Our son attended Cedar Park Day Nursery in 2023-2024 period. The Cedar Park team was incredibly supportive with our son's settling period and the development we've observed throughout the year had been fantastic. The communication with the parents was excellent. I highly recommend Cedar Park to all parents as they set him up for a successful transition to primary school.

My daughter has been with Cedar Park Day Nursery for the last 2 years, before that my eldest for 3 and half years. They both have thoroughly enjoyed their time at the nursery. Key workers are excellent, flexible and understanding towards kids needs. Nursery is enclosed and tight in security, but at the same time with plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces, nursery is extremely clean and organised. No children are left alone, closely monitored. Both my children are independent and confident, and I have nursery to thank for. I also have been given positive comments from school about the confidence and independence my eldest has showcased during the year that she has been in school. Kitchen staff are amazing, and they both know children individually and their dietary requirements. Reception, front office and the management team are really accommodative, friendly but thorough with what they do. Cedar Park run a brilliant operation, where I am confident to leave my children without any hesitation.

Our older child attended for two years when we moved into the area and now our younger one is starting her third year. All the staff are very lovely, their curriculum intent is available for all to see and the parent portal gives a bird's eye view of what the children are doing and saying. They've been very supportive when we needed it and we highly recommend them.

My daughter has been attending Cedar Park for 8 months, since she was 7 months, and the team has been brilliant with her, especially during her settling-in period. There is a range of activities planned each day which has helped with her learning and development - I particularly enjoy seeing all the artwork she paints, they are on display in our home. The key workers are excellent at keeping us updated throughout the day via the app, this is appreciated. I cannot fault the team at Cedar Park, they are all incredibly supportive and have a great bond with our daughter. I would recommend the nursery to everyone.

We’ve been really happy with Cedar Park Nursery since our son started around 12 months old. The team is all so friendly and helpful and they’ve made him (and us!) feel at ease. He looks forward to going to nursery and loves the variety of play (including indoors and outdoors) and he loves the food. The app for updating parents on meals, sleep, etc. is really helpful. The team is always doing extra things like fundraising, special events, little things for the kids to take home, and online training for parents. We couldn’t be happier with the nursery.

Everyone at Cedar Park is fantastic, our toddler had a great time and looked forward to nursery as well. The big thing that sets this nursery apart is the care they take with the kids, from the home-cooked meals and updates to enquiring about the kids every morning.

Where to begin...
We truly couldn't be happier seeing how much our daughter is thriving, developing and coming out of her shell since attending Cedar Park.
The team are incredibly supportive and clearly have the children's best interests at heart, which as a first time parent is very reassuring.
The rooms are very well equipped and the activities are varied too. Additionally, we are grateful to receive updates daily and gain some understanding on how our daughter's day is going. Photos are always welcomed.

We look forward to see her continue to thrive in nursery and gain confidence in all aspects thanks to the hardworking staff at Cedar Park.

We are very pleased with Cedar Park Day Nursery in Twyford, our daughter started at nursery and then moved into the preschool room as she grew older. She absolutely loves it at preschool, looks forward to going every day and we can see she had a brilliant day every time we pick her up. The staff are just great, they are always caring and very professional, we feel she is always well looked after and happy. The room is really nice with various activities areas tailored to the kids' interests, an outdoor covered patio and an amazing large garden, so time outdoors is a big part of their day. They also cover a wide range of interesting topics and great ideas for activities and learning. Our daughter has thrived here and with the skills and confidence gained, we feel she is ready for school and Cedar Park has played such an important role in it.

We are so glad we found Cedar Park Day Nursery! Our daughter has had the perfect start from the age of 1.5 years old and now she is about to graduate from the pre-school, ready for big school life.
She has made some amazing friends, adores all of her teachers and has had the best time at Cedar Park.

Our son is about to join in September and we can’t wait to see him flourish. The staff are all amazing, the facilities available for the children are fantastic and we, honestly, are so happy with our experience here at Cedar Park Nursery. Thank you for everything.

With two children, we are approaching five years at Cedar Park Day Nursery with one more year left to go. We have been exceedingly happy with the level of care at Cedar Park, the many engaging activities for the kids and the important social skills the children develop with their peers and adults. I certainly felt mother's guilt during many drop-offs, but was reminded each day of how much they get out of it. With happy faces at pick-up and details about what they had done that day, there's no question of the benefits. With childminders, there's the added concern of their own sick days, holidays and also - how do they behave if they're having a bad day? Is that one person a good role model? With many staff, an assigned key worker and the level of safeguarding in place - I felt a nursery was a better/safer option and Cedar Park was a stellar option. I also like their green ethos and how much they value outdoor play, no matter the weather. I only wish they could re-open the proper forest school.

Our daughter has been going to Cedar Park Nursery for two months now and I couldn't recommend it highly enough. The nursery itself has lots of room and a large garden for the kids to explore. The staff have been brilliant at helping our daughter to settle in and have really taken the time to get to know her.

Our child has been at the nursery for 18 months and we are very happy with the setting. The care, learning, resources, environment and staff are excellent. Our daughter has thrived. We looked at lots of other local nurseries and this setting is the most expensive but worth it for quality, especially if you need the wrap around hours / all year round. Some things to be aware of: start dates and days of the week for part time can be difficult to accommodate. Also, they change the groupings/rooming and staff teams for a new school year. Whilst settling in sessions are offered, some children find this disruption unsettling as they readjust, it's like going to a new nursery for them. Smaller settings might not need to do this, so just be aware of that if your little one doesn't deal well with change. Think they used to have forest school leaders but not now. Otherwise, this is the best you will find locally.

My daughter has been at Cedar Park Day Nursery (Twyford) for just over a year now and the standard of care she has received in that time has been excellent. She settled in immediately and has always been happy to go to nursery each day. The rooms put on a variety of activities and tailor their topics to the current interests of the children. The outside environment is fantastic and they are always going outside, whatever the weather. I love that the age groups in all the rooms are fairly close, which means the children are all at similar development stages. The staff at Cedar Park are fantastic and give the children individual attention. They give the children confidence and encourage independence from the start. My son 'graduated' from the preschool last summer and I know that his transition to school was in a large part so successful because of the excellent preschool at Cedar Park. Which really helps them across the year to gain all the school-ready skills they need.

I first looked at Cedar Park Day Nursery (Twyford) as a friend had recommended there. I was so impressed on my initial visit, my son started there at 15 months old. He absolutely loves it there and we, as a family, are so happy with the care and attention given to him. The communication and feedback on his development are amazing. We also really value the healthy food choices and feel so happy with our decision to send our child there. Thank you so much to all the staff, you do a wonderful job, always welcoming and professional.

The fact that Cedar Park Day Nursery has a long waiting list and pretty much a September-only intake is testament to what an outstanding nursery it is. I waited over a year to get my son a place and I'm delighted with the nursery. The staff are warm and professional and even on days when my son has a temperature, it is handled calmly and professionally (a very different experience to his previous nursery). I could not give more glowing reviews about the nursery - I only wish it made use of the benefits scheme.
