I am truly grateful for the exceptional care my son has received from his teacher, SEND coordinator, and the whole early years team since starting preschool. All members of staff have been kind, welcoming, and clearly committed to his progress and wellbeing.
My son has SEND and the team have gone
above and beyond making my son feel welcome and taking the time to understand his needs and put thoughtful, tailored support in place, ensuring he can take part in activities and learn safely and comfortably.
Communication from the preschool is excellent, consistent, and honest. They update me regularly and have included me in planning for next targets and goals, working together for his progress.
Thanks to their skill and dedication, my son has had a wonderful and positive start to his early years education. I wholeheartedly recommend this preschool to any family looking for a place for their child with or without SEND.

Bright horizons Frimley Green is a beautiful nursery where my grand daughter is thriving, she enjoys going and is well looked after. The staff in her room have been patient and understanding whilst she tries to crack toilet training and they are forever kind and compassionate when I pick her up,
always filling me in on her day. I would not hesitate to recommend this setting to anyone.

We couldn't be happier with the nursery. Our little girl absolutely loves going, which says everything. The staff are so welcoming, caring and genuinely invested in the children's wellbeing and development. They create such a warm, nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported.
We're really impressed with the variety and quality of the food menu. It's healthy, balanced and offers a great range of options.
The team do a fantastic job of following her routine, which has really helped her settle in and feel secure. Communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel informed about her day and progress.
There are plenty of creative and messy activities which she absolutely loves. The garden is a great size and gives the children lots of space to explore and burn off energy.

My daughter started in the baby room and is now in the toddler room. Her speech, confidence and social skills have come on leaps and bounds and I know the nursery setting has really enhanced this. The app is great, we receive daily updates with photos which is lovely to see. Staff are friendly and
welcoming.

The nursery team have been brilliant with transitioning our daughter into nursery. They have been informative, person centred and supportive of any worries we had. The updates on the app are brilliant they provide continuous information that is very helpful into understanding how our daughter has
been throughout the day. The nursery will always call if they have any questions and will update the app when required. They post lovely photos of our little girl at the end of the day to provide us with reassurance that she's having a great day and is safe and happy in the environment.

The staff are absolutely wonderful with my son - they clearly care about him and his development, and it really shows in how his development has come on. Every member of the staff, including the office team are kind, approachable, and genuinely invested in the children.

Our daughter started at the nursery in the baby room and she is coming along so we'll. Seeing her language, confidence and ability to build relationships grow and flourish over the last 6 months has been amazing to see. She is so happy there and even asks to go to nursery on her days at home! She

We made the decision to move our son from a different nursery chain and were apprehensive about the move but we very quickly realised we had no need to worry! From his very first settling in session, our son has been made to feel so welcome and cared for. He absolutely loves the staff and talks
about them fondly. His confidence has grown and we know that we have made the best move to get him ready for starting school. The app is updated regularly and is always full of information and photos.

Very friendly, helpful staff and room leaders, that go above and beyond for the children in their care.
My daughter loved coming to nursery, and she
has developed nicely in all areas over the years, and is now ready and equipped to start Reception in September.

Having had a negative experience at a previous nursery, we were apprehensive about our daughter settling into a new setting. All those worries quickly disappeared after experiencing the teams' kindness, understanding and reassurance. We were grateful for the thorough show around of the setting
before joining and the warm welcome.
Our daughter has settled really well and has grown fond of a couple of the staff members. The app is regularly updated and we love seeing pictures and reading about her day. The option of the early drop off is really handy and fits in well with our family. Management communication is fast and efficient.
Thank you for all your hard work with settling our little girl (special thanks to one member of staff, in particular, for the regular updates and thorough handovers), we are witnessing her confidence grow by the week!

My daughter started nursery in June 2025 and in the 2 months she has been there (attending 2 days a week) my daughter has taken to it like a duck to water. Every single employee we interact with from the office to the room staff have always been so kind and helpful. Our daughter has such a variety
of things to do each day, and comes home with such a spring in her step. Communication is great and we couldn't have asked for a more friendly and rewarding experience from a nursery than we have at Bright Horizons Frimley Green. Honestly, the staff are fantastic and we are so grateful to them for providing such a nurturing and enriching environment for our daughter.

Picked this nursery for my daughter after we had a not so great start at a previous nursery, from not wanting to go to her last it completely changed when we started here at bright horizon she actually wanted to go to school and would let me know how much fun she had, would always mention on all
the food she ate also haha would definitely recommend we are now moving onto year so she will be leave but she's enjoy her year spent with them

Since starting at the nursery the staff and management have been very welcoming and informative. I love that you get updates and photographs throughout the day using the app, it helps give you peace of mind. The staff are all very kind and caring and go above and beyond. They always plan lots of fun
activities to keep the children happy and entertained, whilst also helping to develop their developmental skills. I have been very happy with the nursery so far and would recommend to friends and family.

Our move into the area unfortunately coincided with our son fully settling in his old nursery. The transition was difficult for us all but the BH staff worked with our son to help get him settled. His new head teacher arrived and our son's confidence and settling has grown exponentially. He has made
friends, grown emotionally, gained skills and we feel he is genuinely prepared for school

We have been really pleased with the level of care given towards our little one. The staff are so warm. Over the last few months, they have really put a lot of effort into monthly and weekly themes as well as creative crafts.

My daughter goes to the nursery four days a week in Rabbit room and absolutely loves it! She has progressed so much since attending and now doesn't want to leave. You can see that the team who look after her and the other children, Three members of staff, in particular, really care and there's
always a fun and safe environment. They do a great job in looking after my daughter who has built a lovely rapport with them and it really reassures me when she's there.

Our little girl joined in September 2024 whilst we were expecting another baby and we were so worried about how she was going to settle in as she's a rather "spirited" child. The management and under 2's team have been AMAZING. Truly wonderful and after a few hard weeks (more so for us) she now
LOVES it there. I thought she would never settle but she really loves the ladies in her room. Management have been super helpful in finding us adhoc days too which has been so helpful and a lifesaver really. They are so on the ball with the app and we get so many updates. I also find the under 2's team are happy to speak to us on drop off or pickup about anything we are worrying about. I then get an update from them shortly afterwards to put our minds at ease. I am so smug with my choice of nursery. Highly recommend.

Management of the nursery could be improved. Changes to a child's key person were made without consultation and communication between parents is at times inadequate.
Response to constructive criticism has been professional and positive from the room staff.
Issues with use of the app have
improved but still key information regarding food substitutes for allergies is commonly left out.
There seems to be a lot of new recruitment which will hopefully inject some energy into the rooms and we have already seen a lot of positive improvement in this respect. The new baby room leader is exemplary and shows such amazing passion and care for the children. The outside space for the baby room is not fit for purpose for the older children. A suggestion was previously made to allow all children to use the larger outdoor space but on a rotation as done in other Bright Horizons chains.
