Welcome to N Family Club Cobham. N know that raising a child is a balancing act. Too many parents have to compromise between work and life, well-being and responsibilities; their child’s development – and their own. N was created with the whole family in mind. Everything they do puts you and your child first.

N's goal is to ensure that every child reaches their full potential. They recognise that each child’s needs and interests are different, so have developed a bespoke, progressive curriculum.

Rated Ofsted Outstanding in March 2022, the newly refurbished nursery features large playrooms that are filled with natural light. There is a spacious garden that comes complete with water play areas, sand trays, bikes, and a mud kitchen for children to explore, get messy and unleash their creativity. There is a large car park at the front of the building making the morning commute that bit easier, and a dedicated front-of-house team to welcome you each day.

My daughter enjoys the various daily activities and also the special occasion experiences like touching animals and going to the woods.
One of the most reassuring aspects is the healthy and versatile menu, it gives me peace of mind knowing that my fussy eater daughter is picking a healthy ingredient
over another healthy one. The morning pastries for parents are a bonus, especially the blueberry muffin with pumpkin seeds.
The staff are always friendly and welcoming. My daughter has a particular preference over two staff members which she calls her friends.

N Family Club Cobham offers such a lovely warm nursery setting. My daughter is very happy there and has settled in well. The facilities and setting are fab and I’m always impressed with the variety of food on offer for little ones. I like that they put a lot of emphasis on supporting children to develop
skills and gain independence in a really nurturing environment. All staff members are kind and caring and always go above and beyond. I would highly recommend this nursery to others.

N Family Club Cobham has been a wonderful, welcoming and inclusive environment from the very start. They have made clear efforts to accommodate our son’s additional needs and ensure that he can be included in all activities, including forest school and the preschool graduation. He loves coming to nursery
and we are so happy to see him so well settled and enjoying his time there - he particularly loves the garden area! We have had a fantastic experience with the nursery and would highly recommend it to anyone considering it.

I am extremely happy with the warm and secure atmosphere the staff has created for my child. My son's communication, creativity, critical thinking, and teamwork skills have shown remarkable improvements. He has made new friends and feels a sense of ownership over the nursery. The staff, who prioritise
the well-being of the children, are all kind-hearted and nurturing individuals. The food prepared by the cook every day is so good that even my picky child has started eating vegetables, which is quite surprising since he used to refuse anything green. The nursery facilities are top-notch, with large rooms, various toys and books, and a kid-friendly, well-organised garden area. What impressed me the most was how clean the environment is, even though the children are free to explore and engage in messy-play activities. Also, communication with the team is effortless, whether it's face-to-face or through a website/app. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for their exceptional care.

My daughter started at this nursery in 2021 and it was fantastic. They were nurturing, and supportive and my daughter thrived.
In July 2022 there was a change of management, which led to a number of staff also leaving.
There is very poor communication between parents and staff. There's a clear focus
on profit over care and as they are so grossly under-staffed with many staff unhappy and leaving that they have had to close the nursery on a number of days. My child has now had no keyworker for almost a month and there's no view on when this will change.
I have also witnessed them moving children into more advanced rooms sooner than they are ready to in order to bring more families into an already overstretched setting.

I can’t fault them, my little one has blossomed and the level of support is fantastic. During lockdown, they were fantastic and went above and beyond to keep their services open. The additional curriculum is great - he loves yoga, learning Spanish and learning through play has set him up for starting
school in September really well. I know he will miss his room, friends and the team that take care of him.

I really like this nursery; the teachers are amazing, and the communication from management is very good. I have a 2-year-old and a 4-year-old at the nursery, and they both love spending time there. Settling in was quick and easy; the children have so many lovely activities to do, and the food menu
is great. I love all the updates we get from the teachers on the app showing what my kids have been doing, including pictures. They provide breakfast for parents in the morning, which is a nice bonus.

The staff and teachers at N Family Club - Cobham are 100% dedicated to nurturing the children’s education and development. N Family Club offers a broad curriculum that caters for all round development. This makes learning fun for the children and is extremely effective as it is focused on exploring
interests and learning through first-hand experience. The nursery also has great facilities and equipment to further support the children’s development. My children have thrived at this nursery thanks to the dedication and continued support of the amazing staff and teachers. Our family absolutely love this nursery. The staff are professional, friendly and so trustworthy. Our daughter has had a wonderful time at N Family Club - Cobham. The team are friendly, caring and great at their jobs. My daughter is always so happy to go into nursery each day and settled in extremely quickly - the staff know her well and she is always greeted warmly and affectionately.
The new
facilities are lovely and the food is excellent (my daughter is always trying new things!)
My daughter is learning a lot; her speech is coming on leaps and bounds and the day-to-day activities keep her entertained.
We have been impressed with everyone at N Family Club and are thrilled that our daughter enjoys it so much - it’s great to know she’s having fun and is truly well looked after.

Our daughter has now been at Red Balloon for nearly 3 years and we have been extremely impressed and happy with the Red Balloon Cobham. They have a friendly and happy environment and this is something you notice from your first visit to the nursery. We visited 5 nurseries before enrolling our daughter
to Red Balloon and it was very obvious that in comparison to other nurseries Red Balloon has a high standard of care and excellent management and staff team. Staff in each room has been exceptional in paying attention to our daughter's requirements and they spend time to get to know her every time she moved up to a new room. We highly recommend Red Balloon Cobham, it is without a doubt an experience we will remember it with happy memories and best satisfaction from a nursery.

My daughter runs into Red Balloon every day really excited to see everyone and comes home very happy, chattering about the other children and staff. She is certainly learning new things every day and becoming more and more independent. The staff are really caring and all know the children well. The
nursery has kept things amazingly normal (as far as permitted) through the pandemic, which has been fantastic. Sue has continued to provide great food.

My husband and I have been extremely impressed and happy with the Red Balloon nursery in Cobham. My daughters’ key worker has been the most caring and affectionate person towards our daughter from the moment they met. Thanks to key workers’ patience and kindness, our daughter has settled in beautifully.
We are very thankful to have found Red Balloon and been assigned a wonderful key worker. Saying this, it’s clearly all members of the Nest team who take great care of all the children of all ages and for that, we are forever thankful. We look forward to seeing our daughter grow and flourish at the Red Balloon.

Both my daughters attended Red Balloon from the age of 1 year old. As a family, we were with Red Balloon for 5 years and very sad when it was our time to leave and move on to school. It is a wonderfully warm and caring nursery with a fantastic staff team. The staff make such efforts to know each child
individually - my daughters are quite different personalities but both thrived at Red Balloon. There is a lovely, kind focus on building confidence and supporting the children to reach their own individual milestones in their development. The nursery invests well in its resources for learning through play in each room and also offers a really good menu. There's plenty of variety in activities each day (plus Forest School) and the staff regularly record observations of the children online for the parents' information. Above all, we were most grateful for Red Balloon's family feel - with the fun and laughter that was there every day. Thank you for all the hugs and giggles over the years!

Our son has been at Red Balloon for 2 years now and absolutely loves it, he couldn’t wait to go back after lockdown! The staff are friendly and caring. Our daughter has now been at Red Balloon for nearly 3 years and we have been consistently delighted with the support, attention and development she has received from all staff. She is so happy there and we have absolute peace of mind that she is receiving the best possible care. The facilities, staff
and food are all great and it is lovely being able to see her through the day via the camera system. The extra lengths the nursery goes to in organising events such as Sports Day and the Nativity, as well as multiple other special days and cultural events through the year, are incredible and always much appreciated by the children and parents. The management team are invariably supportive and flexible in dealing with issues or specific requests and their communication with parents has always been fantastic - most especially during the recent crisis. We are so pleased with our choice of Red Balloon and would recommend it without hesitation.

We have been hugely impressed by Red Balloon since our son started there in February. The standard of care and emphasis on nurturing confident young children is a cut above our previous nursery in West London, at a significantly lower cost too! The thing that really makes Red Balloon special is the
quality of leadership. The management team is exceptional, both in their interaction with the staff (I recall one evening seeing the manager personally thanking all the staff as they left the building) and in the clarity of their communication with parents, eg. through a weekly newsletter. And this strength of leadership, together with the passion and commitment of the owners, has been clear throughout the Coronavirus crisis. They handled an extraordinary situation extraordinarily well, and I have full confidence in their ability to establish a safe yet still welcoming environment in the weeks ahead. We would have no hesitation in recommending Red Balloon to any family.
