the nursery. The staff, who prioritise the well-being of the children, are all kind-hearted and nurturing individuals. The food prepared by the cook every day is so good that even my picky child has started eating vegetables, which is quite surprising since he used to refuse anything green. The nursery facilities are top-notch, with large rooms, various toys and books, and a kid-friendly, well-organised garden area. What impressed me the most was how clean the environment is, even though the children are free to explore and engage in messy-play activities. Also, communication with the team is effortless, whether it's face-to-face or through a website/app. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for their exceptional care.

I have also witnessed them moving children into more advanced rooms sooner than they are ready to in order to bring more families into an already overstretched setting.

I can’t fault them, my little one has blossomed and the level of support is fantastic. During lockdown, they were fantastic and went above and beyond to keep their services open. The additional curriculum is great - he loves yoga, learning Spanish and learning through play has set him up for starting school in September really well. I know he will miss his room, friends and the team that take care of him.

We have had a very good experience with the nursery, my son enjoys being there. All the teachers are nice and helpful and my child’s daily activities are recorded and shown to parents on time. The weekly food menu is lovely!

I really like this nursery; the teachers are amazing, and the communication from management is very good. I have a 2-year-old and a 4-year-old at the nursery, and they both love spending time there. Settling in was quick and easy; the children have so many lovely activities to do, and the food menu is great. I love all the updates we get from the teachers on the app showing what my kids have been doing, including pictures. They provide breakfast for parents in the morning, which is a nice bonus.

The staff and teachers at N Family Club - Cobham are 100% dedicated to nurturing the children’s education and development. N Family Club offers a broad curriculum that caters for all round development. This makes learning fun for the children and is extremely effective as it is focused on exploring interests and learning through first-hand experience. The nursery also has great facilities and equipment to further support the children’s development. My children have thrived at this nursery thanks to the dedication and continued support of the amazing staff and teachers. I would certainly recommend it to any parent looking for a great nursery setting.

Excellent nursery. Really happy with the care and attention my son is getting. We moved him from another nursery about a month ago, he settled in really quickly and seems very happy. We would recommend it.

Our family absolutely love this nursery. The staff are professional, friendly and so trustworthy. My daughter has had a wonderful and fun learning experience in the last 3 years attending this nursery and we couldn’t recommend it enough to everyone we know. Every single one of the team is truly amazing, so kind and caring. Have to mention the food menu too, so well thought out and nutritious!
