Cedar Park Day Nursery (Twyford)

My daughter really enjoys coming to Cedar Park, Twyford. The staff are always professional, friendly and engaging and this has enabled my daughter to make some great friends. She is really well prepared for school.

My son loves coming to pre-school and always runs into the building each morning. The team are very supportive and have helped us with things like encouraging him to eat well at meal times. My son is always coming home with interesting facts he has learnt.

Lovely staff, that my son doesn't hesitate to go to. Excellent food choices and menu.

Really happy with the nursery they've really invested time in my daughter, she's learnt manners which is very important and helped get her into a routine. The girls are super friendly and very polite.

This is a fabulous nursery. My daughter has been coming since she was one and my son joined for pre-school. He gained wonderful confidence for school and my daughter now nearly 3 absolutely loves it here. It is a wonderfully nurturing environment and we are all very happy. Thank you.

The caterpillars room is an amazing room with a brilliant team of practitioners who work really well together. Leaving your baby at nursery can be incredibly daunting and the caterpillars' team are really supportive and competent, helping parents feel comfortable that their babies are being well cared for by a great team. My son loved caterpillars at Cedar Park, it was a great start to his nursery years and really the beginning of his education.

Our son joined Caterpillars at the beginning of November and has settled in very well. The staff are all very friendly and his key worker has been great in providing the support he need from the outset. He now loves going to nursery and all the things they do.

Our son has settled in well at Cedar Park. There always seems to be lots of fun activities in the Bumblebee room to keep him entertained and help with his development. The outdoor space is excellent. They also arrange for external companies to come in for fun events such as having a mini farm on site. The team in Bumblebees and also the Management team are friendly and supportive.

My daughter's practitioner is warm and friendly and always smiling. My daughter has formed a great bond with her and is developing really well in the new 'Butterflys' room.

The facilities at Cedar Park are outstanding, and the range of activities that are on offer for the children are fantastic. Great food, great facilities in the rooms, and amazing outdoor space. Hygiene and maintenance are all of a very high standard. All of this is great but the real highlight of the nursery is the team that work there. From the manager and the ladies on the desk, always with a warm welcome every morning, to the teams in bumblebees and preschool. All the team are fantastic people who show a real genuine interest in the children’s lives and development. We would recommend Cedar Park to anyone, and have enrolled our second child already. Thanks to all of the team, they genuinely do an amazing job.

Excellent support provided to my youngest (2 years and 8 months) with potty training. Staff regularly going the extra mile to help with the 'terrible twos'. Happily, daughter appears to be coming out the other side. Love having a Spanish speaking assistant as daughter now singing in Spanish!

A lovely nursery where all the staff know your child. A fantastic outdoor environment. My daughter loves coming here and its always hard for her to leave at the end of the day.

Fantastic experience visiting the nursery. The work and education delivered by the staff educating my son has been exceptional.

A brilliant nursery. Both my children have gone through and gained so much. Gained confidence developed great social skills and generally love coming here. Well run and a great team.

He has made a special connection with a few of the ladies and you can tell that they genuinely care about his happiness and well being. They have encouraged his love of music and books and messy play as well as teaching him the basic of walking, eating with a spoon, sign language and now even some talking. We are very grateful for the personalised care our boy receives.

My third child has just settled wonderfully into Caterpillars Baby room. He's happy and playful and only the mildest 'wobble' at drop off. The room is full of fascinating things to explore and the staff are so caring and nurturing. My elder son is now at preschool and has flourished throughout. We particularly appreciate the wonderful outdoor space and independent mindset eg serving their own breakfast. The menu is superb. It's nice to know they've eaten something wholesome so I can treat them at weekends.

Overall, our experience at Cedar Park has been really great.

My child has been so happy here. She started as a shy girl but with the support of the amazing staff, she is ready for school. All the staff here at the pre-school room are amazing.

My son is just completing his first week at nursery. The staff have been fantastic with helping to settle him in and make him feel comfortable, welcome and happy. After just four days, I am amazed at the progress he has made. Similarly, my own experience has been great, providing support (and tissues), as I also make the transition from stay at home mum to working mum. Thank you!

Pre-school have prepared my son really well for school in terms of numbers, letters, ordering, interest in the world and also following rules/routines etc. It's great that the children have been able to learn some Spanish. I have no concerns about my son transitioning to school following his time spent in Butterflies.
