We are very happy with Cedar park and the care our daughter gets there. The staff are all friendly and we like the updates we get from the app. They have a good range of activities that they get the children involved in and we like that they have outdoor time each day.

It's an excellent nursery. On a lovely site with enough space both inside and outside for the children to play and explore. The wooded area outside is particularly appealing. The staff are very kind across the board and the way the nursery is run is very efficient and organised. Communication is excellent.
We are very happy for our son to attend.

It's a pleasure to have such a wonderful place for the little ones in the area. Our daughter absolutely loves going to Cedar Park. She changed very much since she started nursery, her confidence got up, started to socialise more and of course she made friends which used to be not easy for her.

The

great nature around the building and the facilities outside they have provide kids with great opportunities to learn and discover nature spending time in the garden which unfortunately not all nurseries have this days.

Very grateful to amazing staff, always welcoming and professional.

My son joined Cedar Park in September 2025. We have had such a great experience so far. The communication between nursery and parents is excellent - prompt, friendly, and professional. The facilities are clean and lovely, the communal areas are beautiful, and the food is varied and really healthy, as
well as all freshly made on site I believe. The nursery put on events quite often, for example a bake sale. This week we joined a stay and play session, which was so calm and well-run even though a room full of babies and parents could be quite a daunting thing to manage! Everything about Cedar Park feels well organised, safe and professional. We are so glad our son is going to spend his nursery years here.

Our son has been in Bumblebees 2 at Cedar Park since August and in just a short time there we have seen him grow and develop more than we could have ever hoped for. Children experience a real sense of adventure in the garden, are encouraged to actively role play with their friends and get all the free
play their hearts desire. They're served delicious, varied and healthy meals. Meals I'm often rather envious of. Key workers and the other nursery staff show such love and kindness every day and we are so grateful for all their hard work. Thank you team!

We've had both our boys at Cedar Park our eldest finished preschool last year, and our youngest started in the Caterpillar room. Our eldest joined the Bumblebees and loved it from day one. The staff made a big effort to help him settle in, and their care with his fussy eating separating foods and slowly
introducing new ones-really helped. He still asks to go back and visit! Our youngest began in the baby room and has been just as happy. We get regular updates throughout the day, and he's always smiling at pick-up. He especially bonded with his keyworker, and although we were worried when she left, the whole team has been so warm and supportive that he's continued to thrive. We love Cedar Park and highly recommend it!

Our three children have gone to Cedar Park and all have loved it. Our daughter is currently there (our older two are now at school though like visiting!). She enjoys playing in the garden, all the toys and interacting with the other children. The nursery is very well led, the staff are very caring and
the food is excellent!

Our son attended Cedar Park Day Nursery in 2023-2024 period. The Cedar Park team was incredibly supportive with our son's settling period and the development we've observed throughout the year had been fantastic. The communication with the parents was excellent. I highly recommend Cedar Park to all
parents as they set him up for a successful transition to primary school.

My daughter has been with Cedar Park Day Nursery for the last 2 years, before that my eldest for 3 and half years. They both have thoroughly enjoyed their time at the nursery. Key workers are excellent, flexible and understanding towards kids needs. Nursery is enclosed and tight in security, but at
the same time with plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces, nursery is extremely clean and organised. No children are left alone, closely monitored. Both my children are independent and confident, and I have nursery to thank for. I also have been given positive comments from school about the confidence and independence my eldest has showcased during the year that she has been in school. Kitchen staff are amazing, and they both know children individually and their dietary requirements. Reception, front office and the management team are really accommodative, friendly but thorough with what they do. Cedar Park run a brilliant operation, where I am confident to leave my children without any hesitation.

  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.9 out of 5 from 24 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.878 for Cedar Park Day Nursery (Twyford) is calculated as follows: ( (257 Excellents x 5) + (25 Goods x 4) + (5 Satisfactorys x 3) ) ÷ 287 Ratings = 4.878
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 4.93 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Cedar Park Day Nursery (Twyford) is based on 24 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 20 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.050, 7th = 0.050, 8th = 0.050, 9th = 0.050, 10th = 0.050, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 = 4
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 129 number of registered child places is 25.8. 24 Positive Reviews ÷ 25.8 = 0.93
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
