Bright Horizons Portswood Day Nursery and Preschool

My experience has been really good with the nursery. Staff are always friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable in what they do. They are easy to talk to about any issue I may have. I always know I have people to rely on.

Westwood Park provides a comfortable environment. Staff here are kind and responsible. Children here are smart and polite as well. My daughter catches her English speaking up very well, and she learns how to act in groups and help. I recommend the Westwood Park Nursery to those who are seeking a lovely place for their children to grow in.

There are lots of open days which I think are unnecessary and I would love them to do 'tapestry' whereby you get sent pictures of them, so I can see pictures of her at nursery but we are very glad we chose this nursery.

My child is happy at pre-school and excited to come in each time. We feel confident that he is well looked after and her next learning steps are catered for. It is quite obvious to us all the learning she has been doing through exciting activities as she will often tell us all about it at home. Her key worker is brilliant with her and has a great relationship with her, however the other staff are also very good with my child.

I am very pleased with all the nursery have done for her over the 3 years she has been attending.

My son really enjoys coming to pre-school and usually looks forward to the end of week-end. He is clearly looked after with care and is encouraged to develop.

Westwood Park Nursery has provided great quality care for my son in the baby unit. They allowed him a generous amount of settling in sessions to ensure he was comfortable in his new setting and he has since thrived socially and with his confidence. There are no other children in our family so it is important he can have the opportunity to meet others his age. His key carer has been really helpful and all the baby care staff are always very welcoming and informative. I look forward to my son's future years at Westwood Park and love seeing him so happy, even though his dad and I are at work.

Great staff. Great facilities. My child really enjoyed her time here.

My daughter has flourished at Westwood Park she loves caring and has excellent relationships with staff in all rooms and management. I feel happy knowing she is well cared for and enjoying herself while I am at work.
