Child First Bicester

All three of my children have been at Child First and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the fantastic outside space for them to enjoy, to the inventive ways they get them to learn and play. They have some great activities on, with my boys particularly loving the dancing. It shows how much my kids love it, that my three year old ran back in when he returned three months after lockdown.

We would not hesitate to recommend this nursery and will be genuinely heartbroken once the boys are of an age to not be attending any more.

My son’s key worker at every point has been supportive and loving, providing all the cuddles I would want to give myself had I been there. The management are fantastic, and the fees more than appropriate for what is provided for all children.

Fantastic nursery, I’ve had a connection to Child First Bicester for the last 7 years, with my first daughter attending and now my youngest attending, both from starting in the baby room all the way to pre-school. The staff are wonderful, always caring and helpful. They do so many different activities and always learn lots of new things. I highly recommend.

I am a Mother of two girls aged 8 and 3. My older one also attended the nursery. 4 years later we returned with our little one and it is still as fantastic as back then if not better. Amazing staff, loads of indoor and outdoor fun activities. Food cooked on the premises which was a big yes for us. They also cater for my daughter's egg allergy which makes me feel assured that she will get the right thing to eat without me packing food separately for her. Highly recommend!

I have used this nursery since 2014 from when my eldest was aged 1. My 3-year-old now currently attends. Far too much to say but I would highlight staff care, understanding e.g. didn’t charge during COVID-19 epidemic, commitment to training, quality of resources, range of activities and fresh, homemade healthy food and snacks as just some of the things I love about this nursery. Their community involvement is exemplary too as they involve things such as family e.g. Mother’s Day tea party, care home resident visits, emergency service visits, professional dance and rugby sessions led by local companies at no extra charge. Home visits are made when establishing contact so parents and child(ren) can familiarise themselves with staff and procedures and obviously induction mornings/ afternoons as all nurseries offer. Their calendar is planned carefully to celebrate and acknowledge a range of global events. Many of which involve a change to the menu and dressing up! You won’t be disappointed.

The staff at Child First are nothing less than fantastic! To watch our children grow and learn so many things is a credit to all those who work at the nursery! They always find such interesting and fun ways to learn and both my children have loved every single minute there, among their friends and the staff who genuinely care. Even the finer details; down to the menu, is thought about so much, our children would never have had such opportunity to try such varied foods at such a young age! (And loved them!) We would 100% recommend this nursery and we will be sad when the time comes for our children having to leave.

An excellent nursery, our one-year-old, and three-year-old love it! The staff are excellent and very caring. The site's great with an interesting outside area including a caravan and pets! I would highly recommend.

My daughter has attended Child First Bicester since she was 1 yr old. She began in the baby room and has moved through to pre-school. I have not been able to fault the nursery in the over 3 years with them. The staff are committed and dedicated and I have been particularly impressed by the regular themes they deliver, which includes spectacular decoration of their space. My daughter enjoys the outdoor space and regular activities run in-house and dance and rugby by external providers. She returns home daily with artwork, baking, and today a sunflower she planted and grew. They have regular dress up and themed days and put on an amazing nativity and carol performance at Christmas in pre-school. She eats well at nursery and they provide a wholesome and nutritious menu. On days when she has been reluctant to attend after time off, the staff are kind, caring and encouraging and she has always been settled well and is excited and beaming at pick up. I would highly recommend this nursery.

The management is great and they are very flexible and responsive to requests. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Child First Bicester is a fantastic nursery - organised and efficient, with warm, friendly staff. The attention to detail in the environment and planning for the children is exceptional. My daughter loves nursery and we have felt reassured since day 1 of her being there, that she is well supported, challenged and cared for. We also moved her from a very good nursery in Banbury, so we were worried about how she would settle - we had nothing to worry about! She has enjoyed an even more positive experience at Child First. We feel she is being challenged in her learning and takes part in a huge variety of activities. The nursery are also fantastic with their correspondence to parents, whether it's through face to face summaries of each day, regular updates on social media, emails, written reports, or Tapestry. They run regular weeks/events that make parents more included too. Needless to say, we would highly recommend this nursery.

I highly recommend this nursery, since my child has been going to this nursery, they have progressed so much and the staff are fantastic. The nursery holds great events to make the whole family feel welcome, I couldn't be happier with the service the team provides.

Child First Bicester is such a wonderful nursery. My child settled so easily after struggling at another local nursery. The staff are so friendly and they all clearly love their jobs. They make it feel like a home environment. He has developed so much and has learnt so many new skills. I have recommended to so many friends and will continue to do so, we are so happy he is at this nursery.

Child First have been an amazing nursery for my daughter. They make her and us feel welcome from the minute we drop our daughter off. We are kept up to date constantly through the portal and when we pick our child up. Could not recommend them enough to any friends and family.

Our kids have been through every room and we highly recommend.

My kids loved all the activities that the nursery is running such as rugby, music and dance, bring farm animals, bonfire night and the amazing Christmas events. We have always felt so easy mind by taking our kids there and we knew they have been looked after, learned and have a great time.

Professional, caring, accommodating and completely dedicated to nurturing and caring for our children. The brilliant team have created a warm, personal and welcoming environment that our boys love and feel at home in. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a 10/10 option for childcare!
