Kiddi Caru has been a wonderful place for my daughter to attend. She learned so many new skills and gained knowledge through play and learn. She loved her time there and as a parent, I couldn't recommend it highly enough.
The staff were always friendly, polite and helpful. The whole experience was
fantastic. A great place.

My youngest child has just finished nursery and started school. The care my children had received for the last 7 years has been good. Both boys liked attending, had a good time and had been provided with a nurturing environment. Staff have been great and supportive.

My two daughters have attended this nursery from the age of 10 months and now the eldest is due to leave the preschool room, aged 4 at the end of August this year. Both children have been very happy and created great bonds with the staff and other children. They have shown good progression with their
social skills and early years learning and development and we have always been pleased with the staff communication from the nursery.


I am very happy and grateful that they have had this wonderful experience at this lovely nursery.

My daughter has been with Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Chelmsford, City Centre for the last three years and just graduated, ready for big school. What a graduation ceremony that was! Full of fun, an amazing amount of thought and effort by staff and thoughtful leaving presents for the children. My daughter
loves the nursery and as a parent, I have felt so reassured and confident that my child is understood very well and looked after accordingly and that she is thriving every day! My daughter was a shy child who spoke very little with adults and somewhat lacked confidence. This was especially caused by the Pandemic. But just finishing preschool now, I can safely say that she is confident, well mannered and very ready for school. I cannot thank her carers and staff enough and fully recommend Kiddi Caru to any parent!

I have had three children go all the way through Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Chelmsford, City Centre and honestly I can say, it is the most wonderful, nurturing place for my children to grow and learn. Nothing is ever too much trouble for any of the staff, they treat each child as an individual and cater
to each one's differing needs. Even during the pandemic the nursery remained the backbone of the community for all the children and managed to keep things safe, consistent and above all, normal for the children which made a horrific time for us all, a little easier to bear. The nursery is always clean, well maintained and presentable and looks like somewhere a child would love to spend their days. Every staff member is welcoming, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable and they know all the children by name which shows dedication and passion for the job itself. I could not wish for a better suited home from home for my children and cannot thank the manager and her team enough for the efforts they make every day.

Our daughter settled into nursery quicker and easier than we'd ever hoped, she loved it from day one. All of the staff are friendly, supportive, and invested in the children and they all know everyone's names! The environment and activities are really good, including a great outside space that they
regularly play in. We're all completely happy with our choice and look forward to moving through the different rooms over the next few years.

My little boy is attending this lovely nursery. Friendly staff, very supportive every time, brilliant with the children.
When my biggest son attended the nursery for the first time was just 9 months old and now he is in preschool and he is very happy, was making friends and sometimes when we are off/on
holidays he's asking if we go to nursery.
I was scared about his communication skills as a bilingual family but within months of being there, he came right out of his shell and was talking in no time.
They also have morning/afternoon opening hours 07:00- 18:00, which was perfect for us.
They also have special days and events for the children Mother’s and Father's Day, World Book day, costumes days and lots of activities.

My daughter has always loved going to Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Chelmsford, City Centre and I could not recommend the nursery more. She likes the activities, her friends and especially the staff there. We feel like she has really developed since going.

Our daughter has attended since 2018 and our experience has been exceptional. It’s an outstanding provider because every person at the nursery plays a part in helping the children to develop and flourish. Only the best care is good enough and every carer takes personal pride in making sure my daughter
has the best learning experiences. Learning through play is the order of the day. Everything my daughter learns is logged and fed back. If something isn’t right with my daughter on a particular day they contact me immediately and discuss. Her happiness is their priority. The nursery felt quite big when we visited but that changed quickly as staff made us feel very welcome and my daughter took ownership and pride in the space. My daughter took us on a tour of the facilities (pre-COVID) and showed us all the rooms. This was during a brilliant “stay and play” event. At pre-school my daughter loved spending time with her friends and carers and asked to attend an extra day per week.

My little one has already been going to this nursery for more than a year, and I can't be happier. She screams "YAAAY!" when I tell her she is going to the nursery in the morning and she had been constantly asking about her key person when we had to self-isolate because of COVID. I think that's the
most important sign for me.
The staff are always happy to answer your question over the phone or in person. They do a lot of stuff with children — mine gained a lot of new skills in the nursery, she can already count to 6 (she is 28 months).
So, I highly recommend this nursery.

Very friendly staff.
My son hasn't been away from us since he was born so I was very nervous when I had to drop him off, as I had to hand him over at the door.
They are super professional and kind and they took/take the time for him and me.
He still doesn't like the handover but he's reaching out
to them which he doesn't do to anybody!
For me, this means that they are taking very good care of my son.
Whenever I pick him up, they take the time to explain how his day was and what he has been doing which I very much appreciate.
Overall, I'm really satisfied!

We have just finished a six-year journey with Kiddi Caru Chelmsford, who've looked after both our children in that time. They absolutely loved their time there. The staff are committed and clearly care for the children.
The nursery itself has good facilities, including a great little playground which
they loved to ride around on their bikes. Both have come away from Kiddi Caru as independent, sociable children well ready to start school.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I cannot praise the staff at this nursery enough! My daughter joined in February just before her 1st birthday and settled in quickly and loves so many of the staff already. Her development has been amazing even through the pandemic where she was still attending. The staff have worked tirelessly and
proven that their ability to keep our children safe at such an uncertain time is possible with the right amount of care! They have adapted well to the changes this pandemic has forced on them.
Every staff member I have spoken to has been friendly and taken an active interest in my child even the ones from different groups and admin teams.
The nursery itself has a sensory room and an excellent range of activities. My little girl comes home with a full tummy and a lot to say. Her days are always varied and I get a full lowdown of her day when I pick her up. I trust the staff completely and think they do an amazing job!
