We couldn't be happier with Kiddi Caru. From the very beginning, the team made our son Zayn feel welcome, safe and excited to learn. The staff are caring, attentive and always take the time to update us on how his day has gone, which gives us real peace of mind.
The activities are varied and
thoughtful, and we've loved seeing how much his confidence and development have come on in such a short time. It's clear the nursery puts a lot of effort into creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive.
Thank you to everyone there for the incredible work you do, it means a lot to our family.

I couldn't be more happier sending my baby girl here. As most mums it's very daunting sending our babies to nursery but honestly it's been an easy adjustment as my little girl has settled in perfectly. All the staff are so lovely and you can tell they really care for the children there. My little
girl is very fond of all the ladies in her room she even calls her key leader mum.
I've also recommended my friends and they now send their babies to the same nursery. Overall I can't fault the nursery at all. One very happy mummy.

This nursery is the best we could of asked for. They have helped our child in every way possible. All the staff have gone above and beyond to help my child and keep us informed of the progress they make each day. Each person is so kind and caring, loving and nurturing that it feels like a second
home. I cannot thank each person enough for what they have done for my child. 100% place your child here is you can.

Good experience overall had 2 children attending the nursery at some point! Happy with them. Staff are nice and managers as well. Convenient location for us. Only one slight issue was getting mixed messages from different staff about how happy or sad my 3 year old was when he was in preschool so
felt that communication between staff might not be the best sometimes. Otherwise no issues at all.

Since joining almost a year ago, our 3 year old has excelled in speech, independence and growth! The staff had worked closely with us to bring out the best in our boy and he loves the days he goes in! The team are always very patient and makes the most of each day. The management are always
welcoming every day and show genuine care of each child that walks through the door. Our child's key worker is fantastic and goes above and beyond and he loves going in the see her each day!

Our daughter has been attending this nursery for over a year now, in the under 2s classrooms and our experience has been stellar. She loves it there. Her key workers have been sensational and the entire staff is incredibly attentive. Would highly recommend it, can't fault it.

I couldn't be happier with our choice of nursery for our daughter. From the moment you walk in, the environment is warm and welcoming, and it's always kept tidy and clean.The staff are truly exceptional - knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely invested in building strong relationships with the
children. My daughter has developed lovely bonds with both the staff and her peers, which speaks volumes about the nurturing atmosphere they've created. The educational programme is varied and addresses all aspects of development with clear feedback from her key carer on individual areas.
The management team are efficient and well-organized, and their communication is always clear and prompt, particularly through the app which makes staying connected so easy.
Most importantly, my daughter absolutely loves going to nursery. She's happy, settled, and thriving there. I would have no hesitation in recommending this nursery to other families

since joining.
The nursery provides a warm, welcoming environment where children are encouraged to explore, play, and learn through creative and engaging activities. We love receiving daily updates and photos that show just how much fun they're having - from messy play and outdoor adventures to story time and art projects.
The team clearly puts a lot of effort into planning enriching experiences and fostering a sense of community among families. It's wonderful to see how much our child looks forward to going each day!
We can't recommend Kiddi Caru Chelmsford highly enough. It's a truly special place where children are nurtured, supported, and inspired to thrive.

Kiddo Caru Chelmsford has been our nursery for our two children over the past 5 years, and we cannot fault it. The care provided is beyond reproach and we have witnessed both of our children grow socially and in their learning. Our older son left with such a thorough grounding to prepare him for
school and we are witnessing the same with our younger daughter. The support is personalised, with every member of staff knowing the children as individuals and providing specific support for their needs. Highly recommended!

Our 16-month-old has been attending this nursery since last October, and we couldn't be happier with the care provided. The staff are truly amazing-kind, attentive, and clearly dedicated to the children's wellbeing. We feel completely reassured knowing our little one is in such safe and nurturing
hands every day. It's a joy to see how much our child enjoys being there and how well they are developing.

This nursery has been a dream come true and I cannot fault it in any way! My Daughter started when she was 1.5 years and is now 3 years old. She enjoys every moment when she is in twice a week and has flourished and grown so much since starting. The staff and management have been very kind, warm and
supportive throughout and I would recommend this nursery to everyone! Amazing experience for both parent and child. :)

Such a lovely nursery! All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. They do lots of fun activities with the children during day to help with their development. The rooms are always kept clean and tidy, with a range of different toys out and available for children to play with. Can't fault this

Both my children love it here! They have a wonderful time and we are made to feel like we are part of the family. We are communicated with and I have no concerns about leaving my children here! I have a son in preschool and a baby in the baby room. All staff know all children and it's lovely to see

All the staff are really lovely and are great with my child, he has been there since he turned 1 and is about to go into preschool. They do lots of different activities and help develop his mental and physical skills. He is very comfortable there, I would definitely recommend this nursery.

I couldn't be happier with the nursery my little girl attends. From the moment we joined, I've felt a real sense of safety, organisation, and care that comes from the leadership team. Everything is run so smoothly, and communication is always clear, which makes such a difference as a parent.
What
really stands out, though, is the warmth and dedication of the staff. They take the time to truly get to know my daughter - not just as another child in their care, but as an individual. It's clear they enjoy spending time with her, and the creativity they bring to play and learning is fantastic.
Each of her key workers has gone above and beyond to make her feel safe, loved, and understood, and that means the world to me. Knowing she is not only well cared for but genuinely happy in their hands gives me complete peace of mind.
I can't recommend this nursery highly enough - it's a special place where children are nurtured, valued, and encouraged to thrive.

Amazing experience so far with this nursery. My daughter (11 months) started in early January.
I was initially nervous as my daughter is attached. The team keep us updated with her day/activities through the app which helps ease any anxiety.
Very pleased overall with the nursery so far,
especially pleased with our amazing key worker - goes above and beyond to ensure my daughter is comfortable.

Our son joined the nursery in July 2024 at 13 months old. From the off, staff have been nothing but kind, open and flexible. I have needed ad hoc/emergency childcare on a number of occasions and they have always managed to facilitate this. Our son has thrived since joining the nursery in terms of
his social, and verbal development. He has made friends with other children in his room and loves each of his nursery workers. I would recommend this childcare setting wholeheartedly. You are doing an excellent job guys!

Good nursery overall with daily engagement routines, separate rooms and a clear progression path for kids. The only negative thing about this nursery is cleanliness. When picking up kids the rooms are stinking. The outbreak of diarrhoea, chicken pox and hand foot and mouth is common. Understand that
they can't control them but their efforts to minimise the spread are almost non-existent. If the nursery is smelling at the end of the day then something has gone wrong during the day.
