Bright Horizons Frimley Green Day Nursery and Preschool

We've had a fantastic experience with Bright Horizons Frimley Green. It was recommended to us by a number of people and we would definitely pass that recommendation on. Since joining, our son has really blossomed and has become much more confident and outgoing. The staff are so kind and caring with the children and place a real emphasis on placing the children at the heart of everything we do. I feel so happy knowing that my son is in such safe hands and surrounded by people who show him the same kind of care he would if he were at home or with family.

My daughter loves it at this nursery, she been there for about 1.5 years now. She talks about the staff all the time and the activities that she has been doing. The staff are very personal about my daughter especially when reviewing her development. They always have smiles on their faces and look like they really enjoy what they do. The management team also really show that they care and deal with concerns I have in a timely manner. I love that my child has a safe and secure environment, that really shows through how happy she is at drop-off and pick-up times. They have an app that I can see pictures of things the children have been doing and also see what my daughter has eaten, slept etc. The only thing I would say is she does sometimes come home hungry but that could be due to my portions being bigger than theirs but despite this, I would highly recommend it.

Amazing staff - for a first time mum I felt comforted that my little one is in the best hands. Love the location and variety of activities and food they give her. Would highly recommend it to everyone for their little ones.

Fantastic nursery, the team go above and beyond to care. The nursery doesn’t have a franchise feel, very individual which we love about the nursery. The manager runs a professional establishment to a high standard.

We would highly recommend this nursery. Our daughter has been attending for almost 6 months and it has been absolutely wonderful. The staff are so friendly, caring and professional. The children's activities seem very organised and stimulating. Mealtimes are varied, balanced and nutritious. They have always been happy to give detailed feedback about how my daughter is settling in, and now with the new app, it's easy to see her eating, naps, nappies, activities etc. Being able to see regular photos of her at the nursery has been wonderful too. Due to the pandemic, I was very worried about her starting nursery, mostly from the socialising aspect... but the nursery has been so wonderful and my daughter seems really happy there. Such a fantastic place and we feel so lucky that she has a place there.

The best decision we made for our daughter to start here. As a nursery, they’ve helped her come on leaps and bounds. From starting in the squirrel's room to preschool she’s had a great bond with all the staff team and we are extremely happy with them all. If we had our time again I would start her sooner than we did. We would highly recommend this nursery without a doubt.

We have been using this nursery since 2018 and the team are amazing, they listen to concerns and take on board external factors that may influence your child's care and wellbeing. I feel confident leaving my children in their care.

We have been using Bright Horizons Frimley Green continuously for 4 and a half years now and have always been incredibly impressed. The staff bond so well with the children and really foster a caring and nurturing environment. The other benefit we've recently noticed is how well they prepare children for school. Our oldest started school last September and it's amazing how much of the reception syllabus she is already familiar with due to the good foundations to learning laid at nursery. We can't recommend Bright Horizons Frimley Green highly enough!

Frimley Green has done so well at trying to protect our children from the risk of covid whilst at nursery for such a long time. Even though unfortunately children are now having to isolate due to positive cases within the nursery, Frimley Green continue to try their hardest to limit this as best as possible and provide support and answer any questions parents may have.

My son has attended Frimley Green for the last two years, but we have just moved and so have taken the difficult decision to move him to a closer nursery. If it wasn't for the fact that more children from the new nursery are likely to go to the same infant school, we would have absolutely stayed at Frimley Green and I'm very sad to have left! The staff are all fantastic and the nursery environment is just lovely - my husband actually went here so we have a family connection! The inside is bright, very clean, spacious and lovely and cool in summer. The outside space is ideal and our little boy always told us about the fun to be had outside with so many different activities and games. The menu is varied and I know he probably eats better on nursery days! There are lots of personal touches from the team that make this nursery truly special and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it. We will miss it greatly!

The nursery is fantastic with staff who are always looking to enrich the childrens' experience. This month they've grown butterflies from eggs, built dens and acted out stories with puppets. My son can't wait to go to 'school' each day.

This nursery is amazing. My eldest son has been attending for 2 years, now going to the preschool and my youngest so will start in a few months' time. The staff are professional, competent and so lovely. It makes going to work so much easier knowing the boys are someplace they love and where they are so well looked after. Highly recommend.

The staff at the nursery always make my daughter feel welcome and help to settle her each morning. I like hearing about the different activities they do each day and good feedback is given to inform parents about their child's day. My daughter is always talking about her friends and the things she has been learning, it is impressive to hear what she gets up to. Overall we are very pleased with the nursery and how they have supported my daughter's development.

The food is cooked on-site by a chef who has never failed to accommodate my daughters complex allergies. It's an amazingly varied menu that seems to always cater to children's tastes while supporting my desire for a balanced diet.

My little girl settled so quickly into pre-school. The staff were all welcoming and she instantly loved them all. Her learning development has come on in leaps and bounds and she loves her Spanish classes and cooking club. She is always happy going in and I always know she will have a great day.

Lovely nursery. Plenty of activities for the children, even at a young age. Teaching of different cultures. Staff very friendly, give good feedback at the end of the day.

Nursery on the Green has always had a lovely, welcoming, family atmosphere, that's why I chose it for the care of both my children. Recently our family have had some very challenging times. I've been struck by the kindness of management and the staff in the preschool towards my children, but also, towards me. They have gone above and beyond to support all us through this challenging time. thank you.
