Bright Horizons Portswood Day Nursery and Preschool

My daughter loves coming to nursery and is always smiling and happy upon collection. Staff are friendly, approachable and sensitive and treat each child as an individual. We get feedback on food eaten and daily routines, such as naptimes. There is some feedback on the activities my daughter has taken part in during the day. The admin and communication of important information are not always good.

The team at Westwood Park have been excellent in helping our daughter grown and develop from being a shy baby to a fun and happy toddler. A huge thank you to the team.

I hve a son in the pre-school room and currently settling baby into baby room. Very impressed with the settling pro9cess. Very thorough and enables Mum to be reassured before return to work. During settle sessions, witnessed a fire drill. Very impressed with the speed and safety of removing all children, but especially the babies and toddlers who are on the upper floors. Very swift and efficient. Lovely to see children behaving impeccably once astride and babies and toddlers safe and being sung to, to keep content whilst waiting.

We often pick-up at 6:00 pm and he is well looked after all day. I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

I am really happy with the nursery and care my son has been given in the last few months. The settling period was really helpful and helped him settle in. Although he was still struggling a little bit in the beginning, he has been given all the love and care to help him go through the difficult times. Myself and my husband couldn't recommend the nursery and the ladies more. One thing I would only suggest is the fact some children sometimes struggle with runny noses which need a bit more wiping. Overall, 10/10!

I am delighted with the care provided by Westwood Park Day Nursery. The staff are outstanding, enthusiastic and competent. My children enjoy their time there immensely and the nursery makes every effort to include parents in children's learning.

Staff are very friendly and informative. I would possibly like more detail on the skills my child has been learning/activities rather than just what she has eaten.

Very happy with my son's development and how he has adapted moving up to the toddler room. He seems to really enjoy himself and we know he is in a safe environment and having fun while we are at work.

I'm very pleased that my toddler attends this nursery. For all the time she spent here, the professional approach from staff has made her develop from a baby to a very active toddler. I think the setting for the kids is amazing, very engaging and generally a lot of fun.

Perfect little nursery for my little boy. He settled in really well and the staff seem really lovely. My son is always excited when he arrives for his morning nursery sessions.

Excellent setting for the perfect upbringing. the staff are caring and treat children like their friends so it's a home away from home for our little man!

Our experience is very positive. Asquith Westwood Park Day Nursery creates a warm nurturing and reassuring environment.

The staff are all clearly very natural with the kids and the food served smells delicious.

My son is 1 year and he has settled well into the baby roo. I am really happy with his care. He has been painting and playing with sand, which I never thought to do so young. Westwood Park is extremely professional and reliable but also very friendly and homely. I love how consistent they are. I haven't seen many staff leave which I think is a good sign. They all get on so well. Also, the food is great and healthy.

Excellent facilities with varied and structured learning. Great food. We could not have wished for a better establishment. We cannot think of a better endorsement than our daughter rarely wants to leave!

The settling in process in the baby room has been brilliant, nothing is too much trouble and my son is getting very used to the environment before he actually starts.

Fabulous nursery and staff are incredibly welcoming and efficient. I am very happy with the support and education of both my children.

Our daughter joined after we switched her from a different nursery. The difference in her now is incredible. Asquith Westwood Park has helped her confidence and she now has lots of friends and looks forward to going in to see them and her key worker who she has built a great relationship with. We really can't recommend this nursery enough, the staff, facilities and care are all brilliant.
