Bright Horizons Frimley Green Day Nursery and Preschool

Really happy with the nursery and team so far!

The staff have been great at accommodating his dietary needs and always update me at the end of the day, as to how he has been. It is great to see what he has been up to, during the day on the app and lovely when he brings something home, he has made.

Overall it is a fantastic nursery and my little one enjoys going there.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Bright Horizons. My little boy has been attending 2 mornings a week for a few weeks now and he absolutely loves it. The staff are so friendly and warm and my son adores them, especially his key person, who he has formed such a beautiful bond with. I feel so grateful to have such a happy, safe and loving environment for my baby boy to grow and learn. I love hearing all about his day and receiving updates via the app.

We have been a part of the nursery family for 12 years and our fourth child has just started. It just shows what a lovely, happy environment it is based on the number of staff who have worked there for many years. The personalised care, the variety of activities, lots of outdoor activities and tasty food all contribute to a wonderful overall experience. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Frimley Green Day Nursery.

My daughter has grown from a shy to a confident and happy kid at this nursery. Her key worker and other staff have always listened to any concern that we have about her development and taken concrete steps to address them. Special thanks to four staff members in particular, for your brilliant work! I can't be happier about my daughter's development, both intellectually and emotionally and I'm glad that she still has one more year to go at the nursery.

My son went down to the preschool room and they were so accommodating and helped him with the transitions from the previous room. Settle in days and frequent visits, so he was used to the room. He runs in now and loves it.

Staffing issues are a slight concern and the breakfast menu could be more diverse. Other than that we love the nursery so far, we joined November 2022. Our son also enjoys going five days a week. We feel like the curriculum is more there than his previous nursery, so we're very satisfied. I don't often say this, but our £1,700 we spend monthly for him to attend is well worth it, we reckon.

My child looks forward to going to preschool each day. He has made a number of friends and genuinely enjoys their company. The nursery offers a range of activities from which he has learnt a number of life skills.

Our daughter has been going to the nursery since Sept 2022. As she only goes once a week we were dreading her settling in but due to the staff being fantastic, she settled quickly without many tears. She loves the staff and I feel confident leaving her as I know she is well looked after. The nursery app is a big plus as well.

We are sad to be leaving for big school in September but he has had a great foundation in early years education at Bright Horizons.

We feel so safe leaving our daughter with the team at Bright Horizons Frimely. They genuinely care for her and you can see how much she loves her time there.

The team always ask for a handover in how she is doing when we drop her off and are great providing us with how she has got on that day.

The team in preschool are fab! My little girl always goes in and leaves happy, she adores the team in the room and I feel confident knowing that my little one is going to have a great day! She is coming along so nicely with her phonics and writing which is all down to the team in preschool!

My son has enjoyed attending nursery immensely. His social skills and confidence have continued to develop well. All the staff have been nurturing and approachable. A very lovely team and I am pleased overall.

The staff here are really willing to go above and beyond to support the speech, language and social development of our son. They always take the time to provide a detailed description of his activities during the day and answer our questions. We enjoy the observations feature of the app which allows us as parents to identify new achievements at nursery and share his recent progress at home. This in turn helps us build on similar areas at home in parallel with the nursery team.

If you're looking for a nursery that is like a home from home, this is definitely the one for you.

Fantastic Nursery, 2 Grandchildren have/is attending, the educational aspects are outstanding, they have grown into very individual independent girls, the staff are very nurturing and friendly, just fantastic

The staff and management are always so kind and caring. I know I am leaving my daughter in safe hands. All the staff are amazing in under 2's and genuinely care. I can see a big difference in development and confidence in my little lady.
