Communication is clear, the environment is calm and well organised and overall it's just a very positive and friendly place. Thank you for everything you do!

What I can gather from Taylen is he is very happy here and his progress with talking and other stuff has improved alot. I think Hannatt is a amazing worker and I know Taylen loves her to bits. She is always very smiley and bubbely and makes Taylen feel very safe and happy. Every staff are good but as Taylen key worker I wouldn't want anyone else as she is very good. Amy is also a very good worker and is always happy and friendly.

We've had a wonderful experience so far. The staff are incredibly caring, attentive and genuinely interested in my sons development. We felt welcomed and reassured that out son is in a safe and nurturing environment. We feel well informed about our sons progress and daily experiences.

Child First Nursery Bicester has been supportive, accommodating and very understanding to the challenges that first time parents face. Havin a hundred and one questions to be met with positive re-assurance and meeting requests takes that 'mom-guilt' away. My baby is having an incredible time here and her development has been phenominal! I cannot recommend this nursery enough. They take great care of you and your child's well being and mental health knowing your baby is in a great place filled with trained, qualified staff and new friends.

I am hugely appreciative of the caring and supportive team at Child First. My children's speech and social skills are monitored and scaffolded; it's great to receive digital updates on their progress so frequently. It's clear both my son and daughter feel safe and happy with staff. The manager, Gemma has been amazing in collaborating with outside agencies to help my children access specialist funding and support services.

Incredible staff - so much support. Have had the best couple of years at Child First. Our little one loves going in and seeing all of his friends and has amazing bonds.

Child First Bicester is a wonderful setting that really supports children to thrive. My son started 7 months ago and has developed in confidence and loves going to nursery. He is always happy, exploring and singing!

One or both of my children have attended Child First Bicester since November 2019, with my youngest currently in preschool. The standard of care for the children is excellent, I have consistently been impressed with the close personal relationships staff have formed with my children and how staff have adapted activities to cater for individual needs or preferences. The environment has always felt safe and nurturing. My eldest was prepped brilliantly for starting school and I am now seeing the same in activities conducted with my youngest. The staff in the room are always warm and friendly, and management staff have my full confidence in their running of the nursery. A variety of additional activities and theme days are frequently run, and a great connection formed with parents by running regular drop-in sessions or activities for parents to attend. I have happily recommended the nursery to others and will continue to do so.

Our daughter has been at Child First Bicester from August 2024 and we could not have been happier with the care and support she has had. The staff accommodated everything that was important to us with her care, giving her breast milk, using reusable nappies we provided, and comprehensively managing her dietary requirements. We love receiving the updates and photos while we are at work, knowing that she is having fun with her friends and developing new skills. Picking her up at the end of the day is always a highlight, as we get positive and detailed updates from the staff, who are always kind and considerate. The rooms are clean, thoughtfully managed, and provide constant access to quality outdoor space. We have made good friends there and would recommend the nursery to anyone.

I can honestly say that all of my children had a wonderful experience here and were always really happy. There are a lot of staff who are still there 10 years after my first child attended so it's lovely to have had that consistency and to know they've worked there a long time and know what they are doing. Staff have always been kind, polite and helpful. My youngest had a lot of health issues when born but was well looked after when he started nursery and this helped me to get back into work with minimal worry. My daughter has been going to Child First in Bicester for just over a year and the experience has been nothing short of fantastic!

I was very nervous when her settling in days came around but I was very quickly put at ease by the fantastic team.

Since moving up rooms recently I have noticed her development as a whole improve drastically. All key workers/ room leaders have been amazing - It's very reassuring as a working mum knowing that she is happy and safe at nursery!

I must admit I was very worried initially, and was concerned I wasn't making the correct choice sending my daughter to nursery - I couldn't have been anymore wrong!

All four of my children have attended this nursery over the past 11 years and we cannot praise them highly enough. Two of my children have additional needs and one of these had struggled at a nursery in another town and then never had a problem at Child First. Staff are highly trained and the retention of staff shows that they support everyone there. The children are genuinely valued and have access to a huge variety of activities and opportunities. A wonderful nursery.

Our experience at Child First has been really accommodating. They are all really lovely & will go out there way to make sure everything they do is the best for my little boy. Especially when it came down to food alternatives, as my boy is very limited, but they have been so accommodating.

My daughter loves going to nursery. She's really well settled and has developed a lot since being at Child First. The team there are really lovely and trained well. They look after each child with care and compassion. Teaching each child in a caring and considerate manner. My daughter has learnt a lot at Child First. They go through a variety of activities and learning. Also support with potty training and preparing each child ready for school.

Excellent nursery, supportive and enthusiastic team of staff. Children are (and have always) been happy to attend. They encourage and develop the children well and always listen to any concerns. I always recommend.

My eldest child has just left to go to school and I had no worries about him going. He was given a great foundation for Reception through structured activities and maths and literacy sessions. He had a great bond with his key person and still wants to see them when we do the nursery run with my youngest. I had no hesitations in sending my youngest to start at Child First over a year ago and his social skills and language have gone from strength to strength in his settings. A quick summary at handover gives me an understanding of what has happened in the day and the online portal indicates meals eaten and some observations are often recorded here which is really great to see.

I feel it has been a smooth transition with the change of management.

We have had two children go through Child First Bicester and been so happy sending them there. Team are warm and friendly, the children do such wide ranging activities (usual craft, outside play, to dance class and Rugby Tots). My children are very different characters but Child First have nurtured them both brilliantly and we are very pleased we chose this nursery.

Absolutely amazing nursery, the staff are very personable and friendly, and they care for my little one incredibly well, she has a metabolic condition and they have done everything possible to understand it and work with us at home to ensure they get everything right. The chef is incredible and goes above and beyond to cater for all children and even those with specific dietary and medical problems. Their communication is fantastic and we are very happy with the nursery. I wouldn't want my little one being in the care of anyone else now

My son started at Child First in 2020 when covid restrictions were still very high so it was a worrying time sending him to nursery. The staff were amazing and I was instantly reassured that he was in safe hands. He has now worked his way through all of the rooms and he has been happy and settled in all of them. All of the staff are so caring and understanding and take the time to get to know all of the children. They have been quick to respond to any queries I have had and build good relationships with parents as well as the children. My son will be starting school soon and I feel that he has been given such a good foundation for this through the variety of activities and preparation provided by the staff both in learning and socialising skills.
