Bright Horizons Frimley Green Day Nursery and Preschool

All the staff are friendly and very helpful. My daughter loves the nursery and I wouldn't put her anywhere else.

Over the last four years, both my sons have attended this nursery. They've gone in smiling and come out smiling. The staff are caring and kind, and I have been able to go to work feeling confident that my children were happy and being well looked after.

My son really enjoys his time at the nursery. I find he's experienced a great variety of activities and the team are aware of his strengths and weaknesses. Most of the requests I ask for are put into place within a couple of weeks. The feedback I get is always very specific to him and the team are very open to questions. My main feedback would be to have written and photographic feedback sent to me. Other nurseries I've seen have an app for this.

My daughter has settled really well into nursery and talks a lot about it at home. She has been sent home with pictures of her day which is lovely for me to see her enjoying herself away from me. The staff are really welcoming and caring. The menu is varied and she has tried lots of different food which she wouldn’t try for me at home so is good for her to try new things.

My son loves Frimley Green Nursery and always comes home happy and content. The staff are welcoming and friendly and make him feel at home; they are always available and interacting with the children. My son often comes home with artwork or a photo of his learning or even a biscuit he has made! He has an informative personal journey which shows all of his achievements and next steps. I get a thorough hand over at the end of the day and I have been impressed with how Rabbits room has taken on any feedback to improve their practice. My son went through a short stage of being upset at drop off, but the staff were amazing and one gave such great hugs, that my son now runs to her when I drop him off. They also call within 5 minutes if he is ever upset to reassure me that he is now happy! The leadership team are always visible and the weekly updates they send out are lovely and very helpful! The managers are a real asset to the nursey and do a fantastic job of managing the nursery with care and dedication!

Both my sons attend Bright Horizons Frimley Green and are flourishing in their respective rooms. The staff are professional yet caring, providing a warm environment.

The onsite chef provides interesting and varied meals, ensuring a balanced diet. Both my boys often have seconds or more!

Many of the staff have worked at the nursery for a long time and are obviously happy in their work and enjoy their work. It is gratifying that those who leave to try another nursery or career, often return.

The nursery benefits from lovely outdoor spaces with the children given opportunities to join the gardening club. The spaces inside are bright and colourful. Other opportunities to learn include dance, sport and Spanish, all of which are enjoyed by my children.

We wouldn't consider another nursery for our sons.

Our daughter has been going to this nursery since she was 8 months old and is now nearly 3. The staff are wonderful and our daughter loves going, she comes home with stories of what they have been doing as every day has a lot of activities planned. The staff are great at updating parents with their child’s development and are always on hand to have a discussion about any needs.

The hedgehog team (baby room) are all very supportive and nurturing of our child. We have felt supported by this team from the beginning and our daughter very much enjoys her time at Bright Horizons Frimley Green.

My 13-month-old has been at Bright Horizons for just over a month and I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough.

My husband and I were so anxious about my return to work in September and having to leave our little one in the hands of strangers but we couldn’t have been far from the reality of this nursery. All staff are so welcoming, friendly and genuinely have a passion for their jobs. I’ve not once encountered any member of staff who didn’t have a smile on their face! Leaving our little boy 3 times a week in this nursery makes me feel relaxed and happy about the care and attention he receives there. Everything about Bright Horizons is absolutely top notch from my first initial viewing of the nursery to the weekly emails they send out. The management there are brilliant and always present which for me is a big thumbs up.

We've been extremely happy with Frimley Green Day Nursery and Preschool. They've cared for our two children for four happy years and we could not have been more comfortable in the knowledge that our children were happy and well cared for. The staff genuinely care and we are very grateful to them for all they've done and the extra mile they go to.

We are now into our second month and whilst my daughter is still settling in, I know she is in the best hands. The staff will comfort her whenever it is required, whilst at the same time demonstrating high expectations in their support her to move her forward. Before attending she found it traumatic for me to leave her with anyone else, for even a minute. Only weeks since we started our journey she is so much more confident and happy to spend quality time with family and friends as well as showing a keenness to mix with other children. I can't thank the staff enough!

The care and daily feedback received has been fantastic and I feel very comfortable leaving my daughter there for the 4 days a week.

I thought I'd be a nervous wreck taking him to nursery but due to the wonderful staff, I'm not!

My son has been with the nursery for two weeks now and they have been very helpful and supportive with his settling in, giving me the confidence that he is happy and well looked after while I am at work which has made a real difference with going back to work. The staff are very friendly and warm, and the atmosphere at the nursery is very positive and happy. So far my son has done activities that we are not able to do at home very easily and has really benefitted from being at nursery in just these first two weeks.

My daughter has been attending full time since she was 8 months old. She loves nursery and happily talks about all her 'friends' including all the staff and what she is going to do every morning. The care she receives is consistently good, they care about her a great deal and I'm confident leaving her knowing that they have her best interests at heart. She does a wide range of activities that have contributed massively to her development across all of the early learning goals. The nursery management are competent, friendly, approachable and professional. What I perhaps appreciate most is the pastoral care that the staff have provided me. Any queries I have had about my daughter's development have been met with sensible discussions and suggestions to help me and the nursery staff work with me to overcome any challenges I have. I really value their support.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the nursery to our friends and family as based on our experience we feel their children would be very happy at this nursery.

Our daughter has been at Green Day Nursery for a month now and she loves it! All the staff are so friendly and helpful and the meals are always varied and interesting. She has learnt new skills like painting and has great fun playing in the lovely garden, as well as having a cuddle when she needs one or reading one of the many great books provided. We are very happy we chose Green Day Nursery in Frimley, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nursery in the area.

Our one-year-old daughter recently started in the baby room where she had settled very quickly, enjoying each day she's there. We believe she has settled so well because of the kind and caring nature of the staff who have provided a safe and comfortable environment for her. We found the nursery does a whole host of different activities and games. The staff always make a special effort to tell us all about what our daughter has been doing in the day and are always printing out photos to show us what she's been up to.

Recently our daughter became very ill at nursery and required an ambulance to be called. We were very impressed with the professional manner in which they dealt with the situation and upon her return, it was clear our daughter appreciated the efforts of the staff involved, which has only strengthened their bond. We would be very happy to recommend this nursery to anyone.

We were at another nursery and after a house move, Bright Horizons Frimley Green Day Nursery and Preschool was the only and obvious choice. Great staff, fun friendly atmosphere but above all, both my children love going, have an amazing day and have made some great friends.

My two boys have a physical disability. The nursery has been so welcoming and has really helped and encouraged both boys. They settled so easily and their transition to the pre-school has been so smooth. They can't wait to be "Big" boys. Overall an excellent nursery with excellent staff.
