You can see that the team who look after her and the other children, Three members of staff, in particular, really care and there's always a fun and safe environment. They do a great job in looking after my daughter who has built a lovely rapport with them and it really reassures me when she's there.

Our little girl joined in September 2024 whilst we were expecting another baby and we were so worried about how she was going to settle in as she's a rather "spirited" child. The management and under 2's team have been AMAZING. Truly wonderful and after a few hard weeks (more so for us) she now LOVES it there. I thought she would never settle but she really loves the ladies in her room. Management have been super helpful in finding us adhoc days too which has been so helpful and a lifesaver really. They are so on the ball with the app and we get so many updates. I also find the under 2's team are happy to speak to us on drop off or pickup about anything we are worrying about. I then get an update from them shortly afterwards to put our minds at ease. I am so smug with my choice of nursery. Highly recommend.

Management of the nursery could be improved. Changes to a child's key person were made without consultation and communication between parents is at times inadequate. Response to constructive criticism has been professional and positive from the room staff. Issues with use of the app have improved but still key information regarding food substitutes for allergies is commonly left out.
There seems to be a lot of new recruitment which will hopefully inject some energy into the rooms and we have already seen a lot of positive improvement in this respect. The new baby room leader is exemplary and shows such amazing passion and care for the children. The outside space for the baby room is not fit for purpose for the older children. A suggestion was previously made to allow all children to use the larger outdoor space but on a rotation as done in other Bright Horizons chains.

As a military family, we were relocated with only a few weeks notice. From the start, the team at Bright Horizons Frimley Green Day Nursery and Preschool have been incredibly understanding and welcoming, making our daughter's transition so much easier. The whole team are warm, friendly and genuinely invested in each child. We receive daily updates on our daughter's activities as well as a weekly overview with photographs which has been reassuring for us as she has settled in and helps us to chat through her experiences and the friendships she is forming. The nursery also goes above and beyond by organising additional events for families to be involved in, creating opportunities to connect with the team and other parents which we really appreciate. Frimley Green is well-resourced, both inside and out; the outdoor area is bright and spacious with lots of different areas and activities for the children to explore and enjoy.
We are so grateful to have found Frimley Green, our daughter is thriving and we highly recommend it to other families.

Our little boy joined Bright Horizons Frimley Green Day Nursery and Preschool in January 2024. He has developed and grown so much already and after a few initial tears, he now loves going into nursery. The team at Bright Horizons are all great, they have such positive energy and our little boy loves them all, particularly his primary carer. The bond they have after only a short space of time is so lovely and so reassuring.

We moved our son from another nursery as we were unhappy with the care being received and we can honestly say it's the best decision by far. The Bright Horizons Frimley Green Day Nursery and Preschool team are wonderful and our little one is flourishing. He was in the under 2s room for his first two months and struggled at first however the patience of the staff paid off and he was soon happy to walk in himself. He is now up in the toddlers room and we have really noticed a change in him with his speech, eating and confidence.
The outdoor space is fantastic, the activities seem to vary - even taking the children to a local care home.

We moved our little girl to this nursery in September 2023 as we were unhappy with how her old nursery was dealing with her speech delay. The progress she has made since starting at Bright Horizons is incredible. The team are dedicated to helping her meet her speech therapy targets and it really shows. Our daughter is also very happy there, having a blast every day with her friends. My only regret is that I didn’t send her here to begin with! I’m really impressed and would highly recommend this nursery.

Also, have to highlight how efficient the management team have been when organising a place for our little one. Excellent, timely communication and very empathetic and helpful as we needed to find a nursery as soon as possible due to circumstances. Couldn’t be happier!

My son has been in this nursery for over two months, and I have no concerns so far. The staff are very friendly, and my son feels very comfortable around them. My son's key person is very caring and has a true passion for working with children. My son built a special bond with him, and this helped us immeasurably when he was settling in. There are always lots of great activities happening in the nursery each day, and I get frequent updates about what my son is doing through the nursery mobile app. My son's development sped up greatly since he started attending nursery, and I can definitely tell he is happy there.
I would recommend Bright Horizons Frimley Green Nursery to any parents who are looking for great, reliable childcare.

My son has attended this nursery for almost a year. He continues to thrive every week and I have seen such a positive change in him. His vocabulary is really coming on and I am so proud of him. Staff are very welcoming and friendly and take time at the end of each day to give feedback about my son's day. The menu is varied and the nursery has an on-site chef who is passionate about the food he prepares and a lot of the menu is homemade. The nursery has their own fruit and vegetable patch and the children help with planting, nurturing and picking the food when it’s ready. It’s a wonderful thing to do with the children and I think it helps fussy eaters!
I would highly recommend this nursery to others and if I have anymore children I will be sending them here.
