Frimley Green Day Nursery and Preschool, offers a bright and airy nursery located in the beautiful village of Frimley Green and provides a lovely community home from home feel for all their families. The nursery provides care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years and all the staff are highly trained and experienced in the Early Years Sector. Early drop off and late pick up times are available when pre-booked.

Located off the B3411 not far from the A331 Blackwater Valley route, the nursery offers good links to the M3 and local train stations including Farnborough Main Station.

Situated in a recently refurbished nursery with bright and airy rooms, a designated Art Studio and a fantastic outdoor environment, including a separate Under 2’s garden, a veranda so children can learn and play in all weathers, and the nursery run a Gardening Club.

The children in the nursery are prepared to transition to school through a unique Ready for School Programme, which includes Bright Horizons bespoke Growing Readers, Writers and Mathematicians programmes.

All-inclusive fees mean that you have less to pack on a busy morning, with everything from healthy lunches and snacks to branded nappies, wipes and sun cream included.

A lovely nursery with lovely staff. It would be incredible if there was a slightly earlier drop-off time (even if we had to pay for it). It is very hard to get to work when nursery only opens at 8am. My son always seems happy and has formed lovely relationships with the staff in his room (under 2s room).

We have been with this nursery for the past four years. Both my sons started when they were 2 years old, but sadly my youngest is going to school this September! The nursery is amazing with the children and really do treat them like they would their own family! My boys get to experience different activities
they wouldn't get to do at home. They are encouraged to be independent, but also given help when needed. They are amazing in preparing the children for going to school, they make the transition to school easy! My boys' confidence grew and grew while going and they have made some really good friends! It is a bit more than other nurseries, but I feel it's well worth it as I work after school hours so for me, it's perfect I can have childcare all year till 6pm instead of school terms and only till 3pm. My boys have been very happy here and I'm gutted, it will be an end of an era when my youngest leaves! Overall, I love this nursery and would do it all over again, without hesitation!

We chose Frimley Bright Horizons, as our eldest daughter had attended and knew the team was brilliant. Pleased to say that has not changed at all! Our youngest daughter started at 1 year old, and settled in amazingly fast, after two weeks of going she was flinging herself into her key worker's arms!
My daughter has thrived from being at the nursery, whilst initially shy, her key worker and the under two's team have helped my daughter show her real self and the cheekiness has shone through. Her key worker is just a complete asset to the under two's. She completely gets everything I suggest, we spoken through ever changing naps, sleep regressions, lack of appetite, it's just great to have a sounding board in her key worker. My daughter had been unwell in November and her key worker suggested a doctor's trip, which I am so thankful for, as it turned out she had a chest infection and both ears had an infection!

Lovely nursery in a peaceful setting. My favourite thing is the staff, everyone is so friendly, they all know all the children and really care for them and really try to do everything they can to help. The kids always look like they have had fun, made great friends and my pre-schooler is always surprising
me with things she has learnt at nursery.

The friendly team helped our child settle into the nursery from day one. She has become much more knowledgeable, confident and developed in key areas, especially her speech. Everyone at this nursery and preschool is simply amazing. Both my daughter and son have now completed their journeys there and it was so emotional to say a final goodbye. The staff care so much about each and every child and work so hard for great outcomes for the children. It has such a family feel
that the chef is also known and spoken about. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this nursery and am so pleased they were part of my children's journey.

If you are looking for a nursery/preschool that will go above and beyond, nurture your child's development and care for them like you would, then look no further than Frimley Green. I could not recommend this nursery enough having seen first-hand how well my son has progressed and enjoyed his time there.
My daughter will now follow in his footsteps, which was by far the easiest decision I have had to make since she was born.
My son's journey has not always been an easy one, he hates change and isn't confident with unknown surroundings. However, over the four years he has been at Frimley Green I have watched his confidence skyrocket. The team at Frimley Green are incredible, always smiling and happy, they care so much for all the children and you only have to look at the kids to see how much fun they have every day. For anyone searching for a nursery/preschool, Frimley Green is outstandingly fabulous, it will be the best decision you make.

My daughter started in the under 2's in 2018 and I have not regretted once about my choice.
We felt great support from the management and all the staff throughout our journey, from dealing with room transitioning to potty training, building confidence and growing independence. I am very thankful for
nursery being very flexible with extra sessions when we needed it. My daughter is now in preschool and she enjoys going there, which is the main thing for every parent to know their child is happy. I am also very happy with the food quality and my daughter tells me that the chef is cooking lovely meals for her. I love the new app, where I can see what she has been up to during the day and track her learning story. Also, I feel that my daughter is perfectly ready for school and this is all thanks to the amazing teachers at preschool. I have got another daughter who is 5 months old at the moment and we have no doubts about what nursery she will go to next year.

We sent our daughter there when she turned nine months old and they have been so welcoming and lovely. Our daughter has the best time there. As two mums, we were treated just the same and the paperwork was also not the stereotypical mother/father stuff, which was nice. Our daughter settled in pretty
quickly and we couldn’t be happier with the staff and her care. Highly recommend this place.

My son has been going to this nursery since he turned 1 and is soon to go into pre school. He loves going to nursery, and all the activities he gets to do there. He has a great bond with his key worker and the other staff in his room. My daughter, who's now in reception, also attended from age 1 until
she started school (with a short gap during covid!) and had the same experience. My daughter was one of the younger ones starting school but had been prepared so well by the nursery that she had no problems settling in, and I have no concerns at all for when my son starts school as I have confidence that the nursery will prepare him well. The staff and management are great, several of them have now looked after both children and often have a quick chat to my oldest when she comes to collect her brother! I would (and have) recommend the nursery to family and friends.

My son has been in the preschool room since January. The staff are absolutely amazing and the setting is great, with a large outdoor space and lots of things for the children to do. My son settled very well and his key worker is fab. Couldn't recommend this nursery enough.

We have found Bright Horizons Frimley Green Day Nursery and Preschool to be an exceptionally well managed nursery and preschool. Getting in touch with the team is easy and all correspondence is professional and timely. The management have recently organised a wonderful preschool graduation ceremony
for around 30 children. The staff went above and beyond to provide a memorable experience for the parents and the children on the weekend. The staff in the preschool room are friendly, engaging and warm. There are many activities arranged and managed for the day and the handovers are always friendly and informative. My child comes home talking about the staff excitedly all the time and has never had a negative experience with any staff member. I hear about the food too, in particular, the wonderful apple crumble! I have recommended the nursery to friends and will continue to do so.

We've had a fantastic experience with Bright Horizons Frimley Green. It was recommended to us by a number of people and we would definitely pass that recommendation on. Since joining, our son has really blossomed and has become much more confident and outgoing. The staff are so kind and caring with
the children and place a real emphasis on placing the children at the heart of everything we do. I feel so happy knowing that my son is in such safe hands and surrounded by people who show him the same kind of care he would if he were at home or with family.

My daughter loves it at this nursery, she been there for about 1.5 years now. She talks about the staff all the time and the activities that she has been doing. The staff are very personal about my daughter especially when reviewing her development. They always have smiles on their faces and look like
they really enjoy what they do. The management team also really show that they care and deal with concerns I have in a timely manner. I love that my child has a safe and secure environment, that really shows through how happy she is at drop-off and pick-up times. They have an app that I can see pictures of things the children have been doing and also see what my daughter has eaten, slept etc. The only thing I would say is she does sometimes come home hungry but that could be due to my portions being bigger than theirs but despite this, I would highly recommend it.

As a nursery worker myself I thought I knew what to expect sending my child in but it was a lot harder than expected. However, everyone in the under 2’s especially two members of staff who have been very helpful and welcoming to my child. They have helped ease all my worries and have kept me updated
on my son throughout his visit and his first day.
The management has also been very accommodating to my child and my needs when it comes to his nursery days.

My name is Lynsey and I am the Nursery Manager for Nursery on the Green and Preschool. I have been working in the childcare industry since 1996. I have been working at Nursery on the Green since 2001. I joined in December 2000 as a Room Leader during my time at the nursery I have worked across all age groups from the babies right through to the Preschool group. In 2013, I was promoted to Nursery Manager and am striving to create a relaxed home-from-home feel here at the nursery. I love working at the nursery and find every day so rewarding. I am passionate about providing first-class childcare and delivering the best educational standards to provide all the children in the nursery the best start in life.

I have worked at Nursery on the Green since 2008, whilst I completed my degree in BA (Hons) in Childhood Studies.


After completing my qualifications I was promoted to Preschool Principal and ran the Preschool room. In 2013, I was promoted to Deputy Nursery Manager.


I really enjoy working within the nursery and ensuring the children receive excellent care and attention at the nursery as well as making learning lots of fun. At Nursery on the Green, we aspire to give each child the best possible start in life and progress and development throughout their time at the nursery.
