Cedar Park Day Nursery (Twyford)

We are extremely happy with Cedar Park Day Nursery (Twyford). They have been great at settling our son into nursery and adjusting to any of his needs and developments. We would strongly recommend the nursery to other families.

Having recently moved to the area, I am so glad we chose Cedar Park Day Nursery (Twyford) for both our children. Our son was here briefly before heading to school, but loved it so much. The staff are wonderful and kind and now my daughter is thriving after being here a few weeks. We love the gardens, forest school and of course, the chickens!

I really can not recommend Cedar Park and its amazing staff enough. My son has been attending since he was 10-months-old and absolutely loves nursery. He is always getting up to fun and educational activities throughout the day, and we regularly receive updates and photos through the app showing us what he’s been up to.

Both of our sons have been going to Cedar Park Nursery (Twyford) from age 2 and absolutely love it. It really sets them up well for school. The staff are awesome and always go above and beyond. School won't be able to beat their experience here!

Really lovely to see around the baby room and now be able to picture where my child plays, eats and sleeps.

Lovely to come inside Bumble Bees 1 and have a tour. Very impressed with the room and the room leader. Loved seeing the board with my daughter next steps and what she enjoys doing. Also great to see my daughter's family book and pictures on the radiator. Everything looks brilliant and hope my daughter can start coming for a second day soon. Thank you for letting us visit.

Our daughters learning and confidence has grown significantly in Cedar Park pre-school. It is a friendly and inclusive environment. The teachers are always looking at new learning opportunities from maps, singing to black history month. They have plenty of time outside socialising with their friends. The way the transition to pre-school was managed, especially with COVID restrictions has been impressive and we absolutely love Cedar Park.

Impressed with the extra efforts they are doing to keep things safe and also keeping us involved, thank you!

Fantastic people and great facilities. Our son loves his time at nursery. The team are extremely kind, welcoming and lovely. He adores his key worker! We are always extremely impressed by the range of activities he does!

Just had a lovely weekend visit to Butterflies room. They have made lots of changes recently and it’s really helped the children play better and enjoy the environment. They had a big acorn tree on the wall and the kids were learning all about growing things and planted their own acorns.

We were always happy with our child’s nursery until we moved location and he joined Cedar Park. This nursery really is exceptional. The effort that goes into making each day what it is, is nothing short of fabulous. The activities are planned with detail and attention, the setting is always inviting and the care is second to none. We’ve never had a sad beginning or end to the day and we see this as a reflection of all of your hard work. Thank you.

We attended the open day on the 25th of October because my husband hadn’t had the opportunity to see inside the nursery. It was great, as a family, to have the chance to visit the nursery and for our daughter to see us in her environment - she was very excited. The team did a great job showing us around and explaining what it is like day to day for our daughter. The manager is always friendly and welcoming every time we see her, so well done to her for managing the nursery so well. We loved the package containing a recipe and ingredients for cottage pie, this was such a lovely touch; in fact, we made it for our dinner over the weekend and it was delicious. We would like to thank all the staff who contributed, but a special thanks for those who worked on a Saturday to allow this to happen. Much appreciated.

My son attends pre-school and it has been fantastic for him. He has come along so much and he loves the forest school element with it. The forest school and outdoor space was a big factor for choosing Cedar Park, however, there is so much more. The staff are fantastic and have developed my son so much. He is happy to go in, always comes out happy and smiling and shattered. The facilities are great and they are always adding new things for the children to do. He is currently very excited about being able to use the vegetable patch they have put in.

My son has been attending nursery for a year now, and he absolutely adores it. He is always happy at drop-off and is really taken to the team that looks after him. We're always amazed at the variety of activities he takes part in every week and can see how much it is contributing to his development. The food is excellent too - he actually eats his vegetables (or at least most of the time). We're extremely grateful for the incredible care he receives every day and I feel so much better at work knowing that he is happy and well looked after. Very highly recommended.

Our daughter spent 4 years at Cedar Park, and she loved every minute of it, spending time in every room from ladybirds (before she could walk) to leaving preschool to start school. The quality and patience of the practitioners is amazing, the setting is great and the whole environment is perfect, happy experience for the children. Thank you.

We couldn’t be happier with our choice in sending our daughter to Cedar Park. They have been fantastic in supporting her since she started in January 2020 and have managed the return to nursery after COVID-19 brilliantly. They are very child focused and seem to really care about the welfare and development of the children.

Having experienced other nurseries - Cedar Park are leaps and bounds above the rest.

My son currently attends the pre-school room at Cedar Park and is taken care of beautifully. His key worker is kind and caring. She, and the other staff, support his personal development and challenge him to learn about the world we live in, preparing him for life at school.

Can't fault it - thanks Cedar Park.

The use of the app is working really well and it’s great to see what they’ve been up to and what they’ve eaten.
