Fantastic nursery, my eldest daughter attended Kiddi Caru in Chelmsford in 2010 and was there for 3 years, my now 2-year-old has been for a year and absolutely loves it. The staff are wonderful and make you feel very welcome, they are attentive, kind, caring and always take the time to talk through
what activities my daughter has participated in throughout the day. It was no surprise to me when the nursery received their outstanding report from Ofsted. I would highly recommend to anyone.

We recently started sending our daughter - who has just turned 1 years old - to Kiddi Caru due to my return to work mid-February. She attends 4 days a week for full days (7.30 - 5.30). We were very nervous to leave her in somebody else's care initially, however, the staff have been brilliant and offered
a number of free settling in sessions where they answered many questions and set our minds at ease.


Her key carer was very interested to understand all about her current routine, her likes and dislikes, etc and has been very diligent with following our established routine. Staff are always willing to answer calls and questions and are very responsive to requests around food, milk, etc. She has settled in brilliantly and has bonded with her key carer very well. She is undertaking lots of fun activities and particularly enjoys the sensory room. I feel like my daughter is in great hands and although I am sad to leave her, I am confident that she is having a brilliant experience.

A wonderful nursery filled with friendly and caring staff. My son thoroughly enjoys going to the nursery, never has a dull moment there. He loves his key carers who are caring and attentive to his needs. More importantly he feels safe, happy, has lots of fun and as a result, he has bloomed. I could

I have been using Kiddi Caru for over 5 years now, both of my children attended from 11 months old. I can’t recommend them enough, I have had such a good experience, the children both love it. My eldest is at school now but comes back to pick his sister up and everyone still remembers him and says hello.
All of the staff are friendly and know the name of my youngest, even if she is not in their room, there is a real sense of caring about the children that runs through the whole nursery. My youngest is difficult to get to leave in the evening as she says that home is boring! The nursery and its staff are great, they do so much with the children to help them to learn and get ready for school and are very child centred. If I had any more children I would definitely put them here without hesitation.
On the odd occasion that I have had a problem, I’ve been able to resolve easily with either the room staff or management. Very glad I chose Kiddi Caru as my childcare provider.

My son settled in very well and very quickly when he joined Kiddi Caru at 7 and half months old.


He is always very happy when we drop him off and pick him up, he seems to have a great connection with his carers.


We are very satisfied with the activities he joins in on at nursery and love getting

We are so pleased that we chose Kiddi Caru for our son. He started at the nursery in November and like most Mum’s I worried about how he would settle. The lovely ladies in Snails provided lots of reassurance and said I could call whenever I wanted to see how he was.


Fast forward a few months and

our son loves going to nursery, he’s met every day by his wonderful key worker and I know he’s well looked after by all of the staff. He’s become a much better eater since he started to go and I love to hear about what he’s been up to.


I can’t believe it’s almost time for him to move to the next room but I’m sure that he will have just as good an experience there too.

Both my boys have been here since they were 12 months old (now 4yrs and 18 months). They love going in and often don’t want to come home because they are having so much fun with their friends.


Staff are very friendly, we’re always greeted with a warm welcome, and my boys have great relationships

with many of them. Staff are very approachable, they always make time for you if you have any questions or concerns and settling in was made so easy for me and the boys.


Kiddi Caru has been a huge support in their learning journey with speaking, potty training and writing their name also promoting their independence at every opportunity.
   
They are our sole source of childcare, often taking our boys for extra days when we have needed. It’s a very welcoming, home from home environment, there’s always so much going on including messy play, yoga, baking and little outings. I am very happy to recommend Kiddi Caru, it’s a lovely nursery.

I am really pleased with Kiddi Caru Nursery Chelmsford and I'm impressed with the progress my little boy has made in his speech, confidence, behaviour and the way in which he interacts with other children. He was born on the same day as his cousin (who attends another nursery, no names will be mentioned)
and there's quite a notable gap between them where the aforementioned qualities are concerned.


Whenever I pick him up early I get to watch them having the late afternoon meal which consists of healthy nutritious foods and the occasional treat.


Reasonably priced for an all-day nursery and I certainly take my hat off to all the staff for their patience and professional attitude to dealing with groups of boisterous toddlers!


10/10 in my books and if we have another child we'll be sending him/her to Kiddi Caru Chelmsford.

Kiddi Caru Nursery in Chelmsford is nothing short of outstanding. My twin boys (2 yrs 10 mths) attend on a daily basis and they are SO happy. The staff are absolutely wonderful, caring, and hugely attentive. It gives me great peace of mind knowing that my boys are in a safe and comfortable environment,
but more importantly that they are genuinely happy.


A combination of homemade nutritious food and numerous varied activities designed to stimulate and grow their minds provides me with the reassurance that their welfare and progression is of paramount importance to Kiddi Caru.


I cannot recommend Kiddi Caru highly enough.

Very happy with this nursery, great care for smaller children with lots of stimulating activities and fun. Excellent preparation for school for the older children. Great facilities, really good range of food. The staff really get to know your child and what works/doesn't work for them, in order to get

My son thoroughly enjoyed his experience at Kiddi Caru Chelmsford. The staff in the ladybirds preschool room have been excellent. They are always welcoming which I feel puts the children at ease from the outset of the day. I receive great and detailed feedback every day. The nursery itself provides
a great outdoor space, especially as it is located in the town. The nursery will be highly recommended by us and we are grateful for such fab staff!

I can highly recommend Kiddi Caru, Chelmsford. The staff there are very genuine and caring.
My child has a couple of allergies and they are very good in making sure they do not come into contact with those foods.
The meals they serve are nutritious and not necessarily something we would make, so
it's good they get the opportunity to try these foods.
The activities they undertake are really varied and assist with their development. The staff are helping us with trying to reduce our child's dependency on their dummy, which is really useful.
But the best thing of all is that our child is happy there and enjoying her time at nursery.

My youngest daughter started in Snails in January 2016 at 10 months old and I have been blown away at the consistent kindness, support and calmness all the staff have given her (and me!) during these initial weeks while she has settled in and adapted. So far I'm impressed with the attention, dedication
and wide range of activities on a daily basis. It's never easy returning to work but it helps having the Kiddicaru Chelmsford team along with you! Thank you!

Our girl is looked after well and is happy to attend. She learns a lot whilst at nursery and comes home with new knowledge most days. We have had a few incidents where she has been scratched and bitten by other children and I feel these incidents may have been stopped before my child was hurt by the
other child.

All of our staff are provided with an extensive amount of training regarding safety and behaviour management however, incidents do sometimes occur which parents are informed of the same day.

My son has been in Kiddi Caru Chelmsford since the age of 1 and is now 4 and ready to move onto school. The staff at Kidd Caru have always taken fantastic care of him, and all of the other children he's had the privilege to grow up with at Kiddi Caru.
I think the low staff turnover is indicative of
the strong and conscientious leadership by the management team. The activities have evolved my son's development and nursery's facilities have improved over time which demonstrates a desire to keep improving for the good of the children and a commitment to excellent care. I'm eternally grateful to the team at Kiddi Caru for their care and commitment.

Like most first time working mums I was very anxious about my son starting nursery. But all the staff made the transition very easy and comfortable for both my son and myself. My boy also has food intolerances to gluten and dairy. The staff have gone out of their way to accommodate for this allowing
him to still get involved with food play as well as kitchen, making special cakes so that he's not left out. My little boy loves his days at nursery and I don't know what I'd do without the great care and support all of the staff give - Thank you to all the amazing staff at Kiddi Caru!

We have always been happy with this nursery. The staff know the children well, recognising each child by name no matter which room they are in. They take great care to ensure that childrens' needs are met. When my son started, they quickly noticed the assigned room was not challenging enough and allocated
him a room which better suited him.


The manager is firm but kind and approachable. She has driven many of the improvements we have seen, including a new garden.


The nursery has supported us as a family, helping us when struggling, particularly following the birth of our daughter. There's lots of opportunity for parents to get involved eg. Family Fun days.


On the one occasion when we had an issue with another child's behaviour, I was impressed by how the problem was dealt with. I trusted that a resolution was in place and felt reassured.


They have prepared my son well for school. He has really grown in confidence. We feel sad that our Kiddi Caru journey is coming to an end.
