Cedar Park is situated within 2.5 acres of rural, picturesque grounds. Providing daily access to all age groups, the fantastic outdoor space helps to support emotional and physical development.

They have a Childbase specialised woodland play area which brings the classroom outside into the natural world with sessions led by a qualified forest school leader.

A vegetable patch allows children to grow, harvest and taste their own produce which is served by a dedicated nursery chef.

The nursery teaches children to care about the world they live in and are proud to have gained an Eco-Schools green flag award

Cedar Park offer the extracurricular activity of Usports every other Wednesday for their Bumblebee and Butterflies room, and on a Friday for the Preschool room.

They offer a convenient service to parents, opening 7.30-6.30 Monday to Friday and a fully-inclusive package.

Would definitely recommend this nursery. My daughter has been attending this nursery for over a year now on a full- time basis . The staff take good care of the children and have been very supportive during the settling in phase. It is a very safe environment and we love the outdoor space which keeps
children active. Children learn a lot through the day here and all look very happy! My daughter enjoys her time here and that what matters the most!

My daughter has attended Cedar Park Day Nursery for 3 years and we have been so happy with the care she has received there. All the staff are educated, caring and thoughtful and we are so grateful to them for looking after her from 15months to 4 1/2 years old through the different developmental stages
and keeping us informed and reassured every step of the way. She has loved going to nursery and it is a credit to Cedar Park Day Nursery that she will now be starting school with social confidence, an ability to listen to teachers, and be inquiring and interested in the world around her. On a practical level, the meals are exceptional, the feedback is thorough, activities are inspired, and staff are all incredibly competent. I would recommend Cedar Park without a doubt to all parents who would want only the very best for their child.

Cedar park is beautiful. In my personal opinion it's a whole world above many others. From our very first initial visit we felt comfortable and excited for the new adventure before us. The meals the children are provided with are full hearty healthy dinners which I found massively impressive. The industrial
kitchen just tops the place off. Massive rooms full of everything your child could desire and not to even mention the massive outdoor space that your children had to run and explore in the garden. The nursery is remarkable and we feel so very blessed to part of the Cedar Park family.

On the face of it most nurseries have good standards obviously, but what's additionally important to us and makes Cedar Park a great place for our child is the genuinely happy and caring team of staff across the whole site. The nutritious and wholesome cooked food, and the location/site/building. Also
feel an interesting place for our child to learn.

My daughter started at Cedar Park in July 2015. She was 9 months old at the time and was the youngest in the baby room. Leaving my daughter at nursery and going back to work full time was one of the hardest things I have dome but the staff at Cedar Park could not have provided me with more support and
help. They were simply amazing and even when my daughter was going through a difficult patch at the start, the staff were so reassuring and calm.
My daughter absolutely loves going to Cedar Park now and she has formed such strong bonds with the staff in the baby room. I couldn't feel happier with the experience I've had at Cedar Park and would highly recommend it!

Very happy with the service provided by Cedar Park. The children love attending and all the staff go above and beyond to make everything as easy as possible. The learning journey of the children has come along in leaps and bounds since coming.

The staff in the baby room (Caterpillars) have been amazing at settling my daughter into the nursery. She was a little bit unsettled in her first two weeks when I dropped her off in the mornings, but after lots of work and patience by the staff she now is very happy going to them, which as a mother
is a relief! She has a great nursery routine now, sleeps very well during the day, really enjoys playing there and eats very well. She is developing very quickly and this is in part due to the varied activities provided in the room. She and I are very happy at Cedar Park.

After having my first teacher consultation at my sons school he was commended for being enthusiastic and excellent at letters and now has started some reading. I think a lot of this is the dedication and enthusiasm that his teachers at the nursery showed and made sure the children were well versed in
phonics before starting school. Thank you to all staff as both my children have been flourishing at school in no small part due to the excellent grounding they have received at Cedar Park.
Well done and I will most certainly be recommending you on Henley Parents.

Rachael is the Manager of Cedar Park Day Nursery and has a wealth of experience, having worked in the Early Years sector for 18 years. Rachael has numerous qualifications, including a BA (Hons) in Children's Learning and Development and a Level 3 Forest School Leader.


What is your favourite feature of your nursery?
The amazing outdoor space, including our Forest School where the children can take part in exciting activities such as campfire building and den making.


What are you most proud of about your nursery/team?
I am proud of how my team go above and beyond to create a welcoming and inviting environment for both the children and their families.
