Inside the babies and wobblers room are so engaging and there is so much to do and learn.
Big thumbs up from our son when it comes to the food. He loves it! But the biggest shout out must go to the wonderful ever so patient people that look after the children, so warm, so caring, so loving and kind. Thank you for looking after our little ones always ready for a cuddle with a smile.
Amazing nursery, amazing facilities, friendly and caring staff - and a farm! Our two daughters have had the best time at nursery here - the experience they have had has really set them up for school. Thank you.
Meals are varied and cater to a variety of diets. Allergy protocols are strictly adhered to. I feel confident that my child is looked after well.
Amazing nursery! I adore Rainbow and have recommended it for my friend's children. The staff are loving and caring to the children. They are knowledgeable if you have questions about development etc. and always willing to answer your questions. At pick up the staff give a clear breakdown of the day and I have always left feeling that my child was nurtured and that I fully know what happened in their day. There is a community feeling, low turn over of staff means you see the same staff daily including admin staff who care just as much for the children they greet passing Reception. My child has been at Rainbow since 10 months and I have found each stage/room to be warm and inviting. The outdoor space is unmatched, and the variety of activities they can do- Forest School, the ship, the maze, the big playground...so many different areas to explore and have fun in. I am impressed by the communication, and appreciate the advice on TFC, apply for schools, and First Aid courses
Maddy and Darrem has been lovely carer in Voyagers (pre-school) for my son, whom is now about to start school in September, he couldn't be more prepared for the Big School. He gained confidence and learned so much since he started at 1 year old. Thank you for the care since, his two little brothers loves it at Rainbow too! Special thanks to Lauren, Becca, Ginny, Milly who has been my boys key carer in recent years. And thank you for those who have been extra caring to my baby boy in the reception during drop off and pick up. Outdoor facilities are incredible and one of the reason that we chose Rainbow. Tele tubby hills, farm animals, kitchen garden and forest school are some of the facilities that they offer! Another important point is that my boys eat really well in Rainbow, which is not a given in all settings for my boys! Well done chef!
One of our favourite parts is the beautiful outdoor space, especially the farm area. It gives the children such a lovely chance to explore, play, and learn in nature. We're so grateful to have found a place that feels safe, supportive, and truly special.
Highly recommend to any family looking for a wonderful nursery experience.
We came for the excellent outdoor facilities, but to be honest it's the care and attention that each staff member gives our child that makes the difference. The staff clearly love to be there and that joy comes out in the way they interact with you child. They keep us well informed and are very sensitive to the concerns of parents.
The food and nutrition are also excellent, with fresh, healthy meals made daily. I 100% recommend Rainbow, and my son will be joining in a few months as well.
My eldest started when she was around three years old. She was very shy, but her confidence grew so much during her time there, which really prepared her for starting reception.
My youngest started at one year old, and she is now the most confident, happy child.
Both of my children have learnt so much at Rainbow Nursery. There is a structured curriculum, and the activities always combine play and learning in creative, engaging ways. Every time I pick them up, they are happy and smiling. I used to ask my eldest, "What was your best part of the day?" and she would always answer, "Everything!"
Everything about Rainbow is wonderful, from the beautiful grounds to the amazing staff. Everyone is caring, nurturing, and fun to be around. My girls love it there, and I know they are well looked after.
Everything about our experience with Rainbow has been above our expectations - the staff are extremely attentive and caring, professional and clearly love their jobs. It's a privilege to have my child attend!
Our son is in babies with his key carer Sammy who is so lovely and attentive! She and the rest of the team in babies are so caring and made me feel so at ease leaving our son for the first time as I know he's under the best care!
The staff are all engaging and friendly. Our son loves going to nursery in the mornings. He enjoys the food and all the activities. The outside space is fantastic and well maintained. He is making great progress with his learning and independence as he approaches school age.
We love this nursery so much, we know that our child is well looked after and gets to spend lots of time in nature and with animals as well as socialising with other children. Rainbow are professional , caring and we know that they are supporting our daughters learning and development .
The staff are exceptional; caring, attentive, and genuinely committed to each child's development. For convenience, we briefly moved our daughter to a standard nursery, and unfortunately it set her back a little. Rainbow Nursery have helped reverse most of that, and she's now thriving and loving every moment. I would recommend with zero hesitation. Infact, I often do.
Our daughter attended Rainbows from 9months old and she is only leaving due to us moving out of the area. We have had a wonderful experience at Rainbows from Babies Room up to Discovers. She skips off out of my arms everyday, the carers are very devoted and have great connections with the children. I particularly like that the children spend a lot of time outside and there are many different areas to explore. The meals are varied and my daughter will often eat meals at nursery she won't even try at home. We are very sad to be leaving Rainbows, we had our names down before our daughter was even born because we'd had such good recommendations from friends.
Choosing this nursery for my son was without doubt the best decision I could have made for his early years. From the very beginning, the warmth and professionalism of the staff gave me total confidence. Every teacher and carer in each class has been exceptional - patient, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to support the children's needs and development. The facilities here are outstanding, far beyond what I expected. Everything is designed with the children's well-being and growth in mind, from safe and engaging play areas to stimulating learning spaces. It is clear that a huge amount of thought has gone into creating an environment where children can thrive, feel secure, and enjoy coming in each day. What has impressed me most is the way this nursery has helped to mould my son's personality and character. He has become more confident, independent, and curious, with a genuine love for learning and exploring.
My daughter has recently finished at Rainbows and I highly recommend this nursery to anyone who has an opportunity to go. My daughter absolutely flourished at Rainbows, especially her year in Voyagers 1. The Nursery Team are all amazing. The grounds are fantastic there are so many things for the kids to do all day, the staff try to keep the kids outside as much as possible. There is a farm, tree climbing lessons, forest school, allotments, a maze, telly tubby hills, a bus for yoga; it is endless. The fees are no doubt higher than other places but it is definitely worth the money. On every drop off and pick up you are greeted with big smiles from real people. We will all miss Rainbows very much!
What a wonderful nursery. Our little one has just 'graduated' after spending three years at Rainbow. The facilities are fantastic, they have so much outdoor space to play, learn and develop and the animals are the icing on the cake!
Every week our little one would come home and demonstrate something new he's learnt or understood from the excellent structured learning they offer at Rainbow.
He's leaving Rainbow fully ready for school in September and we're eternally grateful for the wonderful team in the Voyagers 1 room along with all the staff we've interacted with over the years.
Stop searching for nurseries, this is the one you should be applying for.
Both my daughters have gone here starting from 2019 and most of the staff have been wonderful.
They listen to feedback and made sweeping changes.
Our vegetarian daughter was given a lot of processed meat substitute's early on and when we raised this they were quick to change the menus to more whole foods.
Highly recommend this Nursery.
