My second son started there in September last year, and he loves going to nursery. The staff are wonderful, warm and caring, with a great attitude, they created a nurturing atmosphere, and you can tell that our little ones are well looked after. It was the perfect introduction for my son to the nursery
setting, for which I am very grateful.

We absolutely LOVE Kiddi Caru Chelmsford. My son went there for 4 years before starting school and he really loved his time there and my twins girls have been going for 2.5 years and also love going. The staff are amazing and so good with all the children and they do such amazing work with the children
to develop them and get them ready for school. They have always been so accommodating if I needed extra child care and because my children love it so much, there was never any guilt about them being in child care an extra day cause they loved it!
I would recommend Kiddi Caru Chelmsford to anyone looking for a nursery. My girls start school in September and I am going to miss Kiddi Caru so much.
Thank you for the amazing care, love and fun you have all provided to my children over the last 5.5 years. You are all amazing!

This nursery and the staff are excellent and do everything to make the kids day fun and safe and always take pride in their work.
The nursery has good facilities and works well within its city centre location. The nursery has a strong leader that runs the nursery and this leadership filters well into
the rooms and staff.
The staff retention levels are high having had a child at the nursery across the last 4 years this helps with the friendly atmosphere and high standards they maintain.
It is not the cheapest nursery but the location and quality of care are probably the best in local area and worth paying for.

This was the first nursery my son went to and I was a bit nervous about how he would cope. I needn't have worried, they took a lot of time to get him (and me) settled and now every day he's raring to go and get there to spend time with his friends.

This is a really great nursery with lots of care and attention paid to the children and their individual needs, even as they grow older and the staff ratios change. All of the staff know my child and she is happy and well settled here. She does lots of messy play and is growing into a lovely child,
in large part thanks to the staff here and the time they devote to her. She loves the food and eats vegetables better since she started attending. Every time we have had an issue, the nursery staff have been really open and supportive. They seem to have seen it all before and know how to support the parents as well as the children. As a bonus, they also supported our use of cloth nappies and early potty training of our daughter.

The one complaint I do have is the buggy room. Could this somehow not be monitored? Parents are not collapsing buggies at all, making an already tight space practically impossible.

The nursery is a busy city centre nursery with many children. That said, the rooms are well laid out and equipped.
The menus vary and the team, especially the Manager, seem to genuinely care about the children.
Our only criticism is that sometimes the activities appear so wild the clothing is ruined
by paint/foam etc.

Excellent nursery! My 19-month-old has been going to Kiddi Caru Chelmsford since he was 7 months old and I have never had any issues. My son absolutely loves going and is never upset at being left in the morning.
The staff are brilliant! Really friendly and appear to genuinely care. They’re organised
and professional. My son comes home clean and well fed, he appears to love the food!
They do plenty of fun activities with the children, from messy play to cooking to playing outside in the garden (and lots more!). A generally fun environment for the children!
The nursery is very well run and all management staff are friendly and approachable. I highly recommend!

Our two-year-old has been attending Kiddi Caru 2-3 days a week for the last six months. He loves his Nursery days and they have been so good for his development. The staff are kind and obviously really care about every single child they look after. The activities are varied and creative and he eats
so much better at Nursery than he does at home! I don't know how they manage it!
My job is flexible so occasionally I have to work extra days and the management staff are always so helpful and accommodating.
He is our first and I took extended maternity leave so we were quite nervous about putting him in nursery - but Kiddi Caru were so reassuring, we are so relieved to know that we are leaving him in such good hands.
