Welcome to N Family Club Cobham. N know that raising a child is a balancing act. Too many parents have to compromise between work and life, well-being and responsibilities; their child’s development – and their own. N was created with the whole family in mind. Everything they do puts you and your child first.

N's goal is to ensure that every child reaches their full potential. They recognise that each child’s needs and interests are different, so have developed a bespoke, progressive curriculum.

Rated Ofsted Outstanding in March 2022, the newly refurbished nursery features large playrooms that are filled with natural light. There is a spacious garden that comes complete with water play areas, sand trays, bikes, and a mud kitchen for children to explore, get messy and unleash their creativity. There is a large car park at the front of the building making the morning commute that bit easier, and a dedicated front-of-house team to welcome you each day.

I was so impressed at how Red Balloon handled communication and expectations at the start of the COVID-19 lockdown. They were very transparent in their calculations in justifying a nominal fee while the nursery was closed; very generous with their discount to parents in light of the uncertainty of
goverment funding towards the sector and seemed genuinely intent on retaining their valued staff so that the nursery would be in the best position once distancing measures were lifted. It is a difficult business to run at the best of times and I have full admiration for the staff and management there - always great service towards parents, and most importantly an amazing and nurturing environment for my children.

My son is quite shy in busy environments and around new people. The staff at the nursery have celebrated my son and his unique self. I’m so pleased that those supporting my little quickly get to know his routine, likes and dislikes and are so keen to support his development responsively. My son gets
to play and engage in a wealth of activities and try lovely new foods. Any changes or concerns which may impact on my son are always communicated efficiently and sympathetically by the staff, this has been hugely reassuring throughout but particularly during the coronavirus situation. I have been confident that my son has been happy in safe hands, whilst I continued to work as a key worker. The nursery really do go the extra mile to ensure the children are developing to the best of their potential at the nursery. The improvement in my child’s confidence and development during his time at the nursery is immeasurable. I can’t thank the staff enough.

Red Balloon Cobham have always exceeded my expectations. The care they have given my child during her time at this nursery will always be something I will be grateful for. They are so incredibly welcoming. Every single member of staff goes above and beyond their job and they really focus on the children
and their individual needs. I honestly don’t know how they manage to remember absolutely every detail that my child requires but it shows how much the staff care and she enjoys her days there so much. Every day is filled with so many different fun activities including varied and nutritious meals, she has such a good relationship with all the staff, it especially shows when I come to pick her up at the end of the day, she wants to carry on playing and cuddle with the staff. There was an occasion where she actually tried to get back in once we had walked out the door at home time! I highly recommend Red Balloon Cobham, the whole team (including office team) are lovely.

We reviewed several nurseries for our (then) 18 month old before visiting Red Balloon and left ready to sign her up there and then! It was without a doubt head and shoulders above the rest, whilst on par in terms of fees. The staff are energetic and enthusiastic, the facility well-equipped and clean,
outdoor activity is a real focus (garden play, Forest School, trips to the local woods), and the freshly-prepared and varied menu would convert even the pickiest of eaters! The webcam is a super addition, particularly in the early days when your child is settling, but also throughout the years when you simply want to check in and see your loved one playing happily in their environment. All staff members know all the children (and parents!), not just those in their own room, which makes transitioning up a room much easier and gives a real family feel to the whole place. The fact that my (now) 4 year old never wants to leave is testament enough!

Red Ballon has exceeded my expectations from the very first time we visited the premises on the basis of looking for a care provider who will be an extension of our values, care and love. Having visited a number of nurseries I am confident in the knowledge that none of the others came anywhere near
to standards of care and environment Red Ballon has.
Whilst dropping our daughter hasn’t always been tears free I knew the staff there will care for her and she will be settled and happy in no time. Having access to the nursery camera system has been wonderful especially those early days when leaving her left her upset as it gave us peace of mind she was fine soon after.
The staff in each room we been part of has been exceptional and resulted in a strong bond and trust our daughter developed. She blossomed from day one and gained social confidence she wouldn’t have done anywhere else.

We moved to the area from South West London and as soon as we inspected Red Balloon Cobham it was impossible to choose anywhere else as the facilities and staff shone instantly. Red Balloon had space for our girls to attend part-time and settling in was made very easy by the loving and caring staff.
Our girls have very different personalities and the amazing staff here have always nurtured and encouraged them.

Red Balloon Cobham has been incredible from the moment we first visited to see if we wanted to send our child there. The staff are warm and welcoming and develop a joint working approach with parents. It feels like they are a huge part of the children’s lives and they take time to get to know the families
as well as the children they look after. It’s apparent that the nursery have an outstanding Ofsted rating from the observations carried out to the activities the children are involved in. We also love the camera system as it means we can check in on our child throughout the day and gives us that peace of mind. We have been so very happy sending our child to Red Balloon. For us, it’s about the happiness of our child and trusting those looking after them and Red Balloon provides both of those important things.

The Red Balloon has cared for my two boys over the course of the last 8/9 years, it is such a loving, caring and super fun environment. This week we joined Red Balloon's annual charity event 'Toddler Waddle' at the Claremont Garden. It is very well organised. All the children had lots of fun, waddling for a good cause. Red Balloon has a great team of people, all friendly, capable and just simply love what they do. It is great to see
all the effort the team has put into organising such event. Toddler Waddle is a great example of one of many events that Red Balloon organises for the children throughout the year. A great team deserves great compliment. Keep up the good work Red Balloon.

We are very happy with all staff. Our daughter loves to come to the nursery. Every morning when she comes we ask her if she wants to come, she says yes with a smile.
All staff are very friendly, supportive and lovely! Our daughter is happy here and for us, that is the main thing.

Our daughter thoroughly enjoys her time spent at nursery. She has grown in confidence and this is largely down to the care and attention received from the staff at the nursery. The love for arts and crafts is down to exposure to this at the nursery and this is evident when showing what she has made
to us in the evening. The staff at the nursery are very friendly and welcoming and our daughter has developed very strong bonds with her primary key worker. I would not hesitate in recommending our nursery to others.

My daughter is so happy at Red Balloon Cobham. She loves the different activities the staff put on for the day. The staff are always happy and smiling and welcoming to the children and parents. My daughter loves the enthusiasm the staff have at 7:30 am. The staff are ready to welcome the kids in with
smiles and activities. She loves the extra activities that Red Balloon offer. Red Balloon has been so welcoming to our whole family, always including my daughter’s bothers as well. My son has been at Red Balloon Cobham since August 2017 in Red Room and has been extremely happy and settled in well.
I have found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, professional and nurturing.
There is always lots of activities going on and find the nursery offers a wide variety of fun

Firstly, I want to thank you and the Red Balloon team for how well we feel our child is doing in the Blue room. She loves coming into nursery and we feel that she is gaining independence and confidence weekly. Also, we are delighted with her key worker. Having a male practitioner is such a rarity and
