Green Park Day Nursery (Reading)

They have a good range of food on offer and we really appreciated the nursery is egg free as my child has an egg allergy.

We have had an extremely positive experience at Green Park nursery. The staff are both kind and professional. The nursery provides a safe and loving environment for my child. Key workers and other mentors are instrumental in my child's emotional and developmental well-being. Would highly recommend!

The nursery has provided the best level of care for my child that you could wish for. They have supported me thoroughly too and have gone over and above to meet my child's needs and to help him at the nursery as well as tools for home as well. I have never met such kind and capable staff, you can tell the staff are happy and they retain them well. Very grateful to all of them and cannot recommend them highly enough. They tick all boxes, safe, secure, friendly, engaging and supportive and my child has flourished whilst in their care.

My daughter was in this nursery since she was 10 months old for almost 2.5 years. She loved every single room but her all-time favourite was her last. She absolutely adores her teachers, particularly 2 of them. They were so amazing with her, taught her soo much and showed exceptional love and care towards her.

My daughter attended Green Park Day Nursery for about nine months after switching from a different nursery. The difference was striking from the first day: highly motivated, cheerful staff who give you immediately the feeling that everyone enjoys being here - children and adults alike. In the beginning, my daughter was always a bit upset at drop-off but staff have been very mindful and developed a routine with her to help her settle in. At pick-up, I always found her to be deeply focused in some game or activity, never unhappy and always chatty about her lively day. I really appreciated the short oral briefing about the activities they had done at the end of the day and a weekly newsletter keeps parents up-to-date on the day-to-day routine and upcoming events. I can recommend Green Park wholeheartedly!

She has progressed so much being in the nursery and has become really outgoing and loves the different activities the school provides.

Communication was excellent, food always seemed to be well received and staff were very friendly and approachable.

My experience so far with Green Park Day Nursery has been exceptional. They take care of my boy so well and always keep him active and busy. I always pick him up with a smile on his face. They have very nutritious meals, a great focus on learning and a highly skilled team. Always plenty of updates on the app with pictures and comments to know how my boy has been enjoying his day.

Green Park Day Nursery is the best! We fell in love with it the moment we stepped through the door. Outside space is something that was really important to us and Green Park prioritises that. Our son has been attending since he was 10 months old (now 2) and every member of staff he has interacted with over that time has been wonderful. He continues to develop every day and absolutely loves going to nursery. Highly recommened.

The staff at the nursery are all wonderful. From those in charge of the children to the administration team and the culinary staff. I feel confident to leave my son in the care of the fantastic team at the nursery. They are all very patient, caring, friendly and always have a smile on their faces. Throughout a very difficult time, they have all risen to the challenges that they have faced. When contacted via telephone or email, their response time is impressive and they are very quick to help with complex problems or additional needs. Thank you for doing such a super job each and every day!

Green Park Day Nursery is awesome! My 15-month-old daughter absolutely loves it and is always very excited when sees her teachers. She attends her regular room, where along with her friends she has lots of fun (often messy, which is great!). We are well informed about our child's progress and what she was doing every day. We are 100% happy with this nursery and definitely recommend it to all parents!

My little one joined this nursery in August 2020 and has been so enjoying life there with staff and roommates! Though it has been difficult during the pandemic, all the staff have been working very hard to keep everyone safe and to provide high-standard care, I truly think they are heroes. As working from home parents, we can concentrate on our jobs and not worry about a thing as we know our little one is in safe and professional hands. They teach her a lot, accompany her all the time, with great patience and care. We are often surprised by how brilliant her progress is even in the current very special 'isolated society'. My little one also experienced room change from Caterpillar to Ladybird when she hit the age limit, the staff in both rooms provided a very thoughtful and smooth transition so she can settle down quickly with the new environment. We never had a single moment of doubting our option and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nursery.

My daughter has been attending Green Park Day Nursery every Monday since January this year and absolutely loves it. Considering she only attends one day a week she has settled in so well and is happy to see her key worker every week when I drop her off. I enjoy seeing all the updates each week including photos and the daily reports provided. I would highly recommend this nursery. The facilities are amazing and the staff are nothing but helpful and friendly.

My child absolutely loves Green Park Nursery and we’ve seen amazing development since attending. All of the staff are so friendly and informative. Our child is always happy and has the best time with the amount of activities and learning that’s happening. My daughter has attended the nursery for just over a year now and is about to move up into Bumblebees. From the day she started all staff we have met have been so friendly and helpful, putting us at ease during the early days of her starting and especially through a global pandemic. Staff really take the time to develop positive relationships with the children and my daughter always has such fun. I frequently have reports about her development and all staff are excellent at working towards her meeting key development stages. The procedures that have been put in place during the pandemic are communicated effectively to parents and are very reassuring at such an uncertain time. Whenever I have a question on any matter staff are so quick at getting back to me. They are also extremely accommodating should the need arise for an extra session, this has been greatly appreciated. I want to say a huge thank you to everyone at Green Park Day nursery for all your hard work and positivity.

My daughter joined the Green Park Day Nursery in January 2021 and she loves it! She is excited and happy when she sees her carers. We can tell she has fantastic care and enjoy her nursery! The staff is lovely and caring! There is plenty of various activities, which is what is needed. Great communication with the staff but also with the management.

I would highly recommend Green Park Nursery to any parent.

We have had wonderful support from this nursery since emigrating to the UK. All the staff are so wonderful and warm. Our son has settled in so amazingly and it’s due to the fact that this place genuinely loves what they do and children.
