Bright Horizons Frimley Green Day Nursery and Preschool

We are so grateful to have found Frimley Green, our daughter is thriving and we highly recommend it to other families.

Our little boy joined Bright Horizons Frimley Green Day Nursery and Preschool in January 2024. He has developed and grown so much already and after a few initial tears, he now loves going into nursery. The team at Bright Horizons are all great, they have such positive energy and our little boy loves them all, particularly his primary carer. The bond they have after only a short space of time is so lovely and so reassuring.

My daughter loves playing at preschool, she enjoys playing outside the most, especially with the new mud kitchen. She is always happy to go in and has great relationships with all the staff who take great care of her.

Very happy with the nursery so far, they have done an excellent job settling our daughter into the under 2s room over the last month. Lovely staff and the app is pretty good. The parking at drop-off time can be a bit busy.

The outdoor space is fantastic, the activities seem to vary - even taking the children to a local care home.

Bright Horizons Frimley Green Day Nursery and Preschool under 2s staff are great, they really helped our boy to settle into the nursery in the beginning and they teach new things every day and we notice that significant difference daily.

Everyone in the under 2's room has been amazing and we are so happy that we chose this nursery for our 1-year-old to learn, play and develop. They keep us updated throughout the day and nothing is ever too much trouble.

We moved our little girl to this nursery in September 2023 as we were unhappy with how her old nursery was dealing with her speech delay. The progress she has made since starting at Bright Horizons is incredible. The team are dedicated to helping her meet her speech therapy targets and it really shows. Our daughter is also very happy there, having a blast every day with her friends. My only regret is that I didn’t send her here to begin with! I’m really impressed and would highly recommend this nursery.

Bright Horizons Frimley Green Day Nursery and Preschool has been so amazing and accommodating! My daughter has Down’s syndrome and therefore has more complex needs and the nursery staff always ensure her needs are met and make us, as parents, feel so at ease and we know our daughter really enjoys all her new experiences at nursery and she is thriving since joining Bright Horizons in January.

Extremely pleased with this nursery, having previously been let down by alternative provider. Very thorough updates on the app and the staff members are all very friendly and attentive. Our son has bonded well with his key person and we find him playing happily when we arrive to pick him up! Also, have to highlight how efficient the management team have been when organising a place for our little one. Excellent, timely communication and very empathetic and helpful as we needed to find a nursery as soon as possible due to circumstances. Couldn’t be happier!

Our daughter took a while to settle in but she absolutely loves going to nursery now! It has been three months and we have seen her grow so much in that time - she is trying to speak more and her understanding has improved so much. Couldn’t be happier with our choice of nursery.

Our daughter loves coming to nursery. She found it a little overwhelming being her first time in childcare initially but the team did a great job helping her settle in and caring for her. She now loves coming and is always smiling when we drop her off!

I cannot say enough good things about the team at Bright Horizons Frimley Green. We were so nervous about our daughter starting nursery but the professional and welcoming team made it so much easier for us. It’s clear that they take pride in the work they do and the team in the Under 2s room have taken amazing care of our little one. She loves going in every day and the photos we get sent show she’s having an absolutely amazing time. Her language has come on brilliantly and the staff clearly genuinely care about her. I’m so glad we picked this nursery.

We recently moved here from another local preschool and the difference in our child is incredible.

Such a lovely nursery and very caring staff. Between my daughter and son, we have experience in all three rooms. Both my children have loved their time in each. Communication with parents is excellent. I always felt reassured that the kids had had a nice time and been looked after really well.

I would highly recommend this nursery to others and if I have anymore children I will be sending them here.

I'm really happy with the settling-in process and how easy it is to talk to management to sort issues like registration and payment out. Communication with parents is good; we get regular updates throughout the day. My daughter comes home from nursery happy. The staff seemed very focused on the children, and it felt like there were alot of child-led activities throughout the day (food service, setting up activities, etc).

The staff really do go above and beyond to make the children feel special and looked after.

I cannot recommend Nursery on the Green any higher, my first son started with them in 2015 and my youngest “graduated” yesterday - the team put so much effort into graduation and it was a success despite the torrential rain! At Nursery on the Green, they are a wonderful, caring, and kind family-feeling team - I feel so fortunate to have had full trust in them, always. The manager and all of the room staff make an effort to know all of the children and families personally and individually. Shout out to the four members of staff in preschool who go above and beyond to make the days for the children awesome and post lots of content on the app! We will miss you all so much! Also to the hidden star in the kitchen.
