Bright Horizons Portswood Day Nursery and Preschool provides high-quality care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years.

The charming refurbished Victorian nursery boasts beautiful rooms filled with high-quality, natural resources with every room finished to an exceptional standard to provide the best learning and play environment for the under-fives. From sensory development in babies to learning new ICT skills in preschool, children have a great time as they get that all-important head start on school education.

My daughter loves coming to nursery and is always smiling and happy upon collection. Staff are friendly, approachable and sensitive and treat each child as an individual. We get feedback on food eaten and daily routines, such as naptimes. There is some feedback on the activities my daughter has taken
part in during the day. The admin and communication of important information are not always good.

I hve a son in the pre-school room and currently settling baby into baby room. Very impressed with the settling pro9cess. Very thorough and enables Mum to be reassured before return to work. During settle sessions, witnessed a fire drill. Very impressed with the speed and safety of removing all children,
but especially the babies and toddlers who are on the upper floors. Very swift and efficient. Lovely to see children behaving impeccably once astride and babies and toddlers safe and being sung to, to keep content whilst waiting.

Fantastic settling in experience.
Our baby boy is growing and developing, and a big part is the two days a week he spends at Westwood Park.
The staff are enthusiastic and engaged with my son and us.
We often pick-up at 6:00 pm and he is well looked after all day. I would not hesitate to recommend
to others.

I am really happy with the nursery and care my son has been given in the last few months. The settling period was really helpful and helped him settle in. Although he was still struggling a little bit in the beginning, he has been given all the love and care to help him go through the difficult times.
Myself and my husband couldn't recommend the nursery and the ladies more. One thing I would only suggest is the fact some children sometimes struggle with runny noses which need a bit more wiping. Overall, 10/10!

I'm very pleased that my toddler attends this nursery. For all the time she spent here, the professional approach from staff has made her develop from a baby to a very active toddler. I think the setting for the kids is amazing, very engaging and generally a lot of fun.

Our experience is very positive. Asquith Westwood Park Day Nursery creates a warm nurturing and reassuring environment.

My son is 1 year and he has settled well into the baby roo. I am really happy with his care. He has been painting and playing with sand, which I never thought to do so young. Westwood Park is extremely professional and reliable but also very friendly and homely. I love how consistent they are. I haven't
seen many staff leave which I think is a good sign. They all get on so well. Also, the food is great and healthy.

Fantastic nursery and preschool. My daughter loves it here! She is thriving and we are very pleased with her development. Particularly the social skills she has exhibited from being in such a safe and supportive environment. Very experienced and attentive staff, so caring, friendly, fun and dedicated.
Excellent facilities with varied and structured learning. Great food. We could not have wished for a better establishment. We cannot think of a better endorsement than our daughter rarely wants to leave!

The staff in the baby room have been really good during the settling in sessions with my daughter.
I was worried about whether she would sleep there as she is quite clingy with me, but after her third or fourth settling in session she slept!
Well done!
I would definitely recommend this nursery as
my eldest child went there too.

Our daughter joined after we switched her from a different nursery. The difference in her now is incredible. Asquith Westwood Park has helped her confidence and she now has lots of friends and looks forward to going in to see them and her key worker who she has built a great relationship with. We really
can't recommend this nursery enough, the staff, facilities and care are all brilliant.
