What a difference already!
Initially had a rocky start under a different management team when my son experienced multiple key workers in a short space of time this really hindered progress, attention & development somewhat.
However since then the progress that the management and the team have made
over the past 6-8months has been a vast improvement.
The team especially the team that cover adventurers room & the whole team generally all seem committed & patient and that's a great foundation for everything else!
I've always looked for 3 main priorities when it comes to selecting a nursery for my son.
1). Happy team members, without this everything else falls by the wayside. There is a noticeable improvement in consistency of the staff & their happiness so this is fantastic.
2). My son enjoys going to nursery & gets excited for it!
3). A development plan that's regularly reviewed & everyone is committed to doing their best for every child.

When searching for childcare after having your first baby, nerves and emotions are at an all time high. From the moment I first visited the nursery, I felt at ease; the cleanliness, safeguarding measures and learning environment alone won me over. What makes me content about the nursery are the
genuine efforts taken to accommodate my son's diet and allergies and the empathetic/collaborative support to aid his development. I really do feel that the N Family are an extension of my own family, helping me to raise my son. When my son was finding it a bit difficult to initially settle in, the whole team constantly put me at ease and supported me through it - I won't ever forget it :). From the housekeepers to management to his key carers, everyone is amazing and genuinely wants my son and the other bubs to be the happiest and best versions of themselves. Thank you all :)

Our son started at N Cobham just after his first birthday and has been there for 2 months. As first time parents and being new to the area, we were very apprehensive about him starting nursery, but the staff couldn't have been more supportive, reassuring and welcoming to us all. They have really
supported our son as he's settled into nursery, and they have helped his confidence and independence grow. Even in the short time that he's been there we've seen him develop and learn new skills.
Our son has built a great relationship with his key worker and other staff in the room. He thoroughly enjoys his time at nursery and participating in all of the different activities which are well thought out, varied and engaging. We love receiving updates and photos of what he's up to throughout the day! He also really enjoys the food!
We couldn't be happier with our choice of nursery; the staff are all brilliant and we feel confident that our son is well cared for there.

We've been really impressed with N Family Cobham from the very first time we visited. The staff are so friendly, warm and welcoming. My daughter started nursery at just 6 months old and I was a bit apprehensive because she was so young, but I was so reassured by N and she settled so well - she's
always full of smiles for her key person and the whole team! I feel like everyone at N genuinely really cares, and they are really helping with my daughter's development. From the regular photo updates we receive she seems to have so much fun! Communication is always brilliant - the team are always super responsive. It feels like N have thought of everything, and follow through with doing what they say they are going to do - from making drop off easy and convenient, nutritious meals and snacks, daily outside time, sustainability initiatives (providing reusable wet bags, eco friendly nappies/wipes), regular deep cleans...the list goes on! I would highly recommend N Cobham!

My son recently started at N Cobham and I'm really happy with our experience so far.
The settling process made me feel comfortable and confident about leaving him there.
The staff are attentive, friendly, and always respond promptly when I send a message.
The whole team comes across as
respectful, caring, and genuinely dedicated to the children.
The nursery feels warm and welcoming every time I drop my son off, and the activities always look fun and engaging.
It's clear that my son enjoys his time there. I would highly recommend this nursery, it's definitely one of the best in Cobham!

The team at N Family Cobham are exceptional. The food is healthy and nourishing for the kids and the parents get breakfast treats in the morning which is so helpful when going straight from drop off to work. The baby room is so nurturing and the team really care and look after the little ones. The
pre-school room has excellent educators who the children are very fond of. They create a fun learning environment for the children and opportunities to go on trips to the local care home/forest school.
We're very happy and would highly recommend.

My 15-month-old daughter has been attending this nursery for about four months, and she seems to love it! We get updates every day of the activities the kids are doing, and in the pictures, she always seems very engaged. I think it's done a lot for her development. The staff are always friendly and
accommodating. The rooms are bright and have loads of toys and books for the kids to enjoy. Overall, very happy with our experience!

We have been so impressed with N Family Cobham since my son joined in September 2025. Having moved to the area, and left a nursery we were really happy with, I was anxious to see how he would settle in. We were met on his first day by a courtyard full of visiting farm animals which couldn't have
been a better start for my animal-mad son! From there things continued to impress us, withhow well the Discoverers room is managed by Natasha and Cody and the friendliness of all the staff including Ayeesha, Angela and Evelyn. It really feels like home. Having spent some time in the Discoverers room while my son was settling in, I was so comforted by meeting the children who were all kind, gentle and curious - they had lots of questions for me, they are a lovely group of children and my son has some lovely friends, and I feel very confident dropping him off. ps the treats in the morning from the chef (croissants, banana bread, etc) are quite literally the icing on the cake!

I recently visited N family Cobham and was immediately struck by how warm and welcoming it felt.
All the children looked so happy and enthusiastically engaged in their activities.
The nursery itself is clean, bright, and beautifully set up. The staff were very friendly, and the manager was
extremely knowledgeable , she answered all my questions and made me feel completely at ease.
I can't wait for my daughter to start here in January!

I stumbled across N Family Club Cobham and booked in a tour of the nursery. I was immediately impressed by the professionalism of the team and the warm and inviting nursery space. My son proceeded to join the nursery in the summer. As a first-time mum, leaving my child at a nursery was quiet a
stressful and anxious period however the senior leadership team were great at providing me with the reassurance I needed and answering any queries I had. My son bonded with his key person throughout the first month and is thriving with his newfound friends in his room. The staff are friendly, welcoming and show genuine care in making you and your child's nursery experience the best it can be. I value the updates that are provided each day via the app and the time the staff take during pick ups to explain all the fun activities my son participated in. I would also note that the food menu provided to the children is top tier and by far the best I have seen in a nursery environment.

Our son has been with N since he was 14 months old. He is now 3.5 and we are so happy with the nursery! He absolutely loves it and runs in excited for his day.
We viewed a few in the area but N was the only one that ticked all of our boxes (we were particularly impressed with the food they offer
the children compared to other nurseries).
The staff are amazing. He adores his key workers and room manager. He loves all of the activities they do from Forest school, visits to the care home, yoga, show and tell.
We couldn't recommend the nursery enough!

Our son joined N Family Cobham a few months ago, after we visited several nurseries, and we're so happy with our choice. It felt like the right place on paper, but what really matters is the difference we've seen in our little one. Even at just 2.5 years old, his growth has been amazing.
He goes in
with excitement every morning, and his speech and communication have come on so much. The staff are warm, friendly, and genuinely caring - always there with support and advice when we need it, while taking wonderful care of him.
We feel reassured and grateful knowing he's in such a nurturing and positive environment.

My daughter has just started at N Family Cobham and is already loving it! The staff are incredibly caring and welcoming, and the management and front of house team have been fantastic from day one. They've made the settling in process so smooth and reassuring, especially for me as a first time mum.
The facilities are excellent, and the environment is very clean, safe, and well cared for. I honestly couldn't be happier with my choice, I feel confident and excited every day knowing she's in such safe and happy hands. I highly recommend this nursery!

My daughter has been at N Family Cobham since January & I feel like she has developed and grown very much over the time she's had there. She learns a lot and seems to do many activities that she wouldn't necessarily do at home. She seems to love it, every time I pick her up it's like she's grown in
confidence, wandering around the room as though she is very much at home there. The team are always really friendly & welcoming, they seem to really care and want what's best for the little ones. I love the updates they do every day and the naughty croissants/muffins they serve in the morning!
The team are very accommodating if needing to swap/change days.
The only minor downside is that some of her clothes occasionally go missing/come back so messy that the stains don't always wash out. I tend to now avoid sending her in anything too nice-which is understandable given how hands-on & active the days are.
Overall, we love it & feel very grateful to have people we can trust to look after her.

Our son has been attending N Cobham Nursery for nearly a year, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The nursery has an outstanding setup, supported by a dedicated and caring team. From the moment we arrive to drop off our son and from the moment we pick him up, the staff are always warm,
friendly, and welcoming. We've seen incredible progress in our son's development, thanks to the thoughtfully planned activities and nurturing environment. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend N Cobham to friends and family.

Both of my boys have attended N Family Club - my eldest from 2021 to 2024, and my youngest from 2024 to 2025. Over the years, this place has truly become our second home.
My boys absolutely loved their time here. The staff have been wonderful - warm, caring, and professional - and we've never had
any issues. Over the past four years, we've also been lucky to make some great friendships with both fellow parents and members of the team.
As we come to the end of our journey with the nursery, we want to say a heartfelt thank you for all your love, care, and dedication. You've helped our boys grow, thrive, and feel so happy and safe.
We will miss you dearly and would wholeheartedly recommend N Family to any parent looking for an outstanding early years setting.

My daughter has been at N Cobham for a month now, she joined at 10.5 months, and is absolutely loving it! The staff have been so lovely and were able to connect with her to make her feel welcome straight away. Both members of staff are so professional and knowledgeable and also really friendly and
empathetic which is so helpful during the settling process.
My daughter gets to do so many different activities each day and comes home tired out, in a good way! I love seeing the pictures everyday and I can tell she's really being looked after. The food is great and she eats loads of it which is so good to know.
Two ladies have also been amazing at supporting our transition to nursery. I would definitely recommend this nursery!

My son has attended N Club Cobham since February 2025 when he was 14 months old. I have been delighted at how much focus and individual care my child gets; when we arrive my child never likes to say goodbye and the staff go above and beyond to distract him with his favourite things. After 2-3 mins
he has always stopped crying.
My child dramatically improved his ability with a spoon and fork since starting here, and has also learnt makaton signs to say more, drink and nappy. He also gets to try a range of meals we wouldn't usually cook at home which is lovely.
After researching N club before my child started I was really happy to see they implement everything that their website mentions. Every day seems to be different with art / painting / ball activities / play dough / animal visits and book days. Furthermore, the staff are very clocked into my child's hobbies and emotions.
I feel very content that my child is safe and happy here. I get sent a lovely selection of photos everyday.
