N Family Club - Cobham

My daughter has just started at N Family Cobham and is already loving it! The staff are incredibly caring and welcoming, and the management and front of house team have been fantastic from day one. They've made the settling in process so smooth and reassuring, especially for me as a first time mum. The facilities are excellent, and the environment is very clean, safe, and well cared for. I honestly couldn't be happier with my choice, I feel confident and excited every day knowing she's in such safe and happy hands. I highly recommend this nursery!

Overall, we love it & feel very grateful to have people we can trust to look after her.

Our son has been attending N Cobham Nursery for nearly a year, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The nursery has an outstanding setup, supported by a dedicated and caring team. From the moment we arrive to drop off our son and from the moment we pick him up, the staff are always warm, friendly, and welcoming. We've seen incredible progress in our son's development, thanks to the thoughtfully planned activities and nurturing environment. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend N Cobham to friends and family.

Both of my boys have attended N Family Club - my eldest from 2021 to 2024, and my youngest from 2024 to 2025. Over the years, this place has truly become our second home.

My boys absolutely loved their time here. The staff have been wonderful - warm, caring, and professional - and we've never had any issues. Over the past four years, we've also been lucky to make some great friendships with both fellow parents and members of the team.

As we come to the end of our journey with the nursery, we want to say a heartfelt thank you for all your love, care, and dedication. You've helped our boys grow, thrive, and feel so happy and safe.

We moved to the area in January 2025 and at the same time our son transitioned from the nursery he had attended (full-time) during the last 2.5 years to 'N Cobham'. This was a very difficult and unsettling time for him as he had been removed from Key Educators and Friends he had built strong bonds with. The front of house manager made us feel very welcome and settled during the onboarding process and when we finally met the other members of staff we were so thankful. They really supported our Son during this time ensuring his emotional needs were met. I am pleased to see the appointment of the Nursery Manager who has implemented further process and organisation - she is warm, welcoming and keen for continuous improvement. Our Son really enjoys the daily activities and the open space outside where he can play and explore nature.

My son joined N Cobham in November 2024 and we have had a great experience. All the staff are friendly, caring, and attentive to his needs. The learning environment in the nursery is brilliant and his learning opportunities are great. The garden is brilliant and my son spends so much time out there which he loves. I can tell he is learning so much there. He is so happy to go there and really enjoys his day. He has built great relationships with the staff and my husband and I are so happy that he loves it there.

We absolutely love N family - Cobham! Our son started at 12 months after we moved to the area and just in 8 months we have seen a massive change in his development from his self-confidence to interacting with others. The staff are amazing and he often says their names at home and is always excited to go to nursery. The facilities are great and we are so glad to see him thriving!

Toilet training was well supported and the team accommodated our needs and worked hard to build on the work we were doing at home. We were really sad to say goodbye, but the school readiness programme is nurturing and comprehensive. A lot of effort is put into transitioning to school in big and small ways in the months before the day comes. We have certainly seen the benefit of it on the other side. All of the team are amazing and work so hard. Their training shows, that at no stage in four years did we feel anything other than reassured. You are all superstars. Thank you!

It is extremely easy to positively review N Cobham. It is a well-run, efficient organisation that provides first-class care for our child. Communication and content to the parents is thorough, the activities are varied and the food impressive. Our daughter took to the nursery very quickly which we can attribute to the quality and warmth of the staff whom she loves. Her practitioners go the extra mile, more recently exemplified by helping our daughter with her potty training. Very easy to review the Nursery 5 stars!

Our son has a wonderful time at N Family Cobham. He is deeply attached to many members of staff as well as to other children. The atmosphere is very welcoming and he enjoys all aspects of his time there (food, naps and play). We are excited to send our second son there in due course.

I have had a lovely experience with this nursery. I recently placed my daughter (second child to attend this nursery). The staff are really wonderful and really take on board any feedback or instruction. The general manager is ever accommodating and beaming with positivity. I will forever be thankful that N Family Club was a part of both of my kids' journeys and development and will remember it fondly.

Very caring staff, incredibly supportive with everything even when we have a tricky situation, can't say enough about how brilliant they are. Communication and contact is excellent so we always feel involved.

Fantastic team. Hugely dedicated, caring and always very welcoming. Our daughter loves going there and the weekly meal plans are exceptional. We love getting the daily activity update on the app and the pictures always bring a smile to my face.

When the time comes for my son to move to school, I will be genuinely sad not to see the amazing people who have helped to nurture and guide my children.

A big bonus is the delicious breakfast snacks made by the nursery chef... yum!
