Bright Horizons Springfield Lodge Dartford Day Nursery and Preschool

We absolutely love this nursery. The staff are so friendly, approachable and helpful. Not only do we love them but more importantly our 18-month-old son does too. They made his settling in so easy and he now loves going to the nursery.

The staff are knowledgeable and go out of their way to make the parents feel at ease as well as the children. There is always a range of activities set up for the children with variety every day. The outside area is amazing with lots of opportunities for children to explore and learn. Our son loves the ducks and chickens.

The communication from the nursery is second to none and we feel really informed of the daily goings on as well as our child's progress.

We could not be happier that we chose to send our son here.

My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery. We used to send her to another branch of the same nursery, when we moved to Dartford we found this one. She has been attending nursery since she was 8 months. The staff are well trained and care for my child just as their own. They are so full of energy and always smiling. The big gardens give children plenty of space to play and there is no feeling of confinement. Their food menu is really good and well thought out. I highly recommend this place.

Springfield Lodge, Dartford is an excellent nursery.

The management are organised, approachable with brilliant communication.

The staff genuinely love working with the children and I get daily enthusiastic reports on progress and her antics.

The communication is immaculate which is so important in this environment.

There is lots of outdoor space and the children go out everyday (most weather) and the activities are stimulating and educational.

I have had children at the nursery over the last 8 years and am so glad I found this hidden gem. My son had food intolerance and the staff were amazing at providing a menu he could enjoy.

The staff are amazing, the care is excellent and the grounds are lovely too. A super outdoor area, well resourced room and staff that work alongside parents to provide an excellent learning experience for children. Highly recommended!!

The staff at this nursery are amazing they have helped my child's development grow and now she is about to go to school and they have helped her so she that she ready to start at her new school. The staff at this nursery are so polite and very welcoming, they cover every aspect of learning, cultures, different meal menus each week, different activities through out the day. My daughter loves attending this nursery and adores everybody here.

My son has attended Springfield Lodge since he was 3. I cannot recommend this nursery enough! He has loved his time here. All the girls, from the ones in direct contact in his class, to the reception/management team right through to the team in the kitchen he knows all of them and loves every single one. He has learnt so much and developed so well, the set up was exactly what I wanted from a nursery, just like a preschool, friendly, warm and welcoming.

As a mother of 2, I was quite nervous about nursery however, on a public play day at the nursery (held Thursday's during term time) I was impressed with its purpose built building, staffing levels as well as their enthusiasm for the children.

After attending a visit and walk through speaking with a range of team leaders from all classes, my anxiety subsided.

My son has been attending just under a year and my daughter joined recently and I am impressed with their experiences.

Communication is open and clear and everyone is a fountain of knowledge from management team right the way to the gifted team.

I recommend this nursery to all, even if you are outside of Dartford but work in the area.

Springfield Lodge is a great learning place for both child and parent. The staff work with you in all ways, providing advice and tips along the way.

My child has been attending Springfield Lodge since he was 11 months old, and I cannot fault the care and attention he's received in the time he's been there. He is well looked after, the staff are enthusiastic and attentive, and developmentally he is stimulated. He always enjoys attending, and comes home full of stories of his day. The nursery arrange regular "special events" including charity fundraising opportunities and sports day - including all the children whatever their age or ability. Everyone is made to feel welcome and included. The facilities are purpose built, and suit the needs of the little ones to a tee. There's loads of space to get the children outside in the fresh air at every opportunity. Overall I think we made the perfect choice in Springfield Lodge for our son's day care.
