Frimley Green Day Nursery and Preschool, offers a bright and airy nursery located in the beautiful village of Frimley Green and provides a lovely community home from home feel for all their families. The nursery provides care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years and all the staff are highly trained and experienced in the Early Years Sector. Early drop off and late pick up times are available when pre-booked.

Located off the B3411 not far from the A331 Blackwater Valley route, the nursery offers good links to the M3 and local train stations including Farnborough Main Station.

Situated in a recently refurbished nursery with bright and airy rooms, a designated Art Studio and a fantastic outdoor environment, including a separate Under 2’s garden, a veranda so children can learn and play in all weathers, and the nursery run a Gardening Club.

The children in the nursery are prepared to transition to school through a unique Ready for School Programme, which includes Bright Horizons bespoke Growing Readers, Writers and Mathematicians programmes.

My son loves Frimley Green Nursery and always comes home happy and content. The staff are welcoming and friendly and make him feel at home; they are always available and interacting with the children. My son often comes home with artwork or a photo of his learning or even a biscuit he has made! He has
an informative personal journey which shows all of his achievements and next steps. I get a thorough hand over at the end of the day and I have been impressed with how Rabbits room has taken on any feedback to improve their practice. My son went through a short stage of being upset at drop off, but the staff were amazing and one gave such great hugs, that my son now runs to her when I drop him off. They also call within 5 minutes if he is ever upset to reassure me that he is now happy! The leadership team are always visible and the weekly updates they send out are lovely and very helpful! The managers are a real asset to the nursey and do a fantastic job of managing the nursery with care and dedication!

Both my sons attend Bright Horizons Frimley Green and are flourishing in their respective rooms. The staff are professional yet caring, providing a warm environment.


The onsite chef provides interesting and varied meals, ensuring a balanced diet. Both my boys often have seconds or more!


Many of

the staff have worked at the nursery for a long time and are obviously happy in their work and enjoy their work. It is gratifying that those who leave to try another nursery or career, often return.


The nursery benefits from lovely outdoor spaces with the children given opportunities to join the gardening club. The spaces inside are bright and colourful. Other opportunities to learn include dance, sport and Spanish, all of which are enjoyed by my children.


We wouldn't consider another nursery for our sons.

Our daughter has been going to this nursery since she was 8 months old and is now nearly 3. The staff are wonderful and our daughter loves going, she comes home with stories of what they have been doing as every day has a lot of activities planned. The staff are great at updating parents with their
child’s development and are always on hand to have a discussion about any needs.

My 13-month-old has been at Bright Horizons for just over a month and I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough.


My husband and I were so anxious about my return to work in September and having to leave our little one in the hands of strangers but we couldn’t have been far from the reality of

this nursery. All staff are so welcoming, friendly and genuinely have a passion for their jobs. I’ve not once encountered any member of staff who didn’t have a smile on their face! Leaving our little boy 3 times a week in this nursery makes me feel relaxed and happy about the care and attention he receives there. Everything about Bright Horizons is absolutely top notch from my first initial viewing of the nursery to the weekly emails they send out. The management there are brilliant and always present which for me is a big thumbs up.

We've been extremely happy with Frimley Green Day Nursery and Preschool. They've cared for our two children for four happy years and we could not have been more comfortable in the knowledge that our children were happy and well cared for. After visiting many daycare providers in the local area I was beginning to feel exasperated that I might never find a nursery that I was happy with for my daughter. From the moment I stepped foot inside this nursery I knew this was the right place and just prayed that they could accommodate her. Touring
the establishment it was clear how caring and knowledgeable the staff were and how happy the children were too.
We are now into our second month and whilst my daughter is still settling in, I know she is in the best hands. The staff will comfort her whenever it is required, whilst at the same time demonstrating high expectations in their support her to move her forward. Before attending she found it traumatic for me to leave her with anyone else, for even a minute. Only weeks since we started our journey she is so much more confident and happy to spend quality time with family and friends as well as showing a keenness to mix with other children. I can't thank the staff enough!

Our baby girl (aged 10.5 months) started nursery in August and has settled in really well. The staff are very friendly and take the parents views and opinions re. routine and food into consideration when planning/executing the day.
The care and daily feedback received has been fantastic and I feel
very comfortable leaving my daughter there for the 4 days a week.

When I visited the nursery, I immediately felt this was the right place for my boy. I was given a tour of the nursery and was given lots of information about each room, what the children typically get up to and most importantly for me; how allergies were handled.
Fast forward to now and he has been
going for a few weeks and even though he cries when I leave, I know he is in good hands. All the staff I have spoken to are so friendly and professional. They have my child's best interest at heart. They will comfort him as much as he needs it and makes sure he has fun! Due to his multiple allergies, I had to have various discussions about his food and it has never been a problem. Everyone is more than happy to accommodate it and ensure there is no cross-contamination during food times.
I thought I'd be a nervous wreck taking him to nursery but due to the wonderful staff, I'm not!

My son has been with the nursery for two weeks now and they have been very helpful and supportive with his settling in, giving me the confidence that he is happy and well looked after while I am at work which has made a real difference with going back to work. The staff are very friendly and warm, and
the atmosphere at the nursery is very positive and happy. So far my son has done activities that we are not able to do at home very easily and has really benefitted from being at nursery in just these first two weeks.

My daughter has been attending full time since she was 8 months old. She loves nursery and happily talks about all her 'friends' including all the staff and what she is going to do every morning. The care she receives is consistently good, they care about her a great deal and I'm confident leaving her
knowing that they have her best interests at heart. She does a wide range of activities that have contributed massively to her development across all of the early learning goals. The nursery management are competent, friendly, approachable and professional. What I perhaps appreciate most is the pastoral care that the staff have provided me. Any queries I have had about my daughter's development have been met with sensible discussions and suggestions to help me and the nursery staff work with me to overcome any challenges I have. I really value their support.

Both of our children attend Nursery on the Green and we are extremely happy with the level of care and attention that they receive.
The nursery offers a range of facilities, including newly refurbished playgrounds and an art studio.
Our children regularly take part in activities such as baking and
gardening - on top of lots of opportunities to make crafts and activities to allow them to experiment with textures, shapes and sounds.
The nursery has onsite cooking facilities with all meals freshly prepared onsite - all being carefully planned to ensure that children are offered a varied and balanced diet and can be adapted based on individual requirements.
Above all, the staff at the nursery are exceptionally kind and caring and we leave the children at the nursery knowing that they are being left in a warm, safe and friendly environment.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the nursery to our friends and family as based on our experience we feel their children would be very happy at this nursery.

Our daughter has been at Green Day Nursery for a month now and she loves it! All the staff are so friendly and helpful and the meals are always varied and interesting. She has learnt new skills like painting and has great fun playing in the lovely garden, as well as having a cuddle when she needs one
or reading one of the many great books provided. We are very happy we chose Green Day Nursery in Frimley, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nursery in the area.

Our one-year-old daughter recently started in the baby room where she had settled very quickly, enjoying each day she's there. We believe she has settled so well because of the kind and caring nature of the staff who have provided a safe and comfortable environment for her. We found the nursery does
a whole host of different activities and games. The staff always make a special effort to tell us all about what our daughter has been doing in the day and are always printing out photos to show us what she's been up to.


Recently our daughter became very ill at nursery and required an ambulance to be called. We were very impressed with the professional manner in which they dealt with the situation and upon her return, it was clear our daughter appreciated the efforts of the staff involved, which has only strengthened their bond. We would be very happy to recommend this nursery to anyone.

We were at another nursery and after a house move, Bright Horizons Frimley Green Day Nursery and Preschool was the only and obvious choice. Great staff, fun friendly atmosphere but above all, both my children love going, have an amazing day and have made some great friends.

My two boys have a physical disability. The nursery has been so welcoming and has really helped and encouraged both boys. They settled so easily and their transition to the pre-school has been so smooth. They can't wait to be "Big" boys. Overall an excellent nursery with excellent staff.

I have two children that currently attend Frimley Green Nursery and Preschool, one who has just started in hedgehogs (baby room) and the other in Badgers (Preschool) and every time I leave them I feel confident that the whole team have their best interests at heart. They both have dedicated key works
but the whole team play a major part in their development but more importantly their happiness.
From the moment we booked our first visit I felt a sense of relief that we have found a nursery that will look after our children as if they were their own and for me, that is a big factor. My daughter has a few medical issues and the team go over and above making sure she is not left out or unable to join in which warms my heart. I can not recommend this nursery highly enough - to us it’s not a nursery it’s an extension of our family as we have trust and confidence in them with our most precious things. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to family and friends!

Our son started this nursery when he was about two and a half and was based within the room called squirrels. My partner would walk over 40 minutes to drop him off at the setting as he loved it so much.
When he first started the setting he struggled with his speech but the girls in the room really
helped him and but the time we left, at Christmas he talks so much.


We would like to give a special shoutout to his key worker for all the help and support she provided us with and how well she helped develop not only his speech but also his confidence.


We would also like the thank the room leader and all the other girls based within the room. If it wasn’t for your hard work our son would not be where he is today. We can’t wait till our bird child turns two so that we can send him here too.

Nursery On The Green and Preschool has it all.


A nurturing environment, a homely atmosphere, friendly staff, a community feel and all headed up by an approachable management team.

My son, who has recently started school, left nursery as a confident boy, ready to take the leap into school life.

He has settled wonderfully, and I attribute that greatly due to the care and preparation that the nursery provided.


My daughter remains at the nursery and couldn't be happier in their care.


Thank you to everyone involved in their care to date, and to those who will cross my daughters path in the future.

After two children and eight years at Nursery on the Green and Preschool, we are very sad to say goodbye! My children have both had such a happy positive experience throughout their time in each of the four rooms at the nursery. My name is Lynsey and I am the Nursery Manager for Nursery on the Green and Preschool. I have been working in the childcare industry since 1996. I have been working at Nursery on the Green since 2001. I joined in December 2000 as a Room Leader during my time at the nursery I have worked across all age groups from the babies right through to the Preschool group. In 2013, I was promoted to Nursery Manager and am striving to create a relaxed home-from-home feel here at the nursery. I love working at the nursery and find every day so rewarding. I am passionate about providing first-class childcare and delivering the best educational standards to provide all the children in the nursery the best start in life.

I have worked at Nursery on the Green since 2008, whilst I completed my degree in BA (Hons) in Childhood Studies.


After completing my qualifications I was promoted to Preschool Principal and ran the Preschool room. In 2013, I was promoted to Deputy Nursery Manager.


I really enjoy working within the nursery and ensuring the children receive excellent care and attention at the nursery as well as making learning lots of fun.
