Rainbow Day Nursery & Pre-School provides an exceptional environment and a wonderful quality of care and development for babies and young children from three months up to five years of age. It is their aim to ensure that children 'graduate' to Big School having grown into confident, caring, independent people who are prepared in every way for the next stage of life's learning journey.

Rainbow children enjoy five acres of gardens including nine well-equipped, enclosed, all-weather playgrounds, their own animal sanctuary, galleon, Teletubby hill, allotments, and a children's maze. They also have a double-decker bus, a farm classroom and Forest School sessions are run everyday whatever the weather.

A highly qualified team of staff draw upon a huge range of knowledge, experience and resources to ensure that the children get the maximum learning and development out of enjoying themselves, playing and having fun.

Both my daughters attended Rainbow for just over two years each, the youngest will leave in Aug 2022. I cannot praise Rainbow anymore, the people, the facilities, and the location are simply fantastic. My daughters have had the best start to their schooling at Rainbow. Both have loved attending, and
I will be sad when my youngest leaves to go to 'big school' in August.
Well done Rainbow, keep up the excellent standards and I hope many more children get to experience the nursery.

Both our son and daughter loved it at Rainbow!
Our daughter had the best time at pre-school and was very sad leaving for school, as well as our little boy who was always very happy at Rainbow and learning more and more every week, as we don’t speak English at home we could really notice how much he
learned at Rainbow, and will definitely come back to Rainbow when we come back to the UK in a couple of months

Both my girls attended Rainbow and have great experiences at this well run nursery. The staff are amazing and caring individuals. It makes a huge difference to be able to leave my children at Rainbow knowing that they are well looked after.

Brilliant nursery. The staff, facilities and care are great. I sent both my son and daughter to Rainbow and they both enjoyed every day they attended. They especially enjoyed the art and craft activities and always happily tell me about their visit to see the bunnies and having fun in the maze!

My daughter spent three and a half years at Rainbow, with my oldest daughter also spending her last few months at Rainbow before school. They both loved it from day 1. In the baby/toddler rooms the staff spend time developing cognitive and physical skills. The Pre-school room equipped them both well
for school, building on their confidence and independence (helping us a lot with the potty training). I found all the staff very friendly and supportive, listening to their needs and answering our questions (particularly important during these past 18 months of Covid). I always recommend local Rainbow to friends and colleagues because I genuinely think it’s the best nursery in the area.

Rainbow Nursery is a wonderful childcare facility. The grounds are stunning and my daughter would come home excitedly telling me about her day on the farm or the allotment or playing in the maze or on the pirate ship. The staff are friendly and caring and always have time to comfort the children (or
parents!) when needed.
My daughter had not settled in previous settings we had tried for her as she is an anxious child, but at Rainbow, she flourished.
I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough and we will sorely miss it now she is starting school.

Rainbow is an absolutely fantastic nursery. The staff are very attentive and have always been caring, helpful and supportive of our child's needs. I thoroughly recommend this nursery. My firstborn has been at the nursery for over 3 years since he was 14-months-old, my second born has now joined and our experience with this nursery has been amazing.
One of the reasons we picked this nursery was the grounds, the outdoor space that the children get to play and explore in is wonderful,
from the playground to climbing frames to the animal barn.
The staff are lovely, they know the children very well and monitor their development throughout. There is lots on offer at this nursery and I highly recommend them.

After visiting so many nurseries Rainbow was by far the best! There is no comparison, I wish I attended Rainbow when I was young. My daughter enjoyed every moment there and sometimes didn’t want to come home. We love it so much, that our second child (6-months-old) is now attending.

My daughter spent over 3 years at Rainbow from 18-months-old and our experience has been wonderful. I have already recommended the nursery to multiple friends and will continue to do so.
The stand out part of the nursery is the facilities - the beautiful building and incredibly spacious grounds allowing
for multiple playgrounds and unique play areas such as the farm, hedge maze and allotments. The kids spend a huge amount of time outside.
The quality of care is outstanding. The staff know the children really well and are fully immersed in their development.
As an NHS worker with unpredictable hours, the opening times and flexibility was a big factor in me choosing Rainbow. Care is provided from 7.30-18.30 and the team were very understanding on days where we were running a bit late. A special mention should also go to how they managed operations during the pandemic - remaining open for frontline workers and being incredibly flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances.

After extensive searching for a nursery to take our daughter full-time that provided both excellent care along with great surroundings we finally found Rainbow and weren’t disappointed all through her 3 years there.
The carers and management are excellent, the classrooms very good having recently been
updated. The grounds are excellent with animals, climbing frames and gardens to stimulate.
Excellent assistance was provided when our daughter needed additional speech therapy.
We would definitely recommend Rainbow.

My son started at Rainbow when he was one-year-old and he just finished preschool. We have had a great experience with Rainbow as all their staff are so caring, loving and understanding. My son knew all the staff by their names and was always cuddling them.
I am very grateful as I could see he was
learning through play. Their outdoor space is wonderful and very well used. Rainbow is always looking for improving any aspects of the nursery.

I couldn't recommend Rainbow highly enough. It's such a lovely place and you can feel the happy atmosphere as soon as you walk in. The staff are so friendly and caring - my son formed a lovely relationship with his nursery teachers. The outside space is amazing and I love that they play outside every
day, in all weathers! Rainbow offers a fantastic range of activities that were stimulating for my son and I feel prepared him well for school. All in all, Rainbow is a real gem and I only wish my son could have gone there for longer.

Rainbow nursery has standout facilities with tons of outdoor space, multiple playgrounds tailored to different ages, and a great little animal sanctuary.
Staff are knowledgeable and caring - they have made me feel like they all really know our child on a personal level. The entire team have done a
great job throughout the pandemic, putting sufficient safety measures in place without intimidating or frightening the children and ensuring they could keep going throughout.

Both of my daughters have attended Rainbow nursery from 1-year-old to school age. It's been a lovely setting with a great ethos and a happy place for their early years. We will remember Rainbow fondly for years to come! The children are prepared well for school with respect to their learning, confidence,
independence and happiness. The staff are friendly, engaged and really get to know the children well. There is lots of variation in activities and games. The grounds and facilities are fantastic- open spaces, playgrounds, playbus, farm, allotment, maze... The management is organised and communicates well. Further, the nursery did a sterling job of steering through Covid.
Top marks - would highly recommend the nursery.

Our son has now been at Rainbow Day Nursery for 3 years and is now ready to leave to go to school. There is no doubt that he has had the best start to his education and is fully prepared for school life, thanks to the staff at nursery. There is never a day when he doesn’t want to go and is always greeted
with smiles and cuddles from his carers. Not a day goes by when he hasn’t been exploring outside; be it the pirate ship, the farm, the maze, the allotments (to name a few) and this has allowed him to grow and develop in a multitude of ways. The weekly newsletter always gives us a heads up as to what he will be learning that week, and this helps us to support him at home too.
Although it is a big nursery, it feels like a family and we are incredibly sad to be leaving Rainbow Day Nursery but are also looking forward to our youngest son starting next year where I have no doubt he will be loved and supported like our eldest son has been.

Cannot recommend this nursery highly enough! The staff are wonderful and you couldn’t ask for better grounds and facilities. Our toddler is so happy here. My only complaint would be that he can’t stay there until he’s 18!

Rainbow Nursery in Lyne is a great childcare provider. My daughter has been with them since she was 14 months old and while she will be leaving for Reception next year, I feel she has collected such an abundance of fantastic experiences, memories and skills and made friends with children and staff alike
while progressing from room to room. Facilities and outdoor space (incl. animal farm, maze, a few separate playgrounds, climbing trees, double-decker bus, etc.) are second to none in the area. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and caring and while I work full time, it is great to see the little one in good hands and receive at the end of her day a full debrief. 2020 has been a tough year with Covid but the team at Rainbow took a very responsible, safe and proactive approach with regular and open communication, resource sharing and even a Zoom conference call. I have all confidence they are the best setting out there in the Chertsey area, highly recommend it!
