Green Park Day Nursery (Reading)

My child absolutely loves Green Park Nursery and we’ve seen amazing development since attending. All of the staff are so friendly and informative. Our child is always happy and has the best time with the amount of activities and learning that’s happening. It’s great to see all the progress through the parent app and I know our little one will continue to thrive here! Thank you.

My daughter has attended the nursery for just over a year now and is about to move up into Bumblebees. From the day she started all staff we have met have been so friendly and helpful, putting us at ease during the early days of her starting and especially through a global pandemic. Staff really take the time to develop positive relationships with the children and my daughter always has such fun. I frequently have reports about her development and all staff are excellent at working towards her meeting key development stages. The procedures that have been put in place during the pandemic are communicated effectively to parents and are very reassuring at such an uncertain time. Whenever I have a question on any matter staff are so quick at getting back to me. They are also extremely accommodating should the need arise for an extra session, this has been greatly appreciated. I want to say a huge thank you to everyone at Green Park Day nursery for all your hard work and positivity.

My daughter joined the Green Park Day Nursery in January 2021 and she loves it! She is excited and happy when she sees her carers. We can tell she has fantastic care and enjoy her nursery! The staff is lovely and caring! There is plenty of various activities, which is what is needed. Great communication with the staff but also with the management.

I would highly recommend Green Park Nursery to any parent.

We have had wonderful support from this nursery since emigrating to the UK. All the staff are so wonderful and warm. Our son has settled in so amazingly and it’s due to the fact that this place genuinely loves what they do and children.

I wanted to highlight what an excellent job all of the nursery staff have done to bring happiness and normality to the children in what have been very difficult circumstances this year and last year. The communication to parents and the activities put on for the children has been outstanding. Thank you.

There is a great range of activities and resources and we have noticed progress in all areas of her development. There is a wide-ranging, healthy menu with snacks provided throughout the day.

My daughter has been coming here for a little while now and loves it. She has bonded well with the staff and smiles when she sees them at drop-off. It's great to see updates in pictures and what has happened regarding meals etc.

My son has attended this nursery from the age of 10-months, he is soon turning three, and I can’t recommend the nursery enough. My son has come on leaps and bounds and grown in so many ways from the nursery. The staff are amazing and so helpful, they go out of their way to help you and the child in every situation. Their extra supportive in all aspects. My son is in the process of an autism diagnosis, and they tend to his needs brilliantly, and their help and support have been out of this world not just for my son but also as a parent! I can’t thank them enough! Amazing nursery, amazing staff! 10/10!

I really enjoy reading about his day, what he has enjoyed doing, when I read it, I feel included in his day. Most of all, I enjoy how happy he is when I collect him, babbling away trying to tell me everything he has done.

We love Green Park Day Nursery, the setup but the staff, especially who take such good care of our little one!

My little boy is 11.5 months and started at Green Park a few weeks ago. We were worried about how he would settle in having only spent time with us because of Covid, but the team have been great. They talked to us at lengths about his usual routines, and we worked out a schedule for the first few weeks to gradually increase from a couple of hours to full days. He is eating and sleeping well, and we can see a difference in his development now that he has the opportunity to interact with other babies! The staff clearly communicate well with each other because they are knowledgeable about his likes/dislikes and schedule at drop off and pick up, as well as providing detailed information every day via an app. We are very pleased with everything, and he is clearly having fun!

My daughter is always happy to go to nursery at Green Park. The staff are excellent, very kind, and obviously, really get to know the children in their care. I was nervous to leave my daughter at nursery at first, but now, I have no concerns as I am confident she is being well very well looked after by a genuinely lovely and professional team.

I would recommend this nursery to friends, family and for any parents who feel concerned about leaving their child at nursery for the 1st time (in other words all parents!). Your child will be in great hands!

My lovely niece has been at Green Park Day Nursery for a couple of months now, and she loves it. She has developed so quickly and learn to say some single words at 10-months-old. When I collect her, everyone is so friendly and love to discuss my nieces time at nursery. Such a brilliant nursery experience with Green Park.

Cost each month is in the upper range locally, but what my daughter receives is incredibly good value for money. Overall an excellent nursery.
