Bright Horizons Springfield Lodge Dartford Day Nursery and Preschool

The staff are lovely and very approachable.

As a parent it is always a worry leaving your children at nursery all day, it is hard not to feel guilty but the staff and facilities here are fantastic so I can be safe in the knowledge that my children will be safe and cared for. My daughter particularly enjoys forest school and my son loves to play sports in the hall and playing with all the toy dinosaurs. There's loads for the kids to play with, the building is well maintained and the outdoor facilities are top-notch with a large secure playing field and newly installed playground equipment. The staff are great at filling you in about your child's day when you collect them and are a great help with potty training. Our children's keyworkers have been brilliant and give them extra love and attention so that the kids feel valued and welcomed in the morning, although to be fair to the rest of the staff they are all really good. The car park is also a bonus. I would definitely recommend this nursery to family and friends.

The management team are very helpful and accommodating of requests and have made time available when my son's specialists have come to the nursery or sent in video tutorials for the staff to learn from. You should have no concerns with this Nursery.

For the last year and a half, my child has attended Springfield Lodge. This nursey is excellent from top to bottom. Management smile and greet you all of the time. Lunch is customized as much as possible (My children had allergies to almost everything). My child grew in confidence and became so expressive, she would come home and tell me stories of the great things she did in the day. The Nursery is secure and my child has never hurt herself. They have sports day summer activities and the facilities are outstanding. You can just sense it, everyone smiles and everyone seems to enjoy being around children. I would recommend this Nursey to anyone in Dartford. I didn't hesitate to bring my second born child to this Nursery because of the level of excellence. They have themed classes, staff look smart and are extremely observant of your children's needs. Thank you, Springfield Lodge, for your excellent work. If you are a parent reading this, go for it, you will not regret it.

I am very happy with the nursery. Both my daughter and son went/are going to the nursery. Initially, I thought a childminder option would be better for my son, as he was only 6 months when I went back to work, however, unfortunately, the experience I had was not to my liking. So I contacted quickly the nursery to see if they have a place and I was very lucky- my son is now full time. I leave him smiling in the morning and pick him up happy every day. He is enjoying the attention, care and comfort. Despite the number of children attending the nursery, I feel that they are all very well looked after and happy. The food choice is perfect, the assurance that if anything is wrong with my son, the nursery calls immediately to inform. The only thing that I would say is, a solution system to record daily updates about a child would be very handy and to access it via an app would be brilliant. Last but not least, my family is happy with the nursery and thank you for helping me out.

Very nice place and staff. Kids have a lot of space outdoors, my toddler enjoys that! Also there is a sports class every week. My toddler is happy here! Highly recommend Bright Horizons Springfield Lodge Dartford.

My youngest is currently at Springfield Lodge, Dartford and my eldest attended here also. Staff are friendly, informative and extremely supportive. Management is always on hand to talk and offer support. I’ve recommended Springfield to friends whom now have children at this nursery. I would 100% recommend Springfield Lodge Day Nursery and Preschool to anyone looking for somewhere safe and fun to help with child care and child development.

All my children have attended the nursery/after school club. My youngest is still at nursery there and very satisfied.

I have spoken and recommended the nursery to a few friends and they were very impressed by it, so much so that they have put their children in it.

My daughter started going to this nursery last year and since then I saw a big change in her development. The staff here is very attentive to each child's needs and adapts to situations well. We are a bilingual family and my little one's level of English is very good for her age. The food is good and varies to cater for all tastes. I would recommend this nursery and encourage any parent to go and see the facilities.

Springfield Lodge Dartford is a fantastic nursery. My son has been going since he was 11 months old and has thrived there. All of the staff are friendly and encouraging and do an amazing job. The food is healthy and varied. The garden is a great outdoor area for the kids to play in with climbing frames and a sand pit. Would recommend it over and over.

From day one when my son was only 10 months old, this nursery exceeded expectations. The staff are so caring, professional and encouraging that my son has grown in confidence and has learned so much from the staff and his peers!

My daughter loves going to this nursery, since she started there at 11 months she has grown so much and is learning new things every day. I am never anxious about leaving her there because I know she is safe. Start time and end time is brilliant for me as it gives me enough time to pick her up after work. All staff including the cleaners are very friendly and helpful.

My son has been attending the nursery for almost a year now and he is progressing well in the areas of learning. The staff are always friendly, helpful and give good feedback at the end of each day. They were excellent in the settling in period and I know my son is in very good hands.

There does seem to be a high turnover of staff. However, the room staff work hard to ensure there is limited disruption to the children during these times.

They are so friendly and kind and helpful if you need anything or have any questions to help your child grow and flourish into happy young people they are.

My daughter started a year ago, I'm extremely satisfied with their care and love. I have peace of mind while she is there. I think staff are very active and genuine. I definitely recommend to others. The nursery your child attends make a big impact in their life, if you want the best this is the place for your child.

Now that I use the After School Club, care is of the same high standard, catering to the needs of the elder children with craft, computer console, outdoor games etc. I couldn't imagine my children going anywhere else!

Springfield is an excellent pre-school. My son attends the school and he is always looking forward to school. They have nice and friendly staff who take a personal interest in my son, and I see them display the same attitude to other kids in the school.

I remember a particular day I took my son to school and he got clingy, a member of staff came to cheer him up and helped him snap out of the mood very quickly. He eased up to her and was all playful and smiling by the time I returned to pick him up.

Overall, the school has helped my son's social skills and I know for a fact that he is ready for the challenge of nursery.

I recommended Springfield very highly to any parent looking to get their kid started with pre-school life.
