Two of my children attended Kiddi Caru, Chelmsford and they thrived in the nursery environment. Staff are extremely attentive, approachable and well trained. Nursery staff and management truly care for the children and it shows! Both my children formed lovely relationships with the carers and always
enjoyed spending time at the nursery. Thank you - it was a pleasure to be part of the Kiddi Caru Chelmsford family for five years.

My son started the Nursery in April, and he has settled fine.
I noticed the staff are so dedicated and genuinely love and care about the children.
He's very happy, learning a lot and I would definitely recommend the Nursery to friends and family.

My son has been going since just before his first birthday. He is now 3 and his little brother now goes too. In my opinion, the experience becomes less good the older they get. I don't feel that my 3-year-old gets as much out of it as my 1-year-old. My 3 year old tends to do the same activities each
day he attends. There is less interaction with parents as the children get older too.
However, the place is clean and the sensory room and garden are brilliant. Also, the food offered is very good and the management is very responsive. Some of the staff are amazing, however, I get the feeling some don't really like adults!

The nursery seems excellent so far, it's early days for us but my daughter seems to enjoy it and the staff are lovely. Only comments for improvement I would say are on cleanliness and food. I've noticed parents often wear outdoor shoes in the Snails room and also bring buggies in, although I believe
neither are actually meant to be permitted in the Snails room. Consequently, the knees of my daughter's leggings are filthy when she comes home, can't be very hygienic for them.
Regarding food, I noticed cereals are on the breakfast menu and NHS guidance is no sugar under a year, so I'm surprised they are served to the younger ones. I also heard margarine is used rather than butter and I think the health benefits of butter over marg are well known so I was surprised at this.
Overall very pleased though.

I’m so pleased I chose this nursery for my daughter. I couldn’t be happier. Every morning my little girl (1.5 yrs) runs in and can’t get to her room fast enough! Everyone is so friendly and knows her name and she’s comfortable going to any member of staff. I’m so pleased with her progress and all the

My little girl has attended Kiddi Caru Chelmsford since she was 9 months old, in this time her interaction with the carers and staff has prepared her well and given her a solid footing in her future education in an environment that is both friendly and structured to each individual child's needs.


She

has made many friends that I'm sure she will keep in the coming years, and it is directly because of the environment that the nursery promotes with both the children and carers that has allowed the children to build on these relationships in and out of the nursery.


Overall her time at nursery has prepared her for future education in the coming years excellently, and her confidence to adapt to most situations due to the environment that the nursery promotes has been nothing short of amazing!


Very few complaints to make and any we have had in the past have been dealt with in a professional manner with my child's needs always at the forefront of everyone's minds.

My child has been a Caru for the best part of four years and has just celebrated his graduation with his friends and teachers/carers. He loves his time in nursery and continues to learn new things daily. His key carer, in particular, engages him in his interests, often bringing in personal items to
discuss with him, whilst continuing to push him to discover new things. The graduation at the weekend was lovingly executed and watching the children you could see how much they all enjoy being at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Chelmsford. I'm sure they shall all be sad to leave.

The staff and management at Kiddi Caru, Chelmsford nursery are excellent. They are all caring and kind. My daughter has been going through the settling in process and the staff have been really conscientious to help her adjust to being at nursery. My daughter's keyworker has been awesome and all the
children appear to be looked after very well.

Attendance at Kiddi Caru had been nothing but educational for my son. Starting from 9 months, he has learnt so much from the basics like crawling and walking through to being a nearly-two-year-old who is learning the intricacies of sharing, taking turns and becoming a little chatterbox. I have been sending my daughter to this nursery for over a year now, and we are both thrilled we chosen it. My daughter thoroughly enjoys all of the different activities under taken on a daily basis, and is now often looking forward to attending.
The main positives are a varied selection of activities,
especially the crafts and messy activities, a great daily menu and the friends she is making. This combined with an excellent location for pick up and drop off, and very caring carers, for us means there are no negatives.

Our daughter (12 months old) has been attending Kiddi Caru for 6 weeks now and we are so happy with them! The staff are brilliant with the kids and our daughter has really taken to all of her Kiddi Caru carers. They made the transition to nursery so much easier for us as they encouraged me to call
during the day to check on her as often as I liked, and every time I call they are so lovely and helpful. The management have also been brilliant to work with, we have found them very thoughtful and considerate in responding to our questions and requests.


Bottom line: our daughter is thriving at Kiddi Caru and we would highly recommend them to anyone!

Being a first time parent sending my 1-year-old son to nursery for the first time, I had my apprehensions about the nursery. But 6 weeks into his time at nursery, I must say he likes the place so much. Though it took time for him to settle, now that he is, he is eating well, sleeping well and comes
home happy. The staff are very good with the babies and care very well, I am impressed.

Going back to work was very hard, but Kiddi Caru has made every moment bearable! The staff have got to know our son so well and taken the time to get to know us too. We genuinely feel the Caterpillar staff are our friends and our son is so happy and has thrived so much. We are amazed everyday with the
new things he has learned either through speech or physically. If we can't be at home to look after our son we can't imagine a nicer more nurturing environment than Kiddi Caru. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I almost never rate anything as 10 out of 10, but in this case, I would. My wife and I have had our expectations totally exceeded by Kiddi Caru Chelmsford. Our 3 children love it there, the staff are just fantastic and the management is very friendly and accommodating.


We really feel that our children

have benefited from going to Kiddi Caru. I cannot recommend it highly enough!
