Bright Horizons Frimley Green Day Nursery and Preschool

Lovely preschool, my son has been going there since he was 1 year old. The staff are helpful and so friendly. The outdoor space is fantastic. The food supplied is a great variety, and very often he asks for seconds. Which is unusual for him.

We have been at this nursery for years now and all our kids thrive there and love going. Wonderful staff that go above and beyond, and very caring and the kids have wonderful bonds with their teachers. We are also impressed by their menu and the kids eat well! Very happy!

My child's development has come along so well since coming to Bright Horizons. He enjoys going to nursery and loves his key person. He has made lots of friends since coming. He looks forward to going every week.

The staff at Frimley Green nursery have always been friendly when I drop off or pick up my grandson. They are very helpful and are always there to lend a hand if I need it. My grandson enjoys the garden space and I am always told how well he has eaten and enjoyed the food.

A lovely nursery with lovely staff. It would be incredible if there was a slightly earlier drop-off time (even if we had to pay for it). It is very hard to get to work when nursery only opens at 8am. My son always seems happy and has formed lovely relationships with the staff in his room (under 2s room).

We chose Frimley Bright Horizons, as our eldest daughter had attended and knew the team was brilliant. Pleased to say that has not changed at all! Our youngest daughter started at 1 year old, and settled in amazingly fast, after two weeks of going she was flinging herself into her key worker's arms! My daughter has thrived from being at the nursery, whilst initially shy, her key worker and the under two's team have helped my daughter show her real self and the cheekiness has shone through. Her key worker is just a complete asset to the under two's. She completely gets everything I suggest, we spoken through ever changing naps, sleep regressions, lack of appetite, it's just great to have a sounding board in her key worker. My daughter had been unwell in November and her key worker suggested a doctor's trip, which I am so thankful for, as it turned out she had a chest infection and both ears had an infection!

We have been with this nursery for the past four years. Both my sons started when they were 2 years old, but sadly my youngest is going to school this September! The nursery is amazing with the children and really do treat them like they would their own family! My boys get to experience different activities they wouldn't get to do at home. They are encouraged to be independent, but also given help when needed. They are amazing in preparing the children for going to school, they make the transition to school easy! My boys' confidence grew and grew while going and they have made some really good friends! It is a bit more than other nurseries, but I feel it's well worth it as I work after school hours so for me, it's perfect I can have childcare all year till 6pm instead of school terms and only till 3pm. My boys have been very happy here and I'm gutted, it will be an end of an era when my youngest leaves! Overall, I love this nursery and would do it all over again, without hesitation!

Lovely nursery in a peaceful setting. My favourite thing is the staff, everyone is so friendly, they all know all the children and really care for them and really try to do everything they can to help. The kids always look like they have had fun, made great friends and my pre-schooler is always surprising me with things she has learnt at nursery.

The friendly team helped our child settle into the nursery from day one. She has become much more knowledgeable, confident and developed in key areas, especially her speech. She loves attending the nursery and has made some great friends. Overall, I would and have recommended Bright Horizons in Frimley Green to friends.

Everyone at this nursery and preschool is simply amazing. Both my daughter and son have now completed their journeys there and it was so emotional to say a final goodbye. The staff care so much about each and every child and work so hard for great outcomes for the children. It has such a family feel that the chef is also known and spoken about. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this nursery and am so pleased they were part of my children's journey.

My son's journey has not always been an easy one, he hates change and isn't confident with unknown surroundings. However, over the four years he has been at Frimley Green I have watched his confidence skyrocket. The team at Frimley Green are incredible, always smiling and happy, they care so much for all the children and you only have to look at the kids to see how much fun they have every day. For anyone searching for a nursery/preschool, Frimley Green is outstandingly fabulous, it will be the best decision you make.

We felt great support from the management and all the staff throughout our journey, from dealing with room transitioning to potty training, building confidence and growing independence. I am very thankful for nursery being very flexible with extra sessions when we needed it. My daughter is now in preschool and she enjoys going there, which is the main thing for every parent to know their child is happy. I am also very happy with the food quality and my daughter tells me that the chef is cooking lovely meals for her. I love the new app, where I can see what she has been up to during the day and track her learning story. Also, I feel that my daughter is perfectly ready for school and this is all thanks to the amazing teachers at preschool. I have got another daughter who is 5 months old at the moment and we have no doubts about what nursery she will go to next year.

We sent our daughter there when she turned nine months old and they have been so welcoming and lovely. Our daughter has the best time there. As two mums, we were treated just the same and the paperwork was also not the stereotypical mother/father stuff, which was nice. Our daughter settled in pretty quickly and we couldn’t be happier with the staff and her care. Highly recommend this place.

My son has been going to this nursery since he turned 1 and is soon to go into pre school. He loves going to nursery, and all the activities he gets to do there. He has a great bond with his key worker and the other staff in his room. My daughter, who's now in reception, also attended from age 1 until she started school (with a short gap during covid!) and had the same experience. My daughter was one of the younger ones starting school but had been prepared so well by the nursery that she had no problems settling in, and I have no concerns at all for when my son starts school as I have confidence that the nursery will prepare him well. The staff and management are great, several of them have now looked after both children and often have a quick chat to my oldest when she comes to collect her brother! I would (and have) recommend the nursery to family and friends.

My son has been in the preschool room since January. The staff are absolutely amazing and the setting is great, with a large outdoor space and lots of things for the children to do. My son settled very well and his key worker is fab. Couldn't recommend this nursery enough.

We have found Bright Horizons Frimley Green Day Nursery and Preschool to be an exceptionally well managed nursery and preschool. Getting in touch with the team is easy and all correspondence is professional and timely. The management have recently organised a wonderful preschool graduation ceremony for around 30 children. The staff went above and beyond to provide a memorable experience for the parents and the children on the weekend. The staff in the preschool room are friendly, engaging and warm. There are many activities arranged and managed for the day and the handovers are always friendly and informative. My child comes home talking about the staff excitedly all the time and has never had a negative experience with any staff member. I hear about the food too, in particular, the wonderful apple crumble! I have recommended the nursery to friends and will continue to do so.

Nursery has great staff and a lovely personal feel to it. If I have any questions they are always happy to talk through. There’s a lovely atmosphere. My little one is very happy there so I’m very happy.

Lovely nursery, friendly staff. Our son loves it there and his key worker is fab! The garden area is very big and he is always doing lots of fun activities. Would definitely recommend to friends and families.

Cannot fault this nursery, the staff are wonderful, the premises are clean and they provide fantastic activities, stimulation and all-round care. They take a genuine in the personal well-being and happiness of the children in their care, my son loves it here.
