Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Chelmsford, City Centre

Like most first time working mums I was very anxious about my son starting nursery. But all the staff made the transition very easy and comfortable for both my son and myself. My boy also has food intolerances to gluten and dairy. The staff have gone out of their way to accommodate for this allowing him to still get involved with food play as well as kitchen, making special cakes so that he's not left out. My little boy loves his days at nursery and I don't know what I'd do without the great care and support all of the staff give - Thank you to all the amazing staff at Kiddi Caru!

We have always been happy with this nursery. The staff know the children well, recognising each child by name no matter which room they are in. They take great care to ensure that childrens' needs are met. When my son started, they quickly noticed the assigned room was not challenging enough and allocated him a room which better suited him.

The manager is firm but kind and approachable. She has driven many of the improvements we have seen, including a new garden.

The nursery has supported us as a family, helping us when struggling, particularly following the birth of our daughter. There's lots of opportunity for parents to get involved eg. Family Fun days.

On the one occasion when we had an issue with another child's behaviour, I was impressed by how the problem was dealt with. I trusted that a resolution was in place and felt reassured.

They have prepared my son well for school. He has really grown in confidence. We feel sad that our Kiddi Caru journey is coming to an end.

The help they give with her development is amazing, and we can't thank them enough.

The staff are always on hand, funny and always take the time to say hello. I would highly recommend Kiddi Caru to anyone. I will be very sad on my daughters last day. I always felt it was one big family.

Kiddi Caru Nursery is amazing, my child/children have always walked out smiling at the end of the day which tells me they have had a fun and exciting day. Everything that I have raised about any concerns we have had. I have felt that they have been dealt with quickly and have felt reassured about any accidents/ incidents that may have occurred during their time at nursery.

We will definitely be sending any more children we have here. We all love it.

I have used Kiddi Caru since my son was 11 months old. My son has had a wonderful time playing and making friends with staff, as well as other children. The garden refurbish was fantastic, they were very clever with their planning and my son has the opportunity to use it everyday, weather permitting. The staff at Kiddi Caru really engage with the children as well as the parents. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know. I will be sad when my son leaves in September to start his new adventures, at Big Kids School!

My son has been attending since January 2015. The enrollment process was straight forward and the manager was very helpful. The staff are always welcoming and cheerful, they provide updates on my son's activities each day and are always helpful especially when it comes to finding my sons hat/top which he loves to hide away. They listen to my concerns and assist with each stage of my sons development such as potty training.
