All staff are very friendly, supportive and lovely! Our daughter is happy here and for us, that is the main thing.

We have used Red Ballon, Cobham for over 2 years and couldn't imagine having put our daughter in any other nursery. The environment is warm and fun and the staff are caring and responsive. Thank you Red Ballon, Cobham.

We love Red Balloon. Our 4-year-old and 2-year-old could not be happier in the nursery and feel more loved and supported. We have only great things to say about the staff, quality of care, meals provided and activities the children do.

Our daughter thoroughly enjoys her time spent at nursery. She has grown in confidence and this is largely down to the care and attention received from the staff at the nursery. The love for arts and crafts is down to exposure to this at the nursery and this is evident when showing what she has made to us in the evening. The staff at the nursery are very friendly and welcoming and our daughter has developed very strong bonds with her primary key worker. I would not hesitate in recommending our nursery to others.

My daughter is so happy at Red Balloon Cobham. She loves the different activities the staff put on for the day. The staff are always happy and smiling and welcoming to the children and parents. My daughter loves the enthusiasm the staff have at 7:30 am. The staff are ready to welcome the kids in with smiles and activities. She loves the extra activities that Red Balloon offer. Red Balloon has been so welcoming to our whole family, always including my daughter’s bothers as well. Red Balloon staff are very accommodating and a well-run unit. There is always lots of activities going on and find the nursery offers a wide variety of fun activities and events.

Firstly, I want to thank you and the Red Balloon team for how well we feel our child is doing in the Blue room. She loves coming into nursery and we feel that she is gaining independence and confidence weekly. Also, we are delighted with her key worker. Having a male practitioner is such a rarity and especially one as passionate as he clearly is.

My daughter has attended Red Balloon Cobham since she was 11 months old and has thrived in her environment and with the personal care she received. The nursery staff make an effort to get to know all children (not just their own class) which makes my daughter very comfortable, confident and excited to come to nursery. The resources are plentiful and creative - a lot of thought and effort goes into social events for the children - and are always fantastic to join and be a part of - well done Red Balloon Cobham!

Red Balloon has been part of our family for almost 4 years now. As a working parent, Red Balloon provides that homely, caring environment that gives me the peace of mind that I need. Our children are happy and secure and know every staff member by name. Extracurricular activities are provided - so our weekends can be quieter. The hours support a working parent. They have regular parent forums and communication is great! The support network they provide overall is brilliant.

The nursery goes to great length to organise extra fun and learning activities such as French lessons and IT lessons. It's also great that the nursery has their own mini-bus with up-to-date Maxi-Cosi car seats for trips. My daughter had a lot of fun visiting a reindeer farm. The care my daughter receives is exceptional and the staff are great at communicating during the day when she is not well. The learning received is very proactive and my daughter learns new things every day. I would absolutely recommend this fantastic nursery.
